Great customer service
Received the refrigerator and it was working great but then suddenly just stopped cooling. Contacted the seller and they provided instruction on different things to do to resolve the issue. When that didn’t work they immediately offered a replacement and it arrived within a couple of days, no further questions. The replacement has been working great so far. Very impressed by the sellers responsiveness and quick action!

Awesome Customer Service!
We received this on 12.2.22 and kept it upright for the 24 hours before use then filled it with drinks, turned it on (up to 7 ) and it is not cold at all. Light is on and it is running but won’t cool our drinks. I contacted the seller and they were so quick to respond with a full refund and do not need me to send the fridge back. Such awesome customer service! I would definitely do business with them again.

Great Customer Service – Defective Unit
Fridge arrived on time, packaging was good – no physical damage. Fridge was upright for 1 week prior to powering up. Lights come on but zero cooling. Defective unit. Only benefit was the customer service – they were very attentive & responded quickly. Full refund.

Is it a beverage refrigerator?
The grates on the shelves are just far enough apart that bottles nor cans stands up without tipping or falling over. Also, don’t rely on the recommended setting as everything froze.

The key is missing
The fridge itself is great! Plenty of space, and the temperature control works very well. However, there is supposed to be a key that comes with it to lock the fridge, but mine was missing in my order. I’m still trying to figure out if I’m able to get one.

NOISY
Refrigerator is a nice size and looks good but it is very noisy. Constantly humming and vibrating. Very annoying. Would not recommend for any space where you prefer quiet.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with the refrigerator running so long it would freeze the sodas but if I turned it down they wouldn’t get cold. I contacted the seller and they gave me some tips to try. They worked and it’s working as advertised. They followed up to make sure I wasn’t still having a problem. Great service, great product.

Inconsistent temperature
This refrigerator doesn’t keep a steady temperature, I bought it for beverages for my salon and some days my cans are frozen and exploding and some days they aren’t cool enough. Also it is very loud and kicks off heat from the back.I wouldn’t purchase this, wishing I spent a little more money for something better.

I like it but…
I like this fridge for the price, mostly. It definitely keeps the drinks cold, but I found out the hard way, you should only put your canned drinks on the very bottom, because if they’re on one of the other rows and you have your fridge set at about 4, they will explode. That’s more than likely due to them being on the cooling unit, that’s metal.One thing that really frustrates me is when you open the door, it doesn’t hang right or something. The silver lock hook at the bottom causes the door not to close properly, because when you open the door, it hangs lower, so you’d have to lift up on the door to get it to properly close. In addition to that, I had to bend that metal hook down with a flat head screwdriver so that it won’t keep the door from closing.Due to all that, I more than likely will be sending this back. It’s just going to be a bit of a hassle getting it all packaged back up again…UGH!

Perfect beverage fridge!
The media could not be loaded.
This fridge is a perfect compact size, for all my beverages and very classy looking! I would recommend adding liners to the shelves so the beverage can balance on the wire racks. It comes with a lock/key incase you have alcohol you want to keep locked up. The customer service form the seller is superb as well!

Hailing refriderator

My first package was stolen and customer service walked me through the steps I needed to take and was able to send me a new mini-fridge replacement asap!Just started using it today- will come back to update on how well the fridge keeps it’s temp regulated.It’s been great so far! Nice addition to our bar area.Can be noisy in a small room, but it’s like background noise in our dining/living area.UPADTE: Fridge still working great, had to set it about 6.3/7 on the setting for the beverages to stay ice cold. Only complaint is that it does not fit five 12oz cans across- it only fits four. Which isn’t bad, but the OCD in me screams when I look at the available space left (look at pic for reference)

Solid With Good Value
Love the size, narrowest fridge I can find, great for small footprint. Mine came damaged but the customer service was good but not 24 hours. There is delay between time zones, I got one email a day with the time difference so it took a few days to get things handled but they stood by the product and got things worked out with me. This thing cools to 33° which is awesome, many fridges cool to just 40°. Good space and adjustable racks, nice for arranging bottles and cans as you want them. For the price it’s a great little fridge. Things I’d like to see, moveable door hinge which I didn’t realize it didn’t have until after, comes with right side hinge only. Thermostat is a 7 level dial and getting a precise temp isn’t possible. Stuff freezes at the lowest setting and trying to get to 38° has not happened, I’m 34°or 40°, can’t see to get in between, a digital thermostadt would be helpful. Solid purchase for $250

Sadly when my fridge arrived and I waited the 24 hours to set it up (well longer than that) something was wrong with it and it didn’t get cold 🙁 When I reached out to the sellers they were fantastic at helping me and made it incredibly easy to get a refund! I really appreciated how prompt they were and being able to get a full refund. I’m sure this is just a freak thing maybe something happened in transit, who knows! But the sellers were great working with me! Even though it didn’t work the fridge looks great and holds plenty of stuff if it worked it would have been perfect!

Perfect for upper cabinets!
I am going to add some more pictures tomorrow, but I specifically picked out this mini fridge because of its slim profile. It is very hard to find a slim fridge that is around the same depth as upper cabinets. For my laundry bar it was important that the fridge did not take up too much space. I still plan on placing a small wine rack in the area above the fridge. The temperature is very cold on 7, like things start to freeze. So we have been keeping it around 4 for our creamers and sodas that we keep in it. I have not noticed it being extra noisy. It looks nice. Contacted the seller with some cosmetic issues and they were super prompt and replied right away and were helpful. Great customer service which is a huge plus. I’m glad I bought this one and not one that is any deeper. This one is perfect for blending in on a countertop with standard upper cabinets. It’s really seamless. One tip was to add some sheet aluminum to the racks for cans. Cans kept tipping over due to the grate spacing so I picked up one sheet of decorative aluminum to lay on top of the grates. It looks so cool and makes this look luxury!

This fridge was a great price and appears well built. Looks really good compared to many competitors. The blue interior light is a cool touch, and the ability to switch it off independently is nice.BUT…. I recently contacted customer service about issues I’m having with temp control. It has seemed inconsistent and some drinks freeze while other barely get cold. I’m awaiting response from the seller and hoping for an easy solution to the freezing issue that still provides cold drinks.

Good customer service
First let me start by saying it’s an affordable fridge so don’t expect fancy, still very nice looking, so have realistic expectations I think the fridge price is fair for what you are supposed to use, I do recommend to take your time to look pictures since it might be a bit thinner than what it looks like, just highlighting that because return is not free, so avoid yourself and the seller a headache and study the dimensions and fridge material, again I feel fridge is good for price, regarding customer service definitely solid, they offer alternatives to interact outside Amazon chat making the process faster, as a business owner myself this was very helpful and I like the fact the took ownership for any mistake, that’s a game changer for me because I’m always running around with my business and having efficient interactions like this is big help, the type of thing that has help me set up almost half of my store from Amazon lol, reliable seller for sure, I would definitely buy from them again.

Looks great/looks great!
I bought this for my salon and I love it! My neighbor even asked where I got it because she couldn’t find one that wants t too bulky and stuck out further than the shelves. This is a deisplay, I recommend someone that doesn’t have ocd or likes to keep things looking nice to get a solid fridge you cannot see through. It is a lot of work keeping it looking nice!Pro’s- fits perfectly-quiet ( can’t hear a sound)-looks niceCons- only thing I had to fix were the shelves. I could t get my beverages to stand up straight so I had to buy some plexiglas to fit over the shelves. I still give it a 5 star because I think most mini fridges have the same issue

Elegant and skinny
I have a small business and have bought over 40 of these from this seller. He always ships fast and communicates well.The mini fridge is a couple inches skinnier than the ones we easily find at the store, so it fits perfectly at the designated space I have for it, and still fits a ton of drinks and has a very elegant look to it.

Garage mini fridge
It was perfect for the space we had. I’m always doi g something in the garage or yard. We keep soda and drinks and occasionally sandwiches just to avoid tracking in dirt into the house.The mini fridge is against a south wall and the ref keeps its contents cold even with SoCal’s HOT(high 90’s) weather most of the year.

Great Customer Service – great mini fridge!
The fridge came incredibly fast because it shipped out of NJ a few hours from my house. In the short transportation trip, it did come with some damages. The box was a bit beaten up. This is not the seller’s fault. You must wait 24 hours before turning the fridge on, so I notified them immediately and mentioned I would get back to them if the fridge functioned. They responded incredibly fast and told me I could return it (and they would ship another one) or I could get a discount on the damaged one.I didn’t want to deal with the shipping of another fridge, so I hoped this fridge worked. Sure enough, the next day, it did work! It is quiet, which is perfect because it is in my bedroom. I only wish it had a thermometer to check the temperature in the unit. I use this for smoothies, so it must be 40F or slightly lower. I ordered a few thermometers from Amazon to validate that the temp was working well in the fridge before I confirmed with the seller that I wanted to take the discount approach. The temp worked, but did not some common inconsistencies where the bottom is cooler than the top. Not a big deal for me as long as it’s in a cold range. Like before, the seller responded quickly and was seamless in finding a solution. Highly recommend!

Hailang beverage refrigerator stopped after 24 days
The Hailang beverage refrigerator was great until it stopped running after only 26 days. The light stayed on, but the refrigerator just didn’t cool. The seller was excellent, however. He was quick to answer my request for refund or credit to my Amazon account. I had to text a video of the refrigerator showing there was no sound of the motor running even though the appliance was plugged into the electricity and the appliance was set at the proper cooling temperature. The seller was very easy to communicate with and he worked on the problem expeitiously.

The drink cooler was perfect for what we were looking for, very stylish and seemed well made. The measurements and description was spot on. Unfortunately we had issues with are first one and with the amazing customer service from Amazon and the sellar we got a refund immediately. Turned around and bought the same drink cooler again. Decent beverage fridge
Bought this as an additional beverage fridge.Pros:- fit into the space I needed- good beverage fridge- kept drinks cold- arrived promptly- noise level is good, like any other fridge, it was occasionally making soundsCons:- def doesn’t hold 105 cans- the shelving is slightly uneven – I had to add some cardboard box cutouts to put my drinks on top of- had a can explode toward to top, so it’s better to keep cans lower in the fridgeOverall, a decent purchase, but I feel like it was slightly overpriced.

Great refrigerator for the price.
Was looking for a refrigerator only no freezer for my salon business. I have purchased many of these units and I have been very pleased with them. In addition to a very attractive look they keep very cold. The unit is extremely quite. I have experienced only one unit failing to cool after several months. Even though it was outside the warranty period I had contacted the seller who responded immediately to help me troubleshoot the problem. Technical support was helpful but I couldn’t fix the problem so they promptly refunded my money. Was not expecting that and says a lot about the seller. I will be purchasing more units in the future from this seller.

Bad Temperature Control
Very bad at regulating temperature. I use a pretty standard refrigerator thermometer to monitor it. Testing with it half full of beverages, sometimes a setting of 5 will freeze items, sometimes it’s almost 60 degrees. It’s very inconsistent.The lock is badly positioned at the bottom and should be on the size middle. My partner didn’t realize it was locked and tried to open it, and the top still opens an inch or two. She mistakenly thought it was just stuck and tried pulling it, which could damage the door. I don’t see any design reason the lock couldn’t be on the side where it would be more effective and easier to access.A small fan would be a nice addition as it would circulate the air and help it cool more evenly, though for the price that’s really a non-issue. Just a thought for anyone who wants a unit this size that no fan is more or less the norm.The only pro to this unit is that it’s in that odd size range just above small that’s hard to find, but the temp issue is a deal breaker. Otherwise I’d probably give it 4 stars.

Great fridge for the price
I’ve been looking for a fridge like this for a while now although didn’t want to spend the money, but this one is exactly what I was looking for & it’s great for the price. I like the height & size, but the shelving inside is a bit wobbly. Plastic bottles won’t stand up straight so they work best laying on their sides. I would say it’s fairly quiet and I don’t notice the noise. It gets very cold. It also looks high-end. Customer service is great and the seller is prompt to solve any problems. I’d recommend them and buy from them again. Thanks:)

light is good, you can switch it on and off. you can adjust the fridge temperature but it’s uneven throughout the fridge. some of the fridge freezes food others keeps it cold.overall, good fridge
