Little bit disappointing
I was a little disappointed by this. A lot of customers got lush and pretty plants and mine came in very sparse with most of the leaves gone. A lot of the branches were brown and dead. There are a few good branches left so I give it a three but that’s the highest I feel that I can give.

beautiful plant but small
This plant arrived when it said would and it’s pretty but very small. I understand that pictures of plants online don’t match the in person plant you receive but this one is so small not what I thought a $25 plant would look like. I could have bought a plant twice this size at Gertens for the same price.

Gold fish plant
Pictures show a fun & amazingly beautiful plant! Plant was a gift. Receiver shared when it arrived it was mostly dried out & would need some “tender loving care”. Also, she shared there were no instructions included in the gift as to how to take care of it.

Plant arrived very well packaged and very healthy. It has several blooms on it already. I will definitely shop with these guys again. Excited to see how she does and pray I can keep her healthy and growing. Well worth the money!! I just got it 3 days ago so I will come back and review on how easy it is to grow. I did Google how to take care of it bc it didn’t come with anything on that.

Nice plants but slugs in it
I have ordered from this company before and the goldfish plants arrived quickly and in nice shape. Today when I opened up my plants one had slugs in it. I picked out a few slugs and tried to go through the plants thoroughly in hopes of finding all the slugs as they will eat up my plants. Hopefully I got them all as I just love these plants. The flowers that bloom on them look just like little goldfish. After paying the price for them plus shipping I would think the plants would of been slug free.

This plant is AMAZING!! BABY BLOOMS EVERYWHERE!!! Seriously this amazing. I was worried that the planter I had for it would be too big. NO the plant is HUGE!

TBD – tender plant; very small
TBD – poor plant was stuck in a box for an 8day ride. In rough shape upon opening box & bone dry. Was inside box in a mailing envelope squished in with styrofoam peanuts.It’s more of a succulent & many leaves fell off during its trip.It’s smaller than expected; stems stand upright 5”-6”; not long & don’t hang over its small 6” pot as shown online.No bottom on planter so it cannot be hung or water will pour out holes in planter when watered.For $29, I’m not very pleased for what I received. Mayb $10-$12 tops.But will provide an update after it grows a bit & will see if/what blooms look like.If it snaps back to life, grows well & blooms, I’ll up the stars on review.

Beautiful!
This plant is gorgeous! Looks very healthy, but I’m concerned. It sat outside for hours on my porch in freezing temps. I brought it in as soon as I got home from work and quickly opened it. I could feel the cold coming off this poor baby! A few leaves dropped while I unwrapped it, but nothing horrible at all. It was packaged very well, no dirt was lose. There was not a heat pack, just packing peanuts….I guess I’ll see what happens in the next couple days. I will update! I really hope it will survive, it is beautiful and bigger than I expected. UPDATE: 3 days later, no longer beautiful. Leaves are dropping by the 10s..it should be twigs by the weekendAnother update: I think its dead

Great for gifting
Gave to my Mom for Mother’s Day who’s 74. She likes it, said it was about to bloom. She expressed it needed a bigger pot- streesed over having to get out to get a new pot n having to buy soil. I look forward to ordering one for myself.

Love the goldfish plant – doing well after a few months
I waited a few months to write this review because I have lost several plants I bought online after writing the review. This one is doing great. Lots of little orange goldfish coming out. It dropped some leaves after I got it but it didn’t take long for new growth and for it to perk back up. It was shipped – of course it was a little traumatized but not much. Great job packaging. I am happy with it. I can’t wait to watch it grow.

Did not work for me.
when I received my plant, it was a mess; poorly boxed soaked to the bone and dirt all over the place broken branches, leaves all over the place. I was devastated because I’ve never paid $30 for a plant and to received it the way I did really disappoint me. It looked nothing like the one shown online. I thought I would have heard back from JM Bamboo, but never did after they requested to confirm my address. so, I reached out to Amazon to assist me with getting my money back from them.

Not as pictured
The plant arrived and was smaller than pictured and was in a plane red nursery pot, not the decorative hanging pot in the pictures. This is very misleading. I’ve managed to nurse the plant back to health, but it would have been nice for it to be accurate as pictured.

Not at all pictured.
I have bought numerous plants off Amazon and have never had any issues. I also understand that pictured aren’t always the same as shown online. This however is NOTHING like advertised.I received my “plant” today…there are MAYBE 10 leaves on the entire thing. It’s more like a pot of twigs at this point. What leaves we’re on my plant to start fell off in transit.Tried contacting the seller with no luck.Buyer beware!10/10 do not recommend.

This grower is absolutely the best at preparing plants for transport ~ not one broken stem! It arrived a little thirsty so I gave it a drink of Georgia water and I know it will flourish! This is the second plant purchased from JM Bamboo and I’m so pleased to see the consistent TLC given to traveling plants! It was purchased as a Christmas surprise for my daughter – we’ll be so happy to watch it grow and see the amazing ‘goldfish’ blossoms!
