So Great!
These food and water bowls are great for my kitten. I put in 1/2 cup of food and it fits perfectly. They also do wash well in the dishwasher. They are at a slight slant which I think helps her not overeat. This could be in my head. I especially like how they are higher and do not take up much room.

Dizzy has arthritis so I bought her these two little bowls. They are easy to clean and just the right height. The only thing I would highlight is that they took quite a while to come as they are from the States. Would recommend.

great for an older cat
I bought these bowls for my 17 year old kitty who has trouble leaning down to eat these days. She seems to enjoy the height, and the oval shape not touching her whiskers as she eats. The bowls are sturdy and easy to clean.

Estan muy lindos, a Pepper le gustaron, son de excelente material, se limpian super facil, también me gustan porque no se agacha tanto Pepper para comer, ya que eso con el tiempo les lastima su cuello, es de la medida exacta para sus 3 comidas y para el agua parece poco pero yo por ejemplo le cambio el agua en cada comida así que no batallo y no desperdicio y siempre tiene agua fresca :)Muy recomendables 😀

Great cat bowls
Great product. Made of sturdy plastic and is a nice height for my cat. The size was smaller than expected but I have since decided this is good as both my cats are overweight and it looks like they have more in their bowl. I was disappointed that when I wanted to reorder there was no stock in Australia.

No more fighting to get to the dry food.
I will admit to buying an extra set of these bowls because the cats push each other out of the way to get to the dry food. With four of these all spaced apart it is now peaceful at meal times and there isnt any more dry food spills. They are the perfect size for a cat and raised to the perfect height to eat from.

Good value
Good value, slight angle allows easier access to prevent whisker fatigue, good height. Washes well. Surprisingly they do not move or get pushed about easily by kitty. Nice given that due to the design there is no rubber stopper ring on bottom. Hate the dark grey color, don’t know the reason for this color choice, I would have been ok with 2 white bowls. Grey color ok for wet and dry foods not so for water, can’t see how full/ empty it is.

Best cat bowls I have ever found!
These bowls are just the right size for kibble or wet food.The height is perfect, the angle is comfortable, and they are a dream to clean; only takes a 2 second swipe (but they are dishwasher safe if ya want, microwave safe too)!Two cats, and a 10lb Maltese (with small-dog throat issues so an elevated bowl helps him too) all use these bowls daily and I have bought a few sets over a couple years – not because they wore out, but because I like to have a few for all their different foods. They have held up extremely well and I highly recommend these bowls!

Just ok
These are smaller than I remember them. The color is nice, they are well made and seem durable. We have 1 cat that has what they call whisker fatigue, yes never knew that was a thing until we got her and took her to the vet. She refuses to eat out of any containers that her little whiskers touch, she becomes agitated and irritated and doesn’t eat as much. She is tiny for her age and doesn’t seem to be getting enough nutrition. I was hoping this was going to help her but it did not.The other 2 cats like the bowls, height and shape. I got it for the kitten with the whisker fatigue though. She has a flatter face too and gets food up her nose. Instead I got slightly round dessert plates and set them on a mini pedestal that I made at a slight angle. And now thekitten is gobbliing up her food because she’s not hitting her face or smashing her face inside a bowl. These bowls did not prevent whisker fatigue as advertised nor had enough room for a flat face kitty to eat from.

These have made a huge difference to how our cat eats her food. The height is right for her- she’s a standard domestic cat- the dipped front lip does seem to make it easier for her to access her food, and she actually eats it now. I’m really happy, and I’d definitely recommend.

Love these but move around a lot

My cat actually drinks water now
My cat likes these bowls. With her old food bowl she would leave a lot of food in it after eating and also she used to vomit a lot after eating. I don’t think she’s vomited once since I got these for her and it’s been couple months now. She now is also actually drinking water! She would never drink water before unless it was from the tap… my cat approves! Nice that the bowls are tilted.

Raised cat bowls
My second purchase.These are better than they first appear.Sturdy plastic and hold enough food for a meal.I wasn’t sure first purchase use but my elderly cats happily use them and I now love them too for ease of useand I will buy some more as presents for my friend who has 4 cats.Recommended, especially for older cats.

Ordered these bowls after hunting for a matching set of the raised and angled cat bowls. These were the best price for the look, though they aren’t on an angle as I had been looking for originally. These are great dishes though! They’re a hard plastic but very light and seem durable and easy to wash. They look smaller in person than in the photos, but my cats are both very large (part ragdoll). The bowls are suitable for kibble or wet food but probably too shallow or maybe too spilly for water (unless you have a super neat cat). They are wide enough to clear the whiskers and seem to be at a good height for their heads while they eat. The dish is nice because it’s pretty shallow and wide so the food doesn’t pool at the bottom or slide around the sides much. My cats were very confused about the new dishes at first but got into them once I added a treat on top of the kibble. Great quality for the price, would highly recommend!

Brilliant bowls!
Esmeralda loves these bowls. Being an elegant Seal Point Siamese with long legs this bowl has meant she can eat more easily. I wish we’d found these years ago! Now she has heart disease she eats smaller amounts, more often through the day so the easy washing of these bowls is appreciated. First time in years I’ve seen her ‘clean her plate’. A really well thought out, simple product.

Tanto los colores, la altura, el diseño.. Todo!!!Son exacto lo que necesitaba!Los gatos los adoran.. No los tiran, no los mueven.. Y les quedan perfectos para comer.Lavarlos no toma ni 1 min. de lo fácil que es..Y se pueden usar tanto de un lado como de otro.En lo personal yo uso los 2 para comida así que no puedo opinar en cuanto a líquidos.Pero aunque pareciera que les “cabe poco” en realidad su capacidad es de incluso un poco más de lo que comen mis gatos por comida.Les cabe una ración de comida + 1/2 sobre de comida mojada sin derramarse, caerse ni estar al borde.Son una opción perfecta si se quieren tener en un lugar alto (no se rompen fácilmente) y los colores son muy bonitos!

Kitty City is NOT “just another cat food bowl”
When I saw these Kitty City raised food bowls, I did something I NEVER do – I ordered TWO sets of something without trying it first. They just have a look about them that says: well-designed, well-made – and healthier for your cat. When I received them, I was actually shocked! They EXCEEDED my expectations! They hold a can of Friskies perfectly, and there is almost no mess. But here’s the part that astounded me: it says they’re dishwasher-safe, but I’m the dishwasher in my house, so after my cat’s first meal I did the routine thing – I put the bowl in the sink to soak before washing, and when I came back 20 minutes later I picked up the bowl and poured out the water – and virtually EVERY bit of food rinsed out! The one or two little specks that were left LIFTED RIGHT OFF the surface when I touched them with my fingertip. I gave it a final rinse with hot water – no soap; no scrubbing – and there I was, holding a clean bowl.I’m not kidding you; it IS that easy. (Yeah, every once in a while I throw in a little detergent to knock off any stray microbes that might have wandered in, but I really don’t think it’s necessary.)Just put some hot water in the bowl, give it 15 minutes, then a final rinse under running water and maybe a light swipe with a paper towel. That’s it. Really. Truly. Clean.Now what I want is a bowl for ME that I don’t have to wash…..(maybe I could just borrow hers for a light snack – a little chicken salad maybe? Or some deviled ham on toast points?) Do you think that – ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ – she might let me share her bowl?? 😗 👀All kidding aside, I would give these Kitty City bowls SIX stars if I could. Maybe the material they’re made of ISN’T revolutionary; maybe the technology has been out there for years and I just haven’t noticed. (I don’t get around much.) But that’s beside the point. These bowls are beautiful, to the eye and to the touch. And they make eating a healthier experience for your cat. So look at them again – and if you love 💕 your cat, buy a set. Buy two. That’s what I did – and I only have one cat. But I noticed today that they have a set in pastels now, and they’re gorgeous….. so I’m gonna buy a set. Do I really need six bowls for my one cat?….Maybe not….but maybe I can use a couple of them to display art objects. Maybe I can display a couple of them AS art objects….I would add a picture if I could, but my lap seems to be inhabited at the moment, and that imposes certain limits….maybe I can add one later. I didn’t know I would be revisiting this site today, but I’m glad I finally got back here. I bought my Kitty City bowls in January, about ten months ago, and I knew in the first week that I had to come back here and write a review for one of the BEST PRODUCTS I’ve ever seen. Of any kind. I’m sorry I took so long to write this. But I’m glad I’m here now, so that I can wholeheartedly, without reservations, recommend to you a product that I believe to be perfect in what it strives to do. I cannot think of any aspect that needs improvement.You might think that spending an hour to write a review about the bowl that I use to feed my cat is a somewhat trivial way to spend my time. I would not agree. In these days of cost-cutting mass-produced ecology-destroying poorly-made disposable trash, we all have a duty to stand up and shout when we find a product – ANY product – that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and is also aesthetically pleasing.I’m hoping that Amazon won’t yank this review. They had to pull a couple of mine in the last four years when I wandered off the beaten path, offering my opinions in areas that didn’t strictly conform to product review, and I can understand that. I do tend to wax enthusiastic when I find a product that is so far above what is usually considered “good enough “.
