All’s Well that Ends Well! (but really!)
The words “just pop the old one out” do not apply!The new brush is just fine, and pops in fairly easily to the sweeper, but I had to ask my [male] neighbour to pry the old one out with a screwdriver, and he found it difficult: Minus one star.Moreover, the new brush came in a plain white container without any directions whatsoever (see photo): Minus another star.Had it not been for poring over the Amazon customer questions and answers, and finding one helpful reviewer [signed “An Amazon Customer] who gave instructions on removal of the old brush and insertion of the new, I wouldn’t have had the faintest idea that one had to remove the rubber fender and force the old brush out with a screwdriver “like a roll of toilet paper.”Well, unlike a roll of toilet paper, the plastic gismos on the brush, and those into which the brush fits do not give—I was afraid I would break them.Please contact the seller, Amazon, and ask for an instructions leaflet. There must have been one, sometime.Now that the Removal/Insertion Drama is over, the new brush does sweep clean!

Failed
The bristles are not long enough or stiff enough to capture the hair like the original roller. I use it prior to running the big vacuum to pick up dog hair and to get under low places. Ended up putting the old one back on.

This replacement brush did not fit my ‘69 Fuller Brush sweeper!
Dimensions of product need to be included in ad as an answer to “will this replacement work on my sweeper?” Also, it would be nice to include model years this replacement are made for and source for replacements other than the one featured! Thanks for an unnecessary trip to Kohl’s to return because description of item was so lacking and incomplete!

Love it!
This brush replaced the old brush from a carpet sweeper I have for more than 15 years. The new brush fit right in and it is like a new sweeper. Why I love this sweeper so much? It goes under my furniture and in small places. So happy I ordered it, great price too!

I was so happy to find this replacement brush for my electrostatic sweeper! I have needed one for years. My sweeper is as good as new now. And it’s 47 years old! It was a bridal shower gift in 1973.

Disappointment in that this replacement is not made like the original brushes in my older and 2yr old sweepers. This replacement is made in China with more sparse plastic bristles .That said, it does fit my 15yr old Fuller Brush carper sweeper properly, and appears to work as well.Time will have to tell the story.

Shorter than original brush, won’t stay in the sweeper
My sweeper is missing one of the brass spacers that fit over the female hole where the brush spindle pops into place. If it weren’t missing, this brush miiiiiight stay in, but because this replacement is shorter than the original, the brush falls right out.

I purchased an antique fuller carpet brush. The person had worn out the roller. I was hesitant to buy a new roller because some reviews said it didn’t work.Oh my goodness! It works. I was so ecstatic to have this thing work I will never go back to Bissell again!

Nice product
I cleaned out the back of a closet and noticed that I still had my carpet sweeper from Amway from 30 years ago. I remember putting it in that closet because it needed a new brush put in it and guess what. This brush fit perfectly!

Does not seem to fit Hoky 23T
We have a Hoky 23T and want to replace the main rotor brush (part O-23TTS-1). We searched for the direct replacement part and this item came up, so we bought it. Sadly it does not install without possible destruction of the Hoky. The original brush/rotor has a different “purchase” (installation fitting that secures the brush). I could probably use a hole punch, screwdriver or claw and remove the part that is attached to the Hoky, but it will probably wreck it and instead of needing a $14 brush I’ll be out a $80 sweeper.

This seems as good as the origina.
Brush is as advertised BUT their are no installation instructions. It looked to me to be very straight forward and it was BUT I was afraid of damaging the plastic some simple instructions would have helped. I did what I thought was necessary and the brush slipped into place and there was none of the crunch of broken plastic which I was afraid of.Come on guys, save our anxiety, two diagrams and a paragraph of instruction would make this a 5.

Picks up everything
This replacement brush for my old Fuller Brush sweeper fit perfectly and works great. Glad I found this as it saved me quite a bit and I didn’t need to purchase a new sweeper. These sweepers are handy for those times when it’s inconvenient to bring out your larger vaccum.

Love the new replacement brush!
I was so happy to find this brush replacement. My Fuller Brush Electrostatic sweeper is about 25 years old and this is the first replacement brush I’ve bought, because I couldn’t find the replacement anywhere. It was easy to take the old one out and put the new brush in. It picks up so much better! Thanks for the availability of these brushes!

It didn’t fit my sweeper.
It didn’t fit my sweeper. The diameter of the roller ends was several thousands larger than those on my old roller brush. I had to spend half an hour in my workshop modifying my sweeper to make it work!

Fuller Rotor brush replacement
Amazon comes through again for me. After almost 20 plus years I thought I’m going to see if my small push electrostatic carpet sweeper still had parts available. Lo and behold Amazon had what I needed it was a direct drop in part that works flawlessly. The only thing that is different from the original Fuller brush push sweeper is the quality of the metal that the bristles are wrapped around, it’s just a little lighter gauge metal wire but it works kust fine.If I get another 20 years out of it I’ll be thrilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this product again.

Worth the price & cheaper then buying a new Fuller Brush carpet sweeper
I have a Fuller Brush carpet sweeper that was my grandmother’s. I tried another brand but it fell apart in less than 6 months. I was willing to give this replacement brush a try, Lord knows that it was less expensive than purchasing a new Fuller Brush carpet sweeper. It came quickly and was easy to install. OMG! It works better then it ever did in my memory! I am so glad that I went this route – It works like a charm.

I so appreciate this push carpet sweeper and then to so easily replace the brush makes it even better!It fits under much of my furniture, it it light weight and easily works on my carpeted stairs as well as on my wooden decks. A cleaning treasure for an 82 year old!

Fits my Fuller sweeper like a glove
I’ve had my Fuller sweeper for 6 years. At that time the sweeper was $47, now it’s $79. I really wanted a new one but I’m not paying that much. So I just decided to buy new parts for the one I have.I’ve noticed people are giving 1 star for the replacement brush because it doesn’t fit either their Bissell sweeper or their old fashioned Fuller sweeper. It’s not fair to rate it that low since they didn’t read details regarding size.The new brush was easy to replace and picked up like a champ. It picked up stuff I couldn’t even see. I was concerned about the material…this one is made of horsehair and felt too soft to be able to get the job done. It works great and I would buy again.To those who can’t get it to pick up, try to NOT push down hard while sweeping and let the sweeper do all the work.

It works well
This is the 2nd one of these I have purchased as a replacement for the sweeper. Its not difficult to replace and there is a big change in how the sweeper picks up with a new brush. Eventually the brushes need to be replaced regardless of how good you are with cleaning hair and whatever out from the brush. Even if you can clean all that out, the brush eventually thins out with time and does not work as well. The only thing I don’t like is the brush is made of boars hair.

Not long enough to fit and falls out
It’s just a tiny bit shorter than the original brush- enough that it will fall out when emptying… I ended up making a sort of coiled piece of copper to extend the 1 nub on the end so it stays in. So far it’s working but I did not expect it to not fit right out of the box.

Great to find a replacement brush however it didn’t fit correctly
The replacement brush did not fit properly – the ends needed to be sanded down and the bearings oiled in order to make it work – it works great now and we’re very happy to have it!

Good Brush, But Needed Modifications To Fit
Brush was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I have a very old, orange, metal, electrostatic sweeper. To use the new brush, I used a propane torch to remove the new wheels ( male ends ). Then I cut wire ends shorter, using a 4” grinder to finish. So, the Replacement Brush was made to work after modifications. FULLER BRUSH products indeed last a long time !
