Fantastic walking boot – Will be buying again in the future
I purchased these in womens size US8.5, uk 6, eur39, jpn 25.5cm. Merrell Women’s Moab 3 Mid GTX Hiking BootMy actual foot is 24.5cm long, so my true size should be one size smaller, but I wanted space to wear thick socks. My feet are also slightly wider than average and they fit really well. (9.8cm at widest point)These are very comfortable, and didn’t need “wearing in”. Great for foot support, and slightly weak ankles. Keep the feet very warm, and dry when on short walks with some small puddles and brief walks over wet grass. They seem very similar to the Moab 2, the previous version.I also purchased the Men’s version in US 8, uk7.5, eur 41.5, jpn 26. These also fit really well, and are pretty much the same fit, but 1/2 a size bigger. A couple/few mm’s wider, and about 5mm longer. I wear even thicker socks with these for cold weather of -2 to 10 degrees celsius (28-50f).

Great shoe/boot
I didn’t believe there were hiking shoes/boots in the package when they arrived it was so light. I took them out of the box and said No way these are way too small but they fit perfectly. My size is an 11 but they look tiny. My back is a disaster but wearing these shoes as soon as I get out of bed stops the back problems. It sounds like an halleluah fake review but they do more than expected and that is a Halleluah to me.

Love my boots!
Love my boots. Even started jogging in them the other day on my 6 km walk into the city centre. Havnt tried them out in really wet conditions yet. But off to NZ next week so il let you know

Need to size up
They seemed comfortable at first and I could wear them right away. However, after a few walks having downhill parts, some of my toes were squashed and became purple. Perhaps I should have gone up 1 size instead of half size as other hikers seem fine with this particular brand.

Wonderful
They are very comfortable but had to go up half a size since it was a bit snug with thick socks. I am a true size 10 and had to go 10.5 to have room for moving my toes, otherwise I get anxiety LOL (no kidding).

Scarpe da trekking top
Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire perché volevo testarle su diversi sentieri e differenti condizioni. Queste scarpe hanno superato la prova a pieni voti. Impermeabili senza dubbio, la suola in gore-tex effettivamente fa la differenza! Certo, non è una scarpa da 400euro ma credo che per chi come me ama fare trekking nel tempo libero su sentieri di montagna di media difficoltà vanno più che bene!

Heel slechte schoenen!
Ik heb deze schoenen gekocht en deze waren nog niet 1 week waterdicht. Gebruikt om de honden uit te laten, maar zo`n slechte wandelschoenen als deze heb ik nog nooit gehad! Binnen een paar dagen bleek al dat de de naad tussen zool en leer water doorlaat, eerst een beetje, maar binnen no time, kletsnatte voeten als ik door het natte gras liep. 1 ster is nog te veel voor deze schoenen.

Great purchase
My gf had tried these on in a store so we knew they would fit. Store couldn’t match amazon price which was a shame ( I offerrred to meet them half way to support a local business)My only concern was if these were knock offs, but they are not, they are the real deal. Arrived quickly.Very happy with the boots, she’s done a few decent hikes in them stayed comfortable and dry.

Great boots
Great boots by Merrell. I did a lot of research before purchasing these boots and read a lot of reviews.Comfortable straight from the box, I have high arches and these have great support. I bought half size bigger to allow for thicker socks. I have a normal size 6 foot not narrow or wide. The boots have toe room and aren’t tight. I needed to tighten the laces quite a bit too stop my foot from sliding in the boot whilst going down steep muddy paths. Great traction, I didn’t slip once.

Look good and Comfortable from first wear
These boots are incredibly comfortable from first wear even with my wide feet. I usually have to wear boots in around the house and suffer blisters but not with these. The colour is lovely and a little more feminine that lots of my previous boots. (Sedona sage). I haven’t worn them in the wet yet so can’t judge how waterproof they are. On first wear I was a little unsure about the curve on the sole but I forgot about it within 30 mins. I would definitely recommend these boots on comfort and appearance.

Excellent walking boots
This is my second pair of these boots and they are just fantastic. I’ve got wide feet and they are SO comfortable from the very first wear. I just did a whole weekend of walking without breaking them in: not a single blister or rub. Lightweight, look great, excellent value.

Super comfy, sturdy boots
Wore these hiking in Norway. Went through puddles and marshy ground and they kept the water out. Really comfy, didn’t need breaking in. Felt supportive on the ankles.

I’ve had a few pairs of Merrell boots and shoes and was holding out on getting the MOAB 3 until I went on holiday to the UK, cannot buy them in NZ. I did a few small hikes and they are so comfortable. I love them.

Scarpe bellissime
Pagate a metà prezzo, queste scarpe da montagna a mezza caviglia sono davvero belle. L’unico problema l’ho avuto con la taglia dal momento che ho letto ovunque che calzano a pennello la propria misura e non una misura in più. Porto abitualmente una 39 e ho comprato in prima istanza un 40 ma, visto che mi sembrava un pochino largo ho voluto farmi arrivare anche la misura 39 (la mia taglia regolare): purtroppo provandola con una calza pesante ho visto che il piede più grande “soffocava” un po’. Quindi mi sono tenuta la 40 che è la taglia che porto di solito per scarponi e stivali e ho restituito la 39. Bisogna tenere conto che scarpe come queste si portano anche per ore e penso sia meglio una taglia in più (mettendo magari una soletta), che una taglia perfetta che alla lunga costringe il piede. Io ho la pianta larga e il piede “greco” con il secondo dito più lungo dell’alluce. Forse per chi ha un piede sottile può andare bene la propria misura ma io ho preferito una misura in più.

Nach knapp 60 KM Zehenkappe eingerissen
Habe den Schuh 2x bestellt…, einmal für mich und einmal für meine Frau.Vorab…, der Schuh sieht super aus, ist mega-bequem, benötigt daher auch keine Einlaufphase und fühlt sich direkt nach dem anziehen “wie ein alter Freund” an…, und das ist gleichzeitig sein größtes Problem…, er ist einfach zu weich!!!Mein Paar ist nach knapp 60KM Laufleistung ohne Fremdeinwirkung einfach an der Zehenkappe gerissen! Ob ich hier ein Montags-Modell erwischt habe…., möglich…., definitiv ist bei meinem Paar weniger Material unter der Zehenkappe zu ertasten als bei denen meiner Frau.Naja, Amazon hat mir eine komplette Gutschrift gewährt, waren ja noch keine 30 Tage…, obwohl ich kurze Zeit später Mail vom Amazon/OFM (OnlineFraudManagement) bekam, ich hätte gegen die Rückgaberichtlinien verstoßen…, blablabla. Das hier ein Garantiefall bestand, war egal…, Danke Amazon das Ihr mich als Betrüger hinstellt!Habe dem Schuh noch eine Chance gegeben und nocheinmal bestellt…,.aber denke das war ein Fehler.Daher noch kurz zu dem Paar meiner Frau, etwa selbe Laufleistung wie meine, hier haben sich an der Vibram Sohle bereits 2 Nocken/Stollen in der Größe eines 2€ Stücks einfach abgeschert, gleiches Problem—-> wieder zu weich…, so langsam bezweifle ich, das dieser Schuh fürs Wandern geeignet ist. Höchstens Forstwege sind damit begehbar, aber sobald es über Stock und Stein geht würde ich etwas anderes bevorzugen.Wir sind einfach nur enttäuscht von einem eigentlich super bequemem Schuh, der zwar relativ hohe Rezensionen und gute Tests vorzeigt, aber für uns auf ganzer Linie versagt hat.

Decepción
Estoy muy descontenta con las botas. Las compré en octubre 2023, en rutas de senderismo y trekking de montaña, con sueño un poco húmedo todo son resbalones. No me pasaba con las anteriores, unas quechua de 50 euros con las que he estado 8 años.También noto que no agarran bien el pie, solo tienen un cierre arriba (de los de cruzar los cordones), creo que mínimo deberían tener 2, ya que ayudan mucho a mantener bien atado el calzado y bien sujeto el tobillo. Haciendo raquetas de nieve, se nota mucho que no se sujetan bien al pie.Y por último, he terminado la ruta de raquetas de nieve con los pies mojados. Es mi cuarta ruta de raquetas, la primera con estas botas.En definitiva, son muy cómodas y seguro que en verano van bien. Pero no estoy nada contenta, no las volvería a comprar.De hecho, (marzo 2024) no hace ni 5 meses que las tengo y ya me estoy comprando otras…Absoluta decepción con esta marca.No entiendo las buenísimas opiniones que tienen.

Finalmente le ho trovate!
Ho impiegato un mese per trovare le scarpe adatte. Di quelle che ho provato era sbagliato il numero o il modello, ho anche dovuto effettuare un reso di un altro prodotto che per 3 ore di utilizzo mi ha causato un gonfiore alle caviglie di cui dopo un mese mi porto dietro ancora degli strascichi. Queste scarpe a malapena si sentono ai piedi, sono ben fatte e resistenti, sono adatte a vari tipi di terreno e a vari tipi di camminata. Non tengono neanche troppo caldo. Strapromosse, neanche un piccolo dolorino o vescica (dopo aver effettuato varie camminate, tra cui quella che con le altre scarpe mi ha provocato il gonfiore alle caviglie). Ottimo prodotto, consiglio vivamente. Anche la consegna Amazon impeccabile come sempre, in questo caso mi ha salvato.

Not waterproof at all
I bought these in October 2023 – only 4 months later they are leaking and I end up with soaking wet feet. I should be clear I only wear these once a day for a morning hour walk with my dog over concrete and fields – not acceptable

Ein sehr guter robuster Schuh. Die Sohle verschafft guten halt auf jeden Untergrund. (Schotter, Waldwegen).Sohle passt sich dem Fuß gut an, läßt sich aber ebenso gut austauschen.Das Material ist Wasser dicht.Der Preis könnte Verbraucher freundlicher werden..Sonst gut zu empfehlen..

Really Good
Purchased for my wife to replace her long-standing and incredibly reliable Berghaus walking boots. Looks, Fit and Style are very similar to the old ones but obviously these are a newer design. Initial walk in them and she was very happy. Super warm and very comfy. They appear to fit perfect for size. Not used in wet/mud yet so I’ll Update at a Later date if needed. The boots lace up really easy and there is plenty of room to fit your feet in even with big socks on. All in all these boots are really good, see how they stand up to the rest of time.

Initially liked, but 5 months later useless. NOT waterproof.
I bought these following recommendations / reviews. Plus I have some Merrell sandals which are great.I wear boots everyday 5-8 hours. Walking on average between 6 and 10 miles a day, often more most I’ve done is 27 miles in a day. Live near the peaks/ Pennines, but spend a lot of time on Northumberland coast. So they are used in all terrain and weathers.Boots, I usually have to change every two years, purely because I wear the sole out.These Merrell boots have been comfortable and was able to wear straight away without having break them in. And they where fine for the first few months, I was quite happy. But 4 months on I realised they didn’t give the same waterproof protection others boots gave. Now at 5 months realise I need a new pair of boots, there’s just no protection against water anymore.Funnily enough a Facebook group I’m on relating to walking, someone has started a thread asking how best to waterproof their Merrell boots as they are suffering with wet feet, numerous people have commented that their Merrell boots are also not waterproof.My opinion is if you want a summer boot or are a fair weather Walker, these are great, but if you’re going out in all weathers think carefully before you buy these

Las botas están muy muy bien, si estás mirando esta marca es porque la conoces de toda la vida. Súper buen precio en comparación con tiendas físicas. El “pero” es que pides una talla que aparece como disponible y te llega otra, en mi caso porque no lo habían actualizado, no sé si es tarea de Amazon o de Merrel, así que llamé a atención al cliente de Amazon para que supieran qué estaba pasando. Lo bueno es que es muy cómodo devolverlas, pero me he juntado con 3 pares de botas a devolver, ninguna el número pedido jaja.

Achetées en soldes à 94 euros c’est un très bon achat pour des pieds larges. J’ai pris 1 pointure au-dessus de mes chaussures de ville, changé la semelle pour une plus confortable (l’originale est trop rigide) et même ajouté mes semelles orthopédiques. C’est une chaussure basse, je regrette le manque de tige plus haute pour soutenir la cheville. Chaussures bien imperméables, très pratiques en rando boueuse.

Solide und bequeme Wanderstiefel
Merrell ist meine Wanderstiefel-Marke! Sitzt sogar ohne Einlaufen einwandfrei. Wasserdicht sind die entsprechend mit Goretex ausgestatteten Schuhe bei Merrell immer. Durch die sehr gute Federung sehen die Moab 3 ein wenig klobiger als die 2 aus, aber wen stört‘s? Was ich ein wenig vermisse, ist, dass die Sohle nicht selbstreinigend ist. Das ist bei zB. Lowa besser. Dafür einen Punkt Abzug. Für meine eher breiten Füße (41,5) ist die Weite perfekt, für die schmale Schuhweite ist die o.g. Marke mE. sicher passender, da passe ich nämlich nie in die Damenstiefel. Für diesen Preis eine sehr gute Entscheidung!

Non le trovo robuste quanto mi aspettavo da un paio di scarpe di questo tipo. Sono un po’ leggere nel complesso, per quanto riguarda me non è un pregio perché preferisco che la suola sia più “densa”, più pesante per affrontare terreno sconnesso e scarpate.Riguardo il colore, il tipo grigio che ho acquistato hanno in realtà molto più azzurro di quanto appaia in foto.Esteticamente sono belle, con un soletto aggiuntivo anche comode.

Bequem und leicht
Hab mittlerweile schon das zweite Paar davon im Einsatz, weil die Schuhe sehr bequem und leicht sind. Hin und wieder neu imprägniert sind sie auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder Schnee Wasserabweisend.

Merrell boots have always been my go to.I am a size 6 and size 6.5 fit me well in Merrells. No breaking in needed as always.Comfortable and not too heavy.So far seem waterproof but not been tested in extreme conditions yet.Reasonable grip and good ankle support
