    Weird line in the middle of screen

    I blame it on Amazon. For the past few months there’s a weird line about 3inches in the middle of my screen when I turn it on. Like a software damage. If h google it u will notice it’s common for Hisense tv. It was supposed to be fixed and I have been calling and chasing, it’s now October and still not fixed. Very frustrating

    Bad experience, bad brand

    The TV stopped working after only 13 months, although I do not use it much (6 hours a month). Unfortunately, the customer service is bad. I do not recommend it at all.

    Broke down in less then a month

    Purchased this product a month ago. as we speak the screen is black there is a red flashing light. the thing won’t turn on. Was thinking to buy another one but I rather buy one here in Dubai. Amazon 👎🏻 you lost me on this one.

    Worst quality, no after sale service

    We purchasedHisense 70 Inch 4K UHD 4K Smart on May , ever since we tried to contact seller , we emailed them , about problem of this product , screen has some defects, when it’s on , there are some short electrical flashes . We couldn’t get any response since then .

    THE REMOTE CONTROL HAS NO Assistant or Microphone Assistant button

    The TV is built-in with Voice Assistant as describe, but the remote control has no Assistant or Microphone button to activate the feature. It’s a shame that this particular remote doesn’t come with a microphone to activate the smart assistant functionality as you’ll have to have a separate smart speaker set up in the room for it to work well. Other than that it was Excellent, especially the sound quality and for the value of the money.

    To the next customer, don’t be discouraged to other reviews sometimes on Amazon there are haters.The tv is good design thin in the back is light weight for the size 70”Image quality is good !Sound quality is good loud, of course not like a sound bar from Bose but good enough for a normal usage.It has all the smart features and app you need (Netflix YouTube Amazon prime etc..remote is small and simple and work well.Overall after a looong research I suggest you this tvbecause is great price and quality you get. I paid 2400 aed if you get it for less go for it fast.

    Great for what it is

    Have used for a couple weeks now quite happily. The 32 inch hisense smart does not have alexa or is it an android TV and it is not 4K. However as a panel for my office monitor setup it works quite well. Ordered 2 more to make a triple monitor desk setup.

    50 inchesUPDATE:The TV fell down last Dec. unfort, our fault. We tried to reach out the seller but not cooperative.We tried to reach out Hisense service center . Info is a bit helpful but not promising.Anyways, TV is fine. Sound/Tv speaker is a bit odd since day 1.To be honest, I have not explore yet my new TV. But one thing is confirm, the remote doesn’t have Alex built in option as mentioned in the specs. is that their standard?The rest is fine although sometimes the videos are pixelated.
