Works well on low-pile/thin carpets
I got this because we got a large Ruggable rug that doesn’t need hardcore vacuuming every time. I’ve found this picks up a lot of stuff (sand, pet hair, crumbs) & it’s a convenient everyday option. Like other reviewers, I wish the handle were a bit longer. I’m not tall, but even I find it too short. Still, it gets the job done & I’m glad to have it!

Fuller carpet sweeper picks up pet hair very well!
This carpet sweeper has exceeded my expectations. It is very good quality and is actually thorough at picking up pet hair off rugs and works well on my hardwood floors as well. I haven’t owned a carpet sweeper before & am pleased with this one!

not the best for fine dust
This works as advertised. It is easy to use and cleans dog hair, no issue, emptying is easy. Not the best for fine dust as it likes to leak out.

Great cleaner
I have one cat but she sheds like 20. Getting my big vacuum out every few days to keep ahead of the cat hair was hard on my body. So I decided to give this little cleaner a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Because the amount of hair it picked up was huge I now can use it daily and not need the big machine. I highly recommend this amazing product. Perhaps I’ll need the machine for deep cleaning twice a year but I use the Bissell daily and my cat and I are very, very happy and clean!

Does a superb cleaning
Received it within just a few hours. Although small in size, its does a wonderful cleaning. Live in an apt.,but floors are covered with carpets. My rugs looked vacuumed. It’s neat size allowed me to clean under the furniture. I’m happy with this purchase. So easy to assemble. Great for senior citizens, which I am. Gone are the days when I can easily use my electric vacuum. This one is a great replacement.

Needs a longer handle for tall people
Works well, quiet, easy to use but the handle could be longer. I’m 6′ and feel like I have to bend over to use this item. If it had a longer handle or one more section to screw into the handle it would be better.

THE THREADS ON THE HANDLES ARE WAY OFF..OTHERWISE DOES A GREAT JOB
THE THREADS ON THE HANDLES ARE WAY OFF…AND DO NOT SCREW ALL THE WAY DOWN – AND LOOSEN WHEN CLEANING WITH THIS SWEEPER…OTHERWISE IT IS GREAT…IT’S A SMALL FIX FOR A GREAT SWEEPER…I HAVE SEEN THIS COMPLAINT ON MANY REVIEWS WHEN i WAS LOOKING AT THEM – THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO MY OLD HOKY’S WHICH i STILL HAVE AFTER 40 YEARS…JUST GOT NEW BRUSHES FOR THEM…THE ONE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE HOKY RAN OVER CARPETING MUCH EASIER AND SMOOTHER…BUT THIS SWEEPER DOES THE JOB BUT YOU NEED TO WORK A LITTLE HARDER AND MUST STOP AND TIGHTEN HANDLES WHILE SWEEPING AS THEY GET LOOSE….

Definitely a must have to go with a Ruggable brand rug
I finally purchased a Ruggable for the ease of being able to throw it in the washing machine to keep up with my two dogs and the inevitable mess that follows, however I didn’t do my research enough regarding the type of vacuum you can use on a Ruggable. I used my regular vacuum and it immediately left a dirty streak from the beater brush.I since learned you should only use vacuums that have a setting for hardwood floors or the option to turn the beater brush off, because it’s the brush and amount of power suction that can do more harm than good, especially leaving streaks of dirt if you haven’t thoroughly cleaned your vacuums brush.Instead of buying a whole new vacuum or a different vacuum head attachment, I opted for the old school non powered floor sweeper I used to see in theaters all the time as a kid.It works amazingly well!!! I have a Black Labrador and a German Shorthaired Pointer. I’ve only had my new rug for 2 days and the amount of hair you see in the pictures was more than I expected, because most of my GSPs hair is nearly invisible to the naked eye.I was hesitant to spend this amount for a, in a sense, a glorified broom/dustpan, but I feel it was entirely worth it and I’m actually happy with its small size. It fits well sweeping under my coffee table and stores nicely in the coat closet 😊

Little but mighty!
This was a purchase I debated forever. Wished I bought it months ago. It is small, but don’t let the size fool you. It picks up debris, dust, hair, tree needles, lint and everything in its path. I have carpet, tile, hardwood tile and rugs. It effortlessly goes to each area of our home. It is very easy to put together (literally less than three minutes). Lightweight and easy to store. I am very happy with this purchase. Fuller Brush Company truly never disappoints!

Outstanding with cat litter
We use this on very low pile commercial carpet and rugs to collect cat litter that the cats track around all day long, and it works amazingly well! It also picks up pet hair, small leaves/outdoor debris and winter time rock salt. I’m saved from having to drag out a big vacuum ten times per day. It’s more 50/50 on our linoleum but that’s not a problem since we can simply use a drop mop on those surfaces.

Very easy to use quick clean up
I needed a products that I am able to sweep crumbs from my mom’s carpet floor since she is not ambulatory and eats in her room. I received the Fuller carpet sweeper this morning. The assembly was fast and easy. I was surprised how it picked up crumbs and hair very nicely from the carpet.. Right now I am recovering from serious eye surgery and I needed something lightweight to clean loose crumbs and dust without obstruction and pressure of my surgical wound in my eye. The bottom compartment is easy to empty the dust into the trash can. I really like how easy it is to slide it under most furniture.. I highly recommend Fuller.

Great carpet sweeper!
First time I rolled it on our 8×10′ is sucked up so much dirt I had to empty it. I was shocked at how much dirt it could extract from our rug. That alone makes it worth my purchase.Only problem was it could barely pick up anything on a hardwood floor. I had to resweep the floors with a broom to make it clean.. But the carpet, oh the carpet is so clean!

Small But Moghty
I was surprised on receiving the sweeper to see how small it really was. However, its size doesn’t seem to matter. It’s remarkably effective in picking up dirt and debris, and it can zip between furniture legs. Though light, the construction seems solid. Finally, it takes very little room in the closit. I think I’m going to like this sweepe!

Works better than our old robo-vac!
We have young kids and homeschool, so our house is a heavy-use-vacuum-zone. After going through a new vacuum every 12/18mo, we decided to try this little number… WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE? It works better than the robot vacuums we’ve tried, it is oddly pleasant to operate, it sucks up cheerios, broken chips, crumbs, shredded cheese, bits of play dough… it even works on our somewhat shaggy bedroom rugs! (I mean not perfectly, but about as well as the robot vac did.) It’s quiet, which is a huge bonus in my mind. It is very lightweight and easy to operate. Our three year old proudly maneuvers it around. …It’s even simple to empty! There’s something really satisfying about finding an analogue product that can keep pace with modern technology. Highly recommend.

Some assembly required
I found that this model is sturdier than some others.I found that applying a drop of light machine oil inside the receiving screw part makes screwing together the handle very much easier, along with using a couple of rubber jar lid grippers to screw the parts together tightly. The handle rods are durable and once screwed together, are not going to loosen.Assembling screw-together handles as on this model often needs a tiny drop of oil to help start the threads properly and you do not want to strip the threads. On this model, it has durable threads.Operation on both low carpet and on tile floor is excellent. Sturdy head and easy to empty.Good design that is not going to fail.

It is hungry. It is always hungry!!
This thing laps up dirt and cat litter like it hasn’t been fed enough crap. Cleaning up is a breeze. Simply open up its bottom two snap covers, and shake it to have it looses all its internal contents like it is over-fed. Well, if course, because it can take in so much with their roller brush action. Cat fur, cat litter tracked from bathroom litter box to living room? No problem! Will not recommend using it to brush cat though since it will appear as a demonic stealth vacuum from cat perspective. Also, it is quiet! No need for electricity; instead, it’s just requires your own ATP!Overall, this roller brush broom is well built inasmuch a historical piece for light home cleaning started before my time in the 1930s!

Does a good job picking up my Labs short hair from the tile floor.
It does what we needed it for. Picked up nearly all the hair with only 1 or 2 strokes. Emptying it is a bit messy as the dust and some hair seems electrostatically stuck on the bottom, which you have to wipe off with a paper towel or something. But its convenient.

I have a 8×12 carpet that I can use a vacuum cleaner on due to the fact it’s not as heavy as most area rugs. And it much to big to hang out and shake out. I would highly recommend it!!!

Definitely Worth the Money
My neighbor bought a cheaper version of this and it was flimsy garbage. The Fuller product is high quality and does an amazingly good job on small messes and it’s great for cleaning up rugs. They look almost like they were vacuumed with an electric vacuum. A really good product.

Easy to assemble, quality material, good for quick cleanup, but not great for fur.
The product is backed by a 3 year warranty(which I didn’t even realize when I ordered it). I remember using something similar when I was a kid to clean up our porch, which worked great. The assembly instructions are easy and it is definitely made of solid material. The one small caveat is that when you use the product, the parts of the habdle may come slightly loose, which you’ll have to retighten. Not a huge deal, and there are easy ways to permanently fix this. It’s great for crumbs, cat litter (which can put stress on a vacuum), and the like. Obviously, not designed for huge cleanups. However, it works great on just doing quick (dry) cleanups or a quick sweep around the house. It is not (and I did not expect it to be) great for fur. While, it will pick some of it up off of carpeting, it isn’t worth the effort to use it for that. I have a mix of hard floors and rugs, and it’ll pick up pretty much anything off of either surface. However, use a vacuum for fur, especially on carpeting. There is a bit more resistance on carpeting than hard floors, but that is also to be expected. If you have arm, hand or wrist problems and plan to use this on carpeting, I would suggest to avoid that. If you plan to use it for hard floors, you should be fine. It’s light weight even though it uses quality material.I recommend it.

dog hair
I have wood floors throughout the house. But in many places it’s covered with, large area rugs. I have two large double coated German Shepherd’s and two coats long-haired cats.I bought this so I could pick up strands of dog hair off the floor from the wood or the carpet. It does very well on small amounts of hair but if it turns into a dust bunnies. It won’t pick it up.I also use a carpet rake to dislodge hair from the carpet. That helps loosen hair so it can be removed easily.

Fuller Brush Customer Service is a Scam
Tried to register product. Claimed u get 2 free metal brushes if u provide email address. You don’t. Then customer service just tries to sell unrelated products. Talks over you, refuses to answer product related questions. Total scam. Avoid Fuller Brush Products – RUN! Won’t help with your order, just pushes non-related products. Won’t even let you speak! The little sweeper that could…
possibly replace your HUGE, expensive vacuum cleaner.I just did an 8×10 foot room in about 5 minutes. It would have taken me much longer with my stick vac. PLUS with this little guy; you don’t have to move furniture because you can sweep under and around it with ease. This particular room is the worst room in the house to vac. It’s the room that belongs exclusively to my four cats. Their kibbles are served there and they pretty much just lounge around in this room; so over time; though it might not look it; there’s a good bit of cat hair trapped in the carper. In that bit of time, it picked up every bit of kibbles on the carpet and rug and picked up the loose fibers from the carpet as well. Their litter box is in another room that has no carpet and the sweeper does a good job of picking up the litter that gets thrown out of the box onto the bare floor. Not only does it make short work of the sweeping, but with the little, plastic “comb” that comes with it and the way both sides open up; it’s super easy to clean the brush and to just shake out the rest. You’ll be amazed at the amount of stuff it can hold. It really makes me feel that I’ve accomplished something. I’m actually going to buy another one for downstairs and there are so many nice colors to choose from.

This is a MINI sweeper-a fact that I failed to notice when ordering yet-
When I opened the package (well packed) and put it together (SO simple) I was happy I ordered the mini. I need this for RUGS (not wall-to-wall carpeting). The mini size means I can maneuver around furniture. I was amazed at the quality of the ‘pickup’. I will order a full size model for carpeted rooms

it works very well on floor and low pile rugs
I have 5 cats and a dog, need I say more. I have owned this sweeper for over a year and use it daily. It works very well on tile and wood floors. It also works very well for low pile carpeting and rugs (I have wool Kilms and polys in my kitchens) It is easy to use, clean and no electricity or bags needed. Only down side: you must empty the dirt chambers after every rug to clean well but that takes seconds to do so not really a deal breaker. also do not buy the brush cleaning tool, an old metal dinner fork does the job in seconds.this item is not inexpensive but is made well, of metal and real bristle brush and t will last years. The only part that you may need to replace years from now is the brush. They sell them for $15 . ( I already bought a spare). You still need to deep clean with a vacuum but not nearly as often. Well worth the $

Light weight, simple to use, reminds me of my youth.
You’ll be happy with this simple tried and true device for quick clean up of pet hair, lint, and and small debris (like little bits of paper that always fall from a three-hole punch). Back in the day, every household had this simple sweeper, it worked then and it works now…just we don’t have to welcome in the “Fuller Brush Salesman” though, he always was welcome. This is also a great picker upper for kids crumbs, like cereal bits and pieces. It’s quiet too, you don’t need to drag out the vacuum and make all that racket, this gets the job done in an effective and efficient manner

Impressive!
We have three dogs who shed a lot. I wanted a way to clean rugs and carpet without having to constantly drag out the vacuum. Immedafyer assembling it, I got to work. It’s terrific. Picks up a lot of hair and other bits. Works on the hardwood floor, too.As mentioned in a video its small size is good and bad. Good: it’s lightweight and can fit on the stairs. It doesn’t take much effort to use. Bad: It fills up fairly quickly but it so easy to empty, it’s not a problem.I’m so glad I bought this.

Easy and effective
I’ve wanted a carpet/floor sweeper for ages for surface dirt/dust/hair etc. This one is solidly built and does a great job! I debated for a while because I could see that the sweeper is small – smaller than I recollect from years ago. But frankly I now see the size as a really good thing! I can get between chair legs and under small tables really easily and can tell a larger size wouldn’t be nearly as versatile! Don’t let the size deter you at all. It empties and cleans easily as well. No sweeper can reliance a good vacuum/ they can’t suck up deep small particles of dust etc. But for the purpose for which I tried it, I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

It works like magic
The width is narrower than I would like, but it cleans debris off the floor like magic. And, with the long handle, it easily can reach under beds and many furniture items. Emptying is a simple click to open. The good news is that, since it works so well, I use it rather frequently to keep the floors clean.

Would not buy again.
Very cute-looking and that’s mainly why I bought it. But it’s just a basic carpet sweeper and there are so many cheaper ones out there. It does not do anything exceptional. I thought maybe it was made in the USA at least, to justify its cost, but I see no indication of that.

Amazing
I love this little thing. I’ve had 10 spine surgeries and this sweeper is light enough for me to use. It is actually fun to use and it does a much better job than my swiffer. It is also lighter than the swiffer so easier for me to use. We have 2 cats and a dog. I experimented by using this sweeper right after my husband had used our Dyson pet vacuum. This sweeper picked up tons of pet hair that our vacuum didn’t! I love to use this and it is so easy. It also can get underneath a lot of things because it is so small and flat. It seemed expensive but now that I have it I’m so glad I bought it.

This is great for a quick and easy clean-up when I don’t want to haul out my vacuum and deal with chords. It’s light weight and compact. It won’t replace an actual vacuum, but is a nice supplement.

Tested removal of cat hair, cat litter and cat litter dust on high-pile carpet, medium-pile area rug and porcelain tile floors
I have a multi-cat household, including two long-haired cats, and I needed something that would pick up cat hair and cat litter on all of my floor surfaces so that I didn’t need to bring out my vacuum cleaner daily. I have a vacuum that uses disposable bags rather than being bagless and I didn’t want to be filling up a bag with cat hair and having to change the bag frequently or get cat litter dust throughout my high-end vacuum cleaner. The reviews for the different brands of carpet sweepers and the different models of Fuller Brush sweepers were confusing but I bought the Fuller Brush 17052 Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper based on my experience with Fuller Brush products and hoped it would meet my needs. I have a Prime membership and the sweeper was delivered today (Sunday) two days after I ordered it. NOTE: Although the picture of the item on amazon.com is pink, mine is a bright red.Putting sweeper together: It is important to make sure you are starting to thread the ends of sections and the bottom section of the handle to the sweeper correctly (i.e. start out straight/even; not crooked) so that they completely close together. It was easier for me to screw one section of the handle at a time starting at the bottom section being screwed into the base and then adding another section until the entire handle is screwed together rather than trying to screw the long handle already assembled onto the sweeper body. The plastic comb or rake just clips onto the bottom of the handle and wire bracket of the sweeper which is very handy to keep from misplacing it since you will need it to brush or rake the roller brush to remove cat hair that gets caught in the bristles of the roller. This model only comes with a natural bristle roller brush therefore I was not able to test the second type of roller brush that some Fuller Brush models come with.I tested the sweeper on all my floor surfaces that were covered with cat litter and cat hair: high pile wall-to-wall carpet, medium-pile area rug and porcelain tile. The sweeper picked up cat litter and cat hair off high pile carpeting, area rugs and hard tile floors. The reviewers who complained that you had to go over the same area several times to remove all of the cat hair and litter were correct, but I don’t see that as a genuine problem—if I was sweeping my tile floors with a broom, I would have to go over the same path several times and my vacuum cleaner usually has to go over the same path to pick up cat hair or cat litter from high pile carpeting and med. pile throw rugs. The sections of the handle are screwed together and I did notice that I must inadvertently turn the handle as I am using the sweeper since I need to tighten two sections if they are no longer tightly screwed together—this may cease to be a problem once I am used to the sweeper. It is very light and easy to use on all of the floor surfaces going forward or back and the main path that the head covers is 7″ with the bristles on the four corners bringing the length of the sweeper head to 8 1/2″. The other reviewers are correct—-it doesn’t do away with the need for a vacuum cleaner but is an adjunct to your vacuum–very important if you are like me and have cat hair and litter on your floors daily. To empty sweeper: Over a waste paper basket or trash container, turn the sweeper upside down and press “PUSH” to empty each dust container. I filled one dust container twice; emptied it twice and the other dust container remained empty. Use the rake or comb to get the cat hair out of the bristles of the roller and I found that if you use the comb to bring the cat hair up you can then pull it off the roller with your fingers. You will be amazed at the amount of cat hair that will be on the roller and in the dust container and the amount of litter and litter dust that the sweeper has gotten off your floors. The bottom of the sweeper was very dusty from the cat litter and needed to be wiped off with a paper towel or cloth when I finished. NOTE: You can’t use harsh abrasive cleaners or put the sweeper or roller in your automatic dishwasher. The instruction sheet that comes with the sweeper is easy to understand and must have been written by someone whose first language was English—which I greatly appreciate! This carpet sweeper appears to be well made and durable; and is a bargain at the price. I have no idea why other Fuller Brush carpet sweeper products vary in price—-perhaps newer models, two types vs just one type of roller brush, etc. Based on the results of my test and the two Fuller Brush nylon hair brushes that my mother and then I have used constantly since 1950 (which still look brand new other than one has slightly yellowed), I think I will be using this sweeper for years to come and probably daily around cat litter boxes. I highly recommend this carpet sweeper. I hope this information will be useful to you in selecting a carpet sweeper if you have cats.

gets pet hair on area rugs better than my $400 Dyson
I got this for my girlfriend who doesn’t want a charging wall vacuum ruining the aesthetic in her apartment. She also has a shorthair dog. This gets pet hair off of her hardwood floors and cowhide rug and handles everyday crumbs and dust. It doesn’t do everything a Dyson can do, such as get in the crevices and corners (with the crevice attachment), but if you’re an apartment dweller on a budget, you can easily get those areas manually with a stiff broom or brush and use the sweeper to pick up what you find there.I will also say that this gets pet hair especially well out of rugs that have some “pile” to them much better than a Dyson because the bristles are longer and sort of “comb” through the rug fibers, grabbing the hairs and pulling them out very effectively. I also used this on a velvet couch to get cat hair and it worked great. It doesn’t do EVERYTHING for you, but for the money, it’s much better than a broom and perfect if you have mobility or disability issues that limit your use of a vacuum. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. One caveat: you need to remember to brush out the bristles with the included comb because they get covered with hair, especially if you have long hair! This means its working!

It’s perfect for us.
I always read most of the product reviews on Amazon because I find they’re an excellent guide on product durability, use, and description. I appreciate those of you who take the time to help others with this information. As with any product, some of you liked this carpet sweeper and a few of you were disappointed. I try to balance the “why” with the “why not” and decided this carpet sweeper would be a good purchase for us.The biggest draw for me is it’s a Fuller Brush product. For those of you who grew up in the ’60s and ’70s you’ll remember the quality of the Fuller Brush products and this carpet sweeper is proof their product quality is still excellent. I haven’t seen Fuller Brush in so long I thought they were no longer in business. This was a nice surprise. We live out in the country and have linoleum floors with 5′ X 7′ Wal-Mart-type carpets in front of the door, in front of the sofa (and wood stove), and in the dining room. I wanted something light-weight and small enough to do a quick run over these carpets. The vacuum cleaner is just too heavy and bulky for me to pull out and lug around the house just to clean a few small carpets. The handle is in three sections and each one easily screws onto the others – and they’re interchangeable so you don’t have to figure out which one goes where. The grip part of the handle – the part you hold – is comfortable. The unit comes with a little rake used to clean the big bristles and, as a bonus (Fuller thinks about practical things like this) it easily attaches to the bottom of the handle. I used the rake last night – one of our dogs seems to constantly shed – and I easily raked the hair out of the long bristles. It has two clean-out pans that are easily accessible and easy to use. Turn the unit upside down and you’ll see a “push” on the bottom of the sweeper (there are two collection sections). Push and that compartment opens so you can dump the dirt in the garbage (another benefit of the smaller head is all the debris goes in the garbage instead of some of it falling on the floor). What helps with this carpet sweeper is it’s reversible. You can sweep one way and then turn the handle over to the other side and sweep that way and fill up the debris compartment on the other side. It’s pretty slick. The base of the sweeper has “handle lock” positions. You can lock the handle on each side for cleaning and also it locks in the upright position. It is held in place between two little bumps in each position. This is important because the sweeper doesn’t flop around as you’re using it.The sweeper is about 9.6″ X 6.6″ and it’s just the right size to do a quick clean-up. It takes me less than a minute to clean the carpet in front of the door that collects all the grass and debris brought in by shoes and dogs. I find it’s more efficient to pick up debris by sweeping with the grain of the carpet instead of against it.One caveat: I still use a broom to sweep the linoleum because we have very fine sand in this area and it’s just easier to pull out the broom. The carpeted areas have always been the problem. We had a constant state of messy. That’s why I wanted a small carpet sweeper. It’s working out great for me so far. It’s so easy for me us.Pros: easy to use; lightweight; easy clean-out; perfect for smaller areas; small plastic rake to clean out the bristles; picks up grass as well as ashes (from the wood stove); it’s quiet compared to a vacuum cleaner; the top handle has a hole so you can hang the sweeper on a hook.; the handle turns so you have more control over the diretion of the sweeper with less hand motion; you don’t need electricity to run it.Cons: If you’re taller than about 5’6″ you may need a longer handle; some of you will simply want a larger sweeper head.

Classic solid design
This really isn’t a vacuum, but it’s more of a mechanical broom, and dustpan. Works amazing for hardwood floors, and carpet or rugs. It doesn’t do well with medium thickness, carpets or more. Really good for a quick small jobs. Easy to blow out and clean with an air compressor to make it look like new again. Perfect for work shops and small jobs.

Great for quick jobs
Works great for quick cleanup or overall cleanup. Love that it goes under adjustable bed with sucking up the wire like traditional vacuum does.

You’ll want to buy a short-sleved work shirt with a name tag on it as soon as you use it.
First of all, you need to stop futzing around and just buy this thing. It is absolutely more than you want/need. I just have a 12 X 12 carpet in my apt but that’s big enuf to see what this little soldier can accomplish. It comes with the handle in 3 parts and they just screw together like how handles do. The handle screws on to the main unit and stays tight, maybe just twist it once in a while. And the thing stays upright! I JUST now realized that! I was looking at it while I was typing this review and just noticed it stands straight up no problem! How bout that. I was flipping the bottom part up and leaning it against the wall this whole time. So it stores easy, then. You can flip it up if you need to, or just set it on any flat surface.Anyway the things a tank. But it’s light – a little lighter than you think – and moves easy. SO easy. It isn’t really built to turn and yet you’ll be dancing with this baby right off the bat. It gets low and under stuff easy, too.Best, of course is that it’s does just what you want. It gets the little bits of crud – paper, crumbs, string, hair etc. – that you can see. Those come RIGHT up. All those little bits on the carpet that our moms spent A THOUSAND HOURS bending over and picking up are gone in a breeze. You WILL be amazed when you are done with it. I say WOW every single time I use it.It’s not a substitute for vacuuming except – yes it is! It is! This thing picks up ALL the visible crud and somehow even a little more (you’ll see what I mean). So it DOES mean you can forgo the vacuum except for deep cleaning once in a while. But wait till you brush your rug/carpet and THEN vacuum it with your regular vacuum. Your vacuum will be so much more enthusiastic without all those little bits of crap making it all wheezey and sulky. Generally, using this brush will give your vacuum a much better attitude about it’s job. It’s easy to empty right over the trash. Just push where it says push and give a little shake. And wait till you see what you pick up. You were living with all that! Ya vagrant. It’s also basically silent which is great for apt dwellers or night owls or whatever. And I bet you could get that knuckle-headed spouse (OK Husband) of yours to use it! You could get one for your wife, and she’d love it (but if you buy a wife/girlfriend/s.o. a cleaning tool, they might/should punch you so be creative). And I bet you could even get a kid to use it! Just ask them to vacuum and when they act like their world is being torn apart, give them the brush to use! I’m telling you, a kid will realize what a natural “shortcut” this thing is and be all over it. And they might even remember to empty it out when they’re finished (well….)You will love this brushuum! (JUST made that up). It will never not amaze you when you are done with it. You’ll be humming away zip-zippin that little guy around like a champ. Maybe even get you a little rag for that back pocket, a shirt with a name tag, some sensible custodial shoes, a belt with some keys on it, and you’ll have that place spotless like a true pro!

What a useful thing.
I received one as a gift. I use it all the time. It is so useful I gave a daughter one as a gift and she was thrilled. It’s a little pricey but 3 of us just love it and it truly does a fantastic job. I’m glad to have it & gift it as well.
