Great product for the price
This smart TV is very easy to set up and the remote control looks good and is easy to use. All the necessary apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are featured. The picture quality is good although you may need to adjust the brightness and contrast to your liking. The sound quality is very good in my opinion.Only minor irritation was the screws are a very tight fit for the stand and takes a lot of effort to fully screw them in.

No Bluetooth
I wanted this tv for the bedroom to upgrade the old one. The main thing i wanted was built in Bluetooth and this tv is advertised with Bluetooth. When it came i set the channels etc up all ready and got out my brand new Bluetooth earphones to then find out there is No built-in Bluetooth. This is false advertising.The rest of the tv im happy with but im considering sending the tv back now.Slightly disappointed because of this.

Great for Games Console
Bought for my son , main reason was the price and that had a gaming mode. Picture is excellent both as a TV and on games. Easy to set up, l have it connected to the internet which was really easy to do. All major streaming platforms preloaded. Sound is good for a flat screen TV and remote logical. I have not had this brand before, but will look out for their products in future, good value.

Good TV for the price
Wanted a TV for our teenager’s bedroom, saw this when it was going for a good price. Very lightweight TV, good sound and picture. Disney+ isn’t a button on the remote but the app is available on the homescreen. The annoying thing for me is that you can’t download Now TV from the app store, you have to use the stick. Otherwise, pleased with it so far.

Purchased as a replacement for the bedroom, didn’t expect much as got on offer really cheap!However we’ve been pleasantly surprised, quick on start-up, picture quality is top and the sound is great (which surprised me the most).

get what you pay for
needed a new TV on a budget for my PS5, this fitted my needs however the quality matches the price. the picture is fine though a little fuzzy, sound is crackly at times, screws for the leg stands DO NOT fit! & the plastic screen protector was UNDER the screens bottom frame panel so removing it pulled away some of the silicone sealant which hopefully won’t result in future faults

Nice TV and has everything you need apart from the sound quality lets it down – I have had LG in the past and they are not the best sound but they are still better than these – If you are going to use a sound bar then get the tv as it will not matter because the picture quality is great value for money

I am overall pleased with my purchase
I received my TV yesterday.It is easy to set up and use but I would have liked a better user manual to unveil some of its other mysteries. I will find it all in time.The loss of a star is because it was sold as having Disney + but it doesn’t seem to have it,no dedicated button but it maybe one of the mysteries.It is nice and light ,decent size -can’t bear huge screens dominating a room. I managed to set it up even though I am disabled and have shaky hands,just need my carer to tighten the screws on the stand sa bit more.I find the sound adequate for my needs have not tried it with just music yet though.I have slight hearing loss but could hear with the volume turned down quite low -no disturbing the neighbours. I have not fiddled with any settings yet but am very satisfied with straight out of the boxTrying to connect this TV to youtube and I found myself signing £50 for a porn/dating site ,don’t know how as I was typing indetails for you tube so had to cancel my card leavingme with no money,no food ,no anything for a week !Certainly no Disney +This is actually a nice tv but as you can see some problems

Bought this tv for the bedroom. Easy and quick to set up following on screen directions. Picture quality is great, sound is poor very tinny sound no Matter what settings you put it on but it’s hooked up to an external speaker so not reliant on built in. Overall for the price it’s excellent value for a bedroom Tv. Deducted a star for poor quality built in speakers.

No Bluetooth and WiFi keeps dropping out
Telly is ok for the money, has the ability to get various channels and does the job but the Wi-Fi drops off at least once a week meaning having to reset everything! Furthermore, no Bluetooth even though it is advertised as having meaning I cannot use Bluetooth headphones. Frustrating experience all round…. Maybe stick to better known brands!

Amazing tv for any bedroom at a low price. many smart features and it was easy to set it all up (but it does not have disney+). Although, the legs are a bit flimsy… which makes the tv lean forward a little. The sound isn’t the best but if you have a small bedroom i don’t think it will be a problem. Overall a good budget Tv!

Non standard wall mount
This tv does not have a standard visa mount on the back. It has 100 wide x 209 tall. There are many brackets that fit but a fixed plate. Get one with long horizontally adjustable bars.Tv is great once up!

Great brand of tv
Hi, this is my 3rd tv I’ve bought from Hisense, didn’t think they’d be good as didn’t know much about the brand, but for the value and quality, they are great tvs, I actually replaced a Samsung projector that was faulty with a Hisense version and was blown away on how better and overall the quality was, I’ve got 2 of these 32 versions of tv a 2020 model and this, both really good, easy to set up, the remotes work well and it’s a brand I will continue to look out for instead 😀

Bad quality
This quality is worse than my FHD 40″ hisense TV I bought 10 years ago. This is more like a HD ready tv and not the quality of UHD or FHD even though the screen says 1080p it is the quality of a standard HD tv of 720p not impressed I’ve logged a refund

Arrived when promised. Very easy to set up. Personally, I found the legs provided, easy to screw in, just ensure you have the correct screwdriver. They were in exactly the same position as my last 32″ TV, a Samsung, but these are much sturdier and the TV feels extremely stable. The picture is good and can be adjusted, but I have not changed it. I found the sound excellent, not at all “tinny” and I am older and probably a bit deaf.The Smart features are excellent. You can simply press a button on the remote to access Netflix, Amazon, You Tube etc. BBC iplayer All4, Channel 5 etc. are also set up on the home page. I found the remote very responsive and much quicker than the Samsung. We are very pleased with all aspects of this TV and have no issues at all.

TV’s made by Hisense are excellent quality and value for money.The picture and sound quality are very good and firmware is updated on-lineas necessary.I have purchased two TVs from them with the other being the main one for the living room.Highly recommended.

Good size,value and H.D. YouTube, Netflix and various t.v channels. My only issue is tuning into the channels on the t.v but this is happening with all the TVs I purchased. Wifi works well. The mount legs are not for the t.v, you will have to wall mount it

Good TV but earlier broken firmware update(s) killed 3 TVs WiFi capability!
UPDATE 09/04/24:Hisense have finally released working a working firmware update to fix the WiFi connectivity drop outs, better late than never. Had fun with their support who blamed my ISP for the WiFi problems, total muppets.Firmware update V0005.06.30F.N1027 has now fixed WiFi dropout/disconnections & also fixed the remote control input lag, power tv off once it has updated OS software & reboots to VIDAA logo, also I highly recommend to disable some data farming it does by default, goto settings/system/advanced settings/enhanced viewing settings/disable Automatic content recognition, go back out to previous menu, under enhanced viewing settings disable personalised ads, also now you’ve updated it .. disable automatic updates under Support/system update/auto update, sorted!Good TV all round now it’s finally fixed from the major issues their previous dire firmware releases caused! 3 TV units now working 100% stable again!
