Cat loves her food!
I have this item set up on subscribe and save, order comes every 3 months. I feed my adult female cat this after she is a fussy eater, this is the only food she will consume. 4 variety of flavours to choose from, all smell pretty tasty and full of flavour. The box is a little on the heavy side when it first comes, simple brown box with brand name on back (doesn’t come in a different Amazon box)Packets are easy to open, if my cat is on the fussy side that day, I’ll give a half portion and put the other half in the fridge to keep safe for the next day or later that day, which stays fresh till then.Value for money as I have found in stores it’s alot more expensive for half the amount. I have found that some other sellers are more expensive for the same product on Amazon too. The cat foot lasts for a while also which is great, as she’ll have around 1 packet a day for wet food.

Good wetfood favoured by my cats.
Good value in this large box especially as petfood has risen radically in cost. My 3 different breeds of cats really favour this in gel or gravy. Orders are delivered promptly. I will continue to purchase from this vendor due to excellent service. Highly recommend.

Does what it says on the packet. Cat asks to be fed it. Only criticism is the messy business of not wasting it because the packet is awkward to completely empty out. Five paw approval otherwise.

The only food my cats will eat
My cats are fussy so this is the only food they eat. For £36 this is a great deal and cheaper than you’d find in any supermarkets. Also eligible for subscribe and save. I recommend it!

Cat won’t eat this food
Something’s changed with this food. My cat used to love Gourmet. Now he sniffs it and walks away. The gravyinstead of being runny now seems to have a gelatinous consistency. Won’t be buying again – giving it to the local cat rescue

It’s a giant box of cat food. The cats eat it. Simple.
A big box of cat food. There seems to be 2 different designs of packaging, and it’s hit or miss depending on which one you get.You either get 2 boxes of 48, with the 4 flavours in columns of 12, easy to store in a kitchen and handy to grab food from.Or…You get 4 long sleeves of 24 of each flavour. If you’ve got space, then no problem, but each sleeve is about 2foot long.No idea why the same product is coming in 2 different types of packaging.On to the food – the cats eat it, the cats enjoy it, the cat’s dont barf it up.Not much more to add really – all the cats have nice shiny coats, are happy, don’t get ill very often.Doesn’t smell grim, unlike the cheaper wet cat foods. Some of them make me want to hurl. This stuff smells alright.These boxes are ideal for people with either space to store the food, or a lot of cats. I tend to have 10+ boxes of these at home at any one time, so I call into both categories.Saves waiting for certain foods to be on special at supermarkets. If you keep an eye on prices, you can pay the equivalent of £2.50 or less per box of 12.

The cats good with this, so I’m happy.
Difficult to rate this product by flavour as I’ve not tried it myself and there is a slight communication problem between me and the cat.The cat loves the chicken and lamb, slightly less keen on the duck and far less keen on the turkey. If there were a chicken only version, it would be a ‘chicken dinner winner’.Good value for the amount. The tear sachets do occasionally put up a fight, which can result in contents spreading a bit far.Finally, come on Purina – get with the programme. We need recyclable packaging. Difficult with the very useful mylar sachets. Must try harder.

Dear sirI hav had chat with Amazon yesterday but noting answer came back yet ..i have decided to speak directly with your Company.We have 4 cats and since when they came to our home they have been enjoy eating Gourmet Cat Food Perle Chef’s Collection, 96 Pouches, 96 x 85 g and they loved turkey and chicken but not others. We waisted so many except chicken and turkey version.I found anther product from your Co.which only chicken one we thought great but must be somethings different for them and didn’t like them .Is any good idea for us with same mount of money with Gourmet Cat Food Perle Chef’s Collection, 96 Pouches, 96 x 85 g make then only chicken and turkey version for us please.I am looking forward to here fro you.Thank you.

Just taken in two stray cats that had been living in a neighbour’s yard for over a month., both very hungry!!Told this was a good brand to feed them… but one of the cats seems to like it (well she eats it anyway) and the other licks off the gravy (as can be seen in photo) but leaves the meat!! So yet to decide on this brand

My cats think these are very delicious.The portion sizes are 85g, which is supposedly the same as a lot of other brands, but these seem bigger – the food is really packed in and each of my cats (3.5kg and 6kg) will take two sittings to finish a tin. Cost-wise, I think it’s really good value compared to other brands.The texture is great because it’s substantially wet and mushy to appeal to them but not chunks-in-gravy enough that they’ll just lick up all the gravy and leave the chunks.The cans are super-easy as well, as you can get all the food out quickly with a spoon – no waste or mess like with the sachets, where everything goes all over your hands and half of it’s stuck at the bottom of the packet. Easily recyclable too.

Good bulk pack and value for money. Good quality food for a decent price. Price does fluctuate quite often but if this can be bought for under 35p per pack it is better value that you would find at pet shops or supermarkets!Packets are on the smaller side. If they could be 100g then you’d be able to save a little but then they wouldn’t sell as much!

Awkward to empty all the contents of the pouch
My cats seem to quite like this but not every day! It’s a big pack so I was gutted when they seemed to go off it in favour of the Sheba fine flakes. I ran out of the Sheba and found loads of this in the cupboard and the cats seem to like it again, hopefully they wont go off it for another couple of days until the new order of Sheba arrives.The thing i dont like about it is that it is very difficult to get it all out of the pouch! Other pouches just need opened, squeezed at the seams and the contents all just fall out but these pouches are really awkward and the overly wet contents seem to cause suction leaving half the contents in the pouch, squeezing the rest out is difficult and no matter how hard I try to squeeze it all out there’s usually a lot of messy residue.

My cats are addicted to this food.
I have two 10 year old British short hair cats who like both biscuits and wet food. They let us know which they want and we’ve tried a number of brands over the years.Whilst they aren’t too fussy about biscuits, they are fussy about wet food. Much of the time they just lick off the jelly/gravy and then walk off.With these sachets, they eat the whole thing in one go and lick the bowl clean. I’ve had two boxes of 96 sachets now from Amazon and a few more from the supermarkets.With there having been many cat food varieties, flavours and taking into account different weather and other factors, there simply is no other factor as to whether they walk off offended or stay and eat the whole thing.With these sachets they just eat the whole thing and you can’t catch them out. If you try giving them another sachet at random in between two of these, they know. They look at you with that ‘are you kidding me?’ look.Any cat owner will recognise the ‘you mean I came all the way back from the neighbour’s house for that?’But with these sachets you really can be their friend and they will be genuinely appreciative. Not cat-like appreciative but dog-like appreciative. Imagine having a cats as grateful as dogs!The only concern I have is how long before I have to enroll them in fat cat camp.

price constantly rising, but you get what you pay for.
As anyone who is owned by a cat knows, that you don’t choose the food for them, they try out a few and soon let you know what they will and won’t eat.I have two rescue cats who would eat anything when first adopted but now having been spoiled they have become very fussy.I have bought many top quality brands, and specially prepared recipes, which usually end up at a cat adoption centre when my two felines refuse to eat until they get their Gourmet, so I have now given in and just buy what I know they will eat.One cat prefers meaty food, the other will eat only fish flavours, so being able to buy boxes which have just fish in them or a selection of meat flavours is ideal.Both my cats are very healthy and have soft glossy coats, as you can see from the photo’s they are looking well on their Gourmet diet, so despite the cost having risen quite considerably since the Covid pandemic began, there is no chance of my changing brands

I bought this when it was on an offer for 28.98 which is cheaper than all market. However do note there are three flavours and not four flavours so you get repeat. This should last my cat 7 weeks and plus dry food.

I’ve 4 fussy cats however they always finish Purina.The meat it’s high quality and doesn’t seem to be too reformed. As we have medicine to give to one cat so the fact it has a think gravy helps to hide it.
