Wonderful – Christmas gift for my husband. Hope he loves it.
Ordered this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He used envelopes to store his seeds in a plastic zip-lock bag in the outside refrigerator in the refrigerator door. Often falls out when you open the door. I hope this solves the problem.

So I’ve become a little addicted to saving seeds! LolI had to buy this 2 layer one because the 2 cases I had just wasn’t enough. I just wish they had larger containers for large seeds like pumpkin, squash, sweetcorn, etc.Well worth the money!

Perfect for my seeds!
This kit is PERFECT for organizing my vegetable seeds! I used to use a 3 ring binder and that was not working, seeds were always falling out and it was very bulky. LOVE THIS organizer! I labeled all my seeds and organized them by category. The bottles are small but work for most seeds. The bigger seeds like beans are in the pocket in ziplock bags. The kit itself looks pretty durable and just the right size. Well made item with strong zipper and tough casing; looks sleek like an artist’s portfolio – beyond expectations. Will be buying more for simple seed storage; needed something for quick produce from store – not as a purist, but quick conversion. The vials are thick acrylic, crystal clear, and the screw tops are strong in place – will check in higher altitudes for looseness. Very polished, thanks for a great product!

NOT as many as it says.
I ordered the 140 slots but it only actually comes with 120. I have a LOT of seeds and I am pissed that now I have 20 less slots for seeds. False advertising. It is only 2 containers of 60 slots totaling 120 and not 140.

Great case, ok bottles.
This is a very nice storage case the only reason for 4 stars is the caps and bottles are fragile. You can’t really screw the caps down tight. I ended up using small pieces of foam under the cap to get a better seal. I may buy small glass vials to replace these.

This is a wonderful way to store a lot of seeds.
I ordered the first one and liked it so much that I ordered the second. It does take awhile to load and use the stickers etc. However, it is sturdy, well thought out and small enough to put inside the garage/basement refrigerator. It hold 60 seeds and has seed envelopes included for the largest seeds, or for a huge amount of seeds. I numbered my little containers 1-60 and have a book inside with #1, the name, description, number of days, indeterminate or determinate, and anything else like, it grows wonderfully, etc. Do not lose the book though or you will be up the creek, as they say. The book fits inside the cover, in a slotted area. I think these seed storage cases are genius.

Perfect seed storage!
I bought this to help manage all of my seeds. This works absolutely wonderful for seed storage. I will mention that there are not enough bottle stickers for all of the bottles. Some of the labels are for the seed packets. I used the stickers and placed numbers on them and used a spreadsheet to list me seeds with the bottle number. The foam padding holds the bottles securely and the case is amazing as well.

Great for Seed Storage
Compact storage for seeds which makes it easy for travel.The white labels that come with the set are small for the top, but I did use it on the bottom of the individual containers to add the year.For the lid, I used clear Avery Presta 94500 labels, which fit perfectly and can be easily removed as I update the seeds annually.

I wish I knew of these sooner
I bought the 60 vial one. I am a seed hoarder I guess ha. I have limited space but plant year round (San Diego) and save my seeds which are mostly Heirloom varieties from either San Diego Seed company or Baker Creek. I really like this idea and it turned a gallon ziplock bag of seed packs into one case. I ended up ordering 2 more cases so I can have separate cases for vegetables, flowers, medicinal, native species. The caveat to these is the labels are tiny so I went to wally world and got 3/4″ labels which work better (1″ would be best), I also bought small rectangle labels to put the year on the side so I can replace that when I replace the seeds and if it goes awhile I know to plant those seeds and let it bolt to get freshies. Honestly very happy with it this item.

Sturdy air tight screw on lids hard cover keeps light off seeds. Bought 3 more for seed storage. Used the dots to label bottom of containers a1, a2 etc and used a piece of notepad paper with a1 zucchini etc. Also has an interior pocket to hold seed packets etc

Perfect to store small seeds of multiple varieties and etc.. squash and pumpkin seeds are too large to fit more than 5-6 seeds in a container. But if you have pepper and onion seeds this perfect!

A Lovely, Compact, Protective & Portable Seed Bank
Bought this for my daughter who is an avid gardener as myself and who has a seed collection in a box that was just unruly and destined for any water damage, etc. I have been using small bead containers for my organization which she liked, but finding this was taking it up a level for her I felt. She loves it and so do I. It spawned a whole new tradition in my family with doing a seed exchange at Winter Solstice and probably another at Spring Equinox. What a great tradition.

A really cool way to maintain a seed collection!
These storage containers and pouch are way cool! The seed containers are fairly small. As long as your seed count is reasonable, they’ll work fine. The padded pouch holds each of the seed containers well and beats the heck out of throwing the containers in a shoe box or drawer. The seeds I buy are fairly pricey and deserve a secure storage location and this does the job. The only down-side is that the little round labels that are supplied to glue to the cap are really small, and you have to be careful and a little creative when writing the seed name on it. A backup plan might be to draw a map on a sheet of paper and number the location of each seed container slot. Use the label dots to number each container and provide the seed name on the separate map sheet (gelato cake=slot #1, skittles= slot #2, etc.)Pros: secure storage, well-padded for containers.Cons: small seed containers, supplied labels are small.I would definitely recommend this storage unit despite the cons listed.

Homesteaders modern dream
I love to garden and have been struggling for years to find a way to store my seeds. I’ve been using plastic bags and putting those bags in a left over pot until one day I decided to search for a better way! I got the big one with plenty of spots for seeds! I love it so much that everything can fit in there. It’s easy to use that my three year old even helped me pack away all my seeds for the winter. The only thing I didn’t like was the labels were small but I use my own label maker and put those on each container and used the stickers provided to write the dates on top. I love it so much I wish I had a need to buy another. I love being organized!

Nice seed storage
I bought this as I am getting more and more seeds all the time. And need a place to store and sort through them all. It’s padded and dual layered as described. 120 storage bottles plus labels. Something smells terrible
I think it’s the foam, the chemical smell when I opened this thing made me nauseous. Unclear if it’s safe for seeds. Nobody else is mentioning the smell so they must have recently changed out part of it.

Keeps seeds better organized
I love this little kit.For years I’ve kept my seeds in the envelopes that end up getting scattered and spread around “who- knows- where” in my house.Because i now keep these together, i no longer find myself searching around for each envelope.The little containers have held every envelope of seeds ice bought including corn and other large seeds.They sit very snuggly in their compartments and with the padding, you don’t have to worry about dropping them.The labels are great if you keep the same seeds (which i probably always will), but i almost wish the had erasing labels like my pantry containers. That way if you change the seeds, you simply erase and rewrite.All in all though this product has really help organize a guy with no organization skill.

It’s a MUST!!
I wish I would have invested in one of these sooner. I enjoy harvesting seeds from my plants/crops as well as trading seeds with others but always forgot which seeds I had bc everything was in labeled envelopes, but with this case I’m amble to see all seeds/labels at once without flipping through a bunch of envelopes. It also makes it easy to take as little or as many as I want without fear any will spill after breaking an envelope’s seal bc these clear bottles screw on/off. So worth it. I’m still in the process of transferring my seeds over and might have to buy a second one (: also makes for easy, concise storage!
