Orange hairline
Pros: Goes on and stays on.Cons: For my mature skin type, it’s dry and settles in creases even with a moisture base first. For others, might be good in summer when you want something with longevity and on the dry side.Main Con: Gives me an orange hairline, which looks really bad. Tried two different shades, hoping for a different result, both gave orangey hairline. I apply with a brush normally and even got the sponges out to try to blend, it’s difficult to remove the orange from my hair and keep any cover at the hairline.I may try again with their serum as a base.

Too light

Very nice
Being in my 50’s I decided to try a different make foundation to what i’d been using for years previous.This foundation feels very light on and doesn’t make any wrinkles stand out as much as my previous one.Also, I get compliment practically every week in his nice my skin looks and people ask what I use as it looks nice and natural.

Lightweight & buildable
Lightweight and buildable foundation. Blends well. Nice colour – normally foundation is too dark for me as I’m pale.. Doesn’t look cakey or too heavy. Barely there, but covers well.. can be applied with brush or sponge. Little runny consistency but I prefer it. Very happy and at a great price!

Very happy, great foundation
I have 3N for now, 4.5N for summer (4N is ash on me). I don’t need setting spray, it doesn’t budge. A pea size goes far, looks very natural with excellent coverage over my pigmentation. I’ve used high end and drugstrore foundations in the past and this is the best one. Love it!

Great every day foundation since they reformulated
I think they’ve reformulated this and thank god they did!!! I tried this a couple of years ago and Golden Ivory was the most beautiful colour match for my warm-toned light skin but the old formula broke me out within about 7 hours – full face of tiny white spots. They now claim it will help clear your skin – not sure that’s true but it certainly doesn’t make mine worse any more.I’ve tried it again recently and it’s just lovely. Medium, buildable coverage, ever so slight sheen from tiny glittery particles but not noticeably sparkly on your face, just makes you look very lit-from-within and glowy. I used to colour correct the redness in my skin before foundation but I don’t bother with this as it covers redness well. Dries down relatively well though it will transfer throughout the day – if you want something that will stay put when you yank your jumper off then this isn’t it.Lasts relatively well, I usually need to take a damp beauty blender to a couple of creases after about 7 or 8 hours of wear. Can go a tiny bit dry but doesn’t cake or separate on my combination skin. Make sure to use a good moisturiser underneath. Performance doesn’t seem to vary with or without primer.I’d wear something else for a big night out or an event but this is a really good cheap option for daily wear.

Great foundation
I bought this foundation for work due to the good value and good reviews but I’ve actually started wearing it all the time, the colour is a perfect match for my skin, you can barely see it on my face. Its such a lightweight foundation and it leaves a lovely smooth finish.

A real deal!
Reading the mixed reviews I wasn’t sure if it’s real or fake like some reviewers claim. So I went to tesco and boots and saw that the foundation there also has got glitter and it is runny. The warm shades have yellow glitter, cold – pink, neutral might be mix. I bought one from boots, and 2 from amazon. I can confirm it’s not fake, it does have a very fine glitter, almost invisible, but it doesn’t make the face shiny at all. It really is runny, but I pump it slowly on my fingers, 1 pump is more than enough, it spreads nicely, not patchy, really fine and smooth medium coverage. I have combination skin that has started to age and I used to use a bb cream with loose powder on top before, which used to give me less coverage and looked not that great on my pores, but this – flawless. Coverage is smooth and perfect, I don’t need a powder on top now. I think it’s thin for a reason – if it was thick it would show in the fine lines and oily pores.I bought 2W and it has yellow glitter in it and it is of a perfect light yellow colour, finally not orange, beige or pink but yellow – exactly what I needed. I bought 1.5N and 1W for the winter. If you have a really pale northern skin go for the lightest shade which is 0.5C or 0.5N. The colours are really nice and realistic. Other brands are usually very orange or very white or really pink, it was hard to find nice and realistic shades. Also, I briefly used the beauty pie foundation, that one kept breaking me out(I never usually have spots), this one doesn’t break me out. For the price, I’ll be using it for many years to come

Converted Max Factor user
I was so hesitant to try a new foundation, esp online as it is hard to get the right shade.I thought I had made a mistake when I dispensed it as it is very watery. How wrong I was, it was so smooth and covered any blemishes. Having used Max Factor for decades I had got use to having to reapply and touch up, but I didn’t need to at all. I have white / olive skin and choose warm beige which was perfect.100% converted & recommend.

Love this foundation
I’ve been using this foundation for years, so glad i can get my shade on amazon. the coverage is great and wears well all day. Doesn’t feel cakey, thick or greasy. Blends really well with skin tone using a beauty blender. only negative is sometime the plunger breaks on the tube.

Just okay
I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this foundation. I’ve used the brand before but I don’t remember it being this type of runny liquid. You use more because of it whether you use a brush or your hands. It needs a lot of blending and the shade is lighter than I would’ve liked and expected. Not sure I’ll repurchase though it does have excellent staying power.

My favourite
I’ve tried many foundations and this one is my favourite I always revert back to this one. Looks smooth on and it does exactly what it says. Light coverage I’m not one for thick foundation this is perfect for a more natural look. The foundation is a think formula but i always pop it on the top of my hand and then use my brush to dab and I don’t have any over running ect it’s perfect

Great coverage
I usually use double wear but it was getting too expensive to keep up with. I decided to give this a try for budget reasons and I was not disappointed. It gives a light but effective coverage, it feels like a dream on my skin not too thick or heavy. I use a beauty blender with all of my foundations and I feel it gives a lovely soft finish. It has a nice scent to it too, very subtle fresh smelling. I would defo buy again

The best foundation

Doesn’t do it for me. Too runny
This one just doesn’t do it for me. I found this foundation doesn’t sit on the skin well. Finds it likes to clump in pores or builds up on the surface. Doesn’t matter if I use a little or a lot.I prep my skin well (cleansed, toned, serum, moisturizer,primer), i’ve have demo’d plenty of products in previous jobs, but this one is just very thin. The pigmentation clumps regardless if you shake the bottle we’ll before use, prep skin, prime, do nothing etc.Maybe it was faulty? But I won’t be buying again

Decent
It came w a crack, could be delivery’s fault so i wont critique the product cause of that. Im also wondering if the bottle is supposed to look like this or if its a new design. Either way, I tried it and its a perfect match but if u want fulllll coverage, there are better options. Im not into that tho so i dont mind.
