Far better than any other!
Reality for some is to be busy working (medical) 24 hrs straight. 1/2 way through a shift I use these wipes in key areas, change my shirt (optional) and can then confidently work in close proximities. The deodorant works great for 48hrs, so-so the next 24 hours after that. I’d call it a 48hr product, not 72 hr. I have a good nose and can reliably detect a few medical illnesses by sense of smell, where the great majority of my colleagues can’t. So the reviewers who complain vociferously about it having an obnoxious odor especially after first applying, must be a small minority VERY high sensitivity to odors.

Best Product

Works great but be careful what scent you choose…
I was deciding between Peony Rose and the Lavender Sage scent. Went with the latter but I find that the Sage smells a bit too earthy and could be mistaken as BO. Works well otherwise but a warning against the earthy/natural scents!

Fresh Alpine smells like trees+BO
I know I like lume, it works. You have to reapply in the middle of the day depending on how much you sweat. The claimed 72 hours of smelling good is given that you don’t sweat. I definitely had to go through a couple months of detox which sucked, i just advise to do it during winter so you don’t have to expose your rashy armpits, and it’s also really hard to shave when you have a rash.I typically use the coconut flavor, but I tried the green one and it does smell like trees or eucalyptus which is nice, But the scent itself smells mildly like BO so that wasn’t…great, especially when i do sweat. I returned that one and I’m sticking with coconut.

Way better than the invisible cream stick!!!
I got the invisible cream stick (in toasted coconut) first and tried it, and I noticed the scent would go away after about 30m-1hr. With this solid stick (in peony rose) the scent lasts well over 24 hours and does a way better job at masking BO. It may have just been the scent that’s the difference, but I also feel like less is wasted with the solid stick (some of the cream would stick to the sides/cap).

Best deodorant ever
I rarely write Amazon reviews but felt the need to write this one. I applied the Fresh Alpine scented Lume deodorant for the first time and after showering 3 times over the next 48 hour period, with an hour run and hour workout during that time, I can still smell it in my underarms. I am thoroughly impressed with how long the pleasant scent lasts. I love anything alpine/cedar scented as well, so this has become my favorite deodorant ever.

I love this product. Used in the past, when there not a solid option. I didn’t love lotion feel/texture. I tried many other natural options, that all eventually broke out my underarm and burned. Not Lume! Highly recommend. The solid is softer than most, goes on smoothly. You are not digging a rock solid stick into your skin. Give it a try.

Good Aluminum Free Deodorant
Lume is the best aluminum free deodorant I’ve tried. It is not sticky like others. The soft powder scent is not overpowering like some of their other scents. You may need to be prepared to reapply or wear on less active days. Overall, a good healthier option for deodorant.

Finally a deodorant that works!
As I’m getting older I have found that deodorant has just stopped working for me. I’ve literally tried all sorts of non-aluminum brands and nothing works. I was going to resort back to aluminum deodorants and then I tried Lume. Lume has been a life saver! Best deodorant I’ve found for heavy exercise
I am a fencer and was fighting with a friend when he asked me if I was wearing perfume. He was so used to the fencing studio just smelling like a bunch of people were working out and mentioned he hadn’t expected to smell something so pleasant. 🤣The peony rose is great and holds up well to heavy workouts. It does leave a residue, but I prefer that to smelling horrendous, so I don’t mind.

Bought as a gift and need one for myself
I bought this for my partner for Christmas. They work in kitchens and come home sweating and smelling, I got the fresh Alpine, my mom gave me a sample bottle of the lotion, peony Rose, and like others have said is smelled like cilantro (it just happens to certain people not everyone). I loved that it lasted so long, but wasn’t a huge fan of the scent. 10/10 would recommend the fresh Alpine, the stick is convenient, but the lotion is better for other parts of the body (to each their own). My partner told me to try it before they use it for their body, and it’s strong, but not overbearing. You need this.

Best aluminum free deodorant
I’ve tried a few aluminum free deodorant and this is by far the best. I sweat a lot and this actually worked. There was one day that it didn’t hold up that great when I was sweating all day. I think if I reapplied in the middle of the day it would have worked until the end of the day. It smells great.I was traveling and doing a lot of walking and couldn’t find any anti chafing stick and used this around my thighs and worked great as a make shift anti chafing stick

My fave deodorant!
I really like Lume’s clean, aluminum-free solid deodorant! It’s my favorite, more natural deodorant that I feel works well and keeps me dry and smelling good! A lot of natural deodorants don’t work as well, and you feel stinky before the day is done. I think I have tried most of the other brands! Lume solid works well for me, but everyone is different. I like the smell of the Peony Rose best, but there are other scents to choose from and an unscented as well. I will say, I only use this on my armpits. I know it’s advertised for all body parts, but I can only speak from the perspective of pits lol I also have sensitive skin and had no problems with this product. I did try the soft Lume deodorant as well, and the tube, but the traditional solid is my favorite and I feel works the best for me. Its seems like it’s gotten harder for me to find just a single of this deodorant in the Rose scent on Amazon, so I just got the 2-pack knowing it would last longer. Not sure why the single was so hard to get, maybe it’s been restocked since I last bought! I def recommend if you are looking for an aluminum free deodorant that actually works. It is a little more expensive than some other brands, but it was worth it to me bc of being so affective! I’ve been using this brand for well over a year if that tells you anything.

Works great, better than cream version
I purchased the solid stick version of this deodorant so I could compare it to the cream version, and afer a few days I can say I like the solid stick better. The solid stick goes on very smoothly and seems to keep you smelling fresh much longer, there was no odor 48 hours after applying while doing normal activities. When I used the cream version, I would sometimes notice odor just12-16 hours after applying. Overall I really like the product, it’s the only aluminum-free deodorant I’ve found that actually prevents odor. I don’t need to constantly re-apply it, just put it on right after a shower and you’re good to go!

Lume is amazing
Lume is amazing in general; really controls the odors. However, this scent wasn’t my favorite, just because the smell is so light. I’d recommend the peony rose or my second favorite, lavender👍

Doesn’t work like other Lume Products
What I love about the previous Lume Products I’ve used is that their good bacteria to replace the stinky bacteria works. It might smell funny for a few minutes, but it works.These work like any regular stick deorderant. They do kill the smell. The lavender smells great. However, I don’t think these are effective as the good bacteria version.

Meh, It’s OK
I have been trying to find aluminum free deodorant that actually works, I decided to try Lume Lavender and Sage stick because it was on sale. I would never pay full price for this because I think it’s a bit of a ridiculous price point otherwise. Normally, I wouldn’t have tried this brand simply because of the obnoxious commercials, yeah I’m that guy. Encouraging people to put any products in their private areas is an irresponsible business practice. Just ask Johnson and Johnson about their powder lawsuits. Ladies, don’t put things that don’t belong in your private area! Yikes! The actual product works the same as all of the others I’ve tried and definitely doesn’t last 72 hours. Even with no activity the smell does not last 24hrs. The smell, while I can smell just a hint of essential oil there is an additional smell that I can’t quite put my finger on but it’s off putting and seems almost like chemicals. My other beef is container, I guess it’s an attempt at being eco friendly but even when the stick is up pretty high the edge scratches my armpit. While I wouldn’t purchase again, it’s not any worse than the others out there (except the smell and price). One positive is, it goes on smoothly.

Love the product, hate the price!
I really like this deodorant. It has a soft fragrance (not too overpowering), and works for hours. It’s a healthy alternative to deodorants that contain a lot of extra stuff in them that aren’t healthy for our bodies. The ONLY downside to this product is the price. Not sure how long I can afford to purchase at $15 per item!

Does make a difference!
I work out 5 times a week at Burn Bootcamp and have been doing this for 2 years now. I sweat in places that are new to me and have tried many things to control it but to no avail. I had been reading about this product and finally gave it a shot. I took the advice of a few and went with the stick (not the lotion) noting I didn’t need help with my underarms as my regular deodorant works there. I have to admit this really did help and it does last. I’m not going to say I’m 100% dry but wow, its managed enough that it has made a huge difference. I’ve done multiple conditioning workouts with sweat dripping off me but where I use this remained under control. Completely worth giving it a shot!

Did not last
I tried this when I first got it in the morning, scent did not last all day. Next day I put it on at bedtime and than again in the morning, this seems to be the best way for it to work for me. The scent is wonderful when it lasts. Truthfully, I seem to have a problem with any deodorant, they just don’t seem to last all day with me

Lume Deodorant
I’m on my second month using this product. Lume deodorant is the best deodorant I’ve ever used. I’ve tried other expensive deodorants that say they work up to 72 hours – but don’t – at least for me they didn’t. Lume really works. For a woman I sweat pretty hard. This product does not prevent you from sweating – but it keeps the odor level down significantly. I LOVE this product. Will continue to buy this as needed.

Works well, but not for 72 hours
This is my favorite deodorant. I get it unscented and it works really well throughout the day. It doesn’t make it past the day though. So while I haven’t tried going with one application for a full 72 hours, around 12 has been where I notice it starts to wear off before having to reapply. I’ve tried it while doing HIIT workouts for an hour and it’s blocked odor very well too.

Hated the Advertising Love the Product
I swore I would never even consider this product because the advertising really turned me off. When it seemed like my deodorant wasn’t working as well as it used to, someone recommended this product. I read a lot of positive reviews so I gave it a try. I purchased the Toasted Coconut scent. The deodorant really does work. Some of the natural deodorants I’ve tried in the past irritated my skin but this doesn’t.

Helps with body odor
Product works. It lives up to its selling points. I sweat a lot and cannot always change clothes. This product has kept my clothes from smelling. The negatives are the price and the length of time until you need to buy more. It’s more expensive than other deodorants. It didn’t last as long as my other deodorants. I had to buy again much sooner than expected (a month). I was hoping I wouldn’t run out for at least two months.

I have seen this product advertised for a while now and Doubt it would work. I have to say working 12 hour shifts. It is definitely a game changer. I bought the unscented versionand used as directed. It did keep unwanted body odor at bay. The only downside is that it has a slick type of feeling. It does not dry like an antiperspirant

Lume finally got it right

Worth the splurge!!!
This is the only deodorant I’ve never had to reapply throughout the day. It doesn’t give me a rash like the rest either. Fragrance is nice and light. Smells like actual toasted coconut. 10/10. It’s expensive but I’m willing to splurge since it has helped my armpits tremendously. Can’t attest to the rest of the body aspect though🤣

Great scent control.
This works great to eliminate odor. The company claims it controls scent for 72 hours, but I have found that I have had to apply it to my underarms daily to control the scent of “stress sweat”. The only place I use it is on my underarms so I do not know who it works anywhere else.

Superior deodorant
A friend introduced me to this deodorant. I’m at a time my love de where not a lot of natural deodorants work and don’t want the highly chemical ones. The tangerine seems so fresh going on and it’s amazing I’m very sensitive to many skin products but this one is good. Will try another scent next time

I love coconut scented deodorant but this one is so much like a warm scented candle and so strong that it makes me feel nauseous from the scent for the first hour I have it on.I gave it 4/5 because the coconut scent is pretty repulsive and also because I’m not sure I like it as a full body deodorant. I haven’t tried ~everywhere~ but so far anything anywhere near the downstairs makes me super itchy. Under boobs tho works great. When I shower I really have to scrub it off bc the water just sits on top of wherever I put it.

IT REALLY DOES ELIMINATE ODOR FOR 72 HOURS and WITHOUT SKIN IRRITATION
We did the scent test on an elderly family member who showers two to three times a week and needs to stay odor-free in between those limited showers. Yes, it really does work as described. Just don’t forget to apply it immediately after the shower. It’s an asset to LTC as well as employed or otherwise younger people. The scent we used is the tangerine. Delicate and lovely when applied, then gradually disappears. It hasn’t stained any clothing to the best of my knowledge, doesn’t cause blistering either. It’s a little pricey when compared to some other deodorants, but I think it’s worth it.
