    Decent Cat Food

    Well I have 8 cats and they are all picky so and so’sThey always eat this though and it doesn’t upset my exotics tummy (we do not need littertray explosions) with the cost of everything going up I mix this with a high meat content dry food but it all gets eaten snd they don’t pick out the expensive stuff first.Overall its a decent food for the price point

    Cats have staff (dogs have owners) – and my employers love this

    I can understand why so many buyers of this product give it 5 stars – my very fussy cats love it. They completely ignore other dry food I (try to) give them, but this IAMS for Vitality gets eaten in full time after time after time. For them to eat the same dry food every day for 10 days (so far) is unusual – because they never seem to get tired of it.So from the cats’ point of view: perfect.I have to say, though, that the bag is large and unwieldy. When full, it’s difficult to turn upside down and release just the right amount – strong risk of an accident! So the best way is to keep the bag upright and use a scoop or something similar to lift out what you want to remove. I don’t have a scoop, so I simply use an empty bowl. The bowl goes in the bag, I put in the right amount and put the bowl down for my cats.My cats are both male. One’s a 6 year old tabby, the other’s an 18 month old toyger-savannah*** Update ***Three months on and I have repeat-ordered this product, in fact I have chosen an automated purchase agreement (can be cancelled at any time). I’m even more impressed than before with this “IAMS for Vitality Adult Dry Cat Food with Fresh Chicken, 10 kg” for the simple reason that both my cats keep on eating it, day after day, every day. It’s not the only food they’re given of course, they have a mix of wet and dry and this isn’t the only dry type. Okay, they prefer Dreamies but that’s *really* expensive and is used as a treat rather than a daily regular.I’m still not keen on the bag though, it’s large and unwieldy, with no re-sealing facility at all. I think the makers of IAMS should address this.

    My cat loves this

    My cat loves this food. I had previously been feeding her the kitten version of this so was hoping she’d like it just as much, and she does! Kibble size is bigger than the kitten version and shape is also a little different but seems to be the same flavor as smells the same etc. I only feed her this dry food at the moment and she has a really healthy, soft coat and enjoys her food every day.

    Pricey but good quality

    Iams are more pricey than other cat biscuits such as GoCat, but the quality is much better and I find that my cats really enjoy the flavor and it seems to satisfy them more than cheaper brands. A large bag like this lasts my two cats an age and is more cost effective than smaller packets.

    I bought this 3kg bag of IAMS dry food for around £9 which is a real bargain. We have a big Maine Coon who eats lots of dry food so I will definitely be back to buy more (as long as the great price is still applicable!).

    My cat loves them!

    My cat, Henry, isn’t exactly the fussiest eater but he is picky with his biscuits (mostly because he prefers wet food) but he seems to really enjoy these biscuits. I read that they are very good for cats with sensitive stomachs and I like to be cautious with his food. These have been great for him to get extra nutrients between his portions of wet food and won’t eat any other brand now. Henry rates 10/10

    Puurrrfect meals 🐈

    My two ragdolls absolutely love IAMS and their bowls are always topped up aa they miaow for more! I’ve never seen them throughly enjoy their meals as much.Fantastic value for money and the benefits they get nutritionally from this kibble is impressive. I shall definitely explore different ranges of flavours for them both to enjoy!

    doesn’t taste as bad as you’d think…

    My cat has been on this brand her whole life and never had wet food, which i am very greatful for as wet feeding is a pain and you end up throwing half of it away.The biscuits don’t seem to go stale i just keep topping the bowl and i let it run empty and wash it once a month. so much easier.you will need to provide water as with any dry food but you should ideally do that anyway.My cat is still very keen on these biscuits and i hope to keep her on this brand for life.Though the price has recently gone up from £36 to £40 per 10kg, hopefully that trend doesn’t continue.

    Worked out cheaper than the premium shop brand I normally get her. She absolutely loved the biscuits, started purring instantly and trying to push me out of the way as I was trying to fill her container with them. Would definitely recommend as the cats choice. Her coat is also looking much glossier and thicker. And her toilet habits don’t smell as much.

    Good, my cat never get tired of it

    I do give her one bag of wet food a day (half in the morning when she comes back from outside when I call her) and half in the evening before letting her out again (she is a proper night hunter) but i always have her bowls full of dry food and she is eating them all during the day. Her fur looks shiny and she is healthy and not at all overweight although she has been neutered when she was six months old, she is 6 years old now.I use a container for the everyday feeding purpose (it last for the whole week) and keep the big bag, sealed and out of reach in a cupboard.

    Enjoyed and eaten

    Much enjoyed by two adult cats. Bag doesn’t go quite far enough to last that long though (lasts on average about 3 weeks). Quality of the food is great; good source of protein and although there are bulking agents present its not as significant when compared to other brands. There is also little wastage from near empty bag i.e. few crumbs.

    Both cats like this food. It does smell but not that strongly. Always gets eaten so there is no waste. Leaves bowls easy to clean because the food is dry so doesn’t stick like wet food might. Although the cats eat all the food they come back a few times to do so but because it’s dry it’s as good when they finish as the first mouthful.
