Not good enough
I tried to use this with a handmade rug from Morocco but it didn’t pick up anything noticeable. I ended up returning the item, but I’d suggest trying it out in case it works with your rug’s quality and texture

Easy, cheap, only picks up 1/2
Great price, cute color that matches my decor. Easy and quick to put together out of the package.Dislikes:•handle moves around as you sweep.•only picks up about 55/70% of what’s on the carpet.•I’m 6’2” so the handle is very short, I have to do more bending than I care to with my bad lower back.I got this to use in our travel trialer for the many times we’re not connected to electricity. But it leave crumbs and other such debris still on the carpet. It does do a great job of “brushing” so it looks nice in that way. But so many small pieces of debris are still left behind. It will do, and the price was great… but I will be saving to get the highway relived Fuller brand model.

Love this little sweeper
I bought this to use between vacuuming for my area rugs. I didn’t want to have to lug the vacuum out three times a week to pick up pet hair and debris that finds it’s way on to the carpets. This little sweeper is easy to use, quiet and picks up an amazing amount of dog hair, dirt and debris. It is so easy to empty as well—just hold over the trash can and pull the lever on top. It’s super light weight and so compact it fits in my pantry and takes up no space at all. I am ordering another one to keep upstairs. Best $20 I’ve spent in a long time.

Buy this!! ADHD, kid and back friendly little sweeper vac
It’s a dream.Kids sleeping? Executive dysfunction? Sensory issues with sound? Chronic pain?Get this!I originally got it for my mud room, which is on the other side of the house from the carpeted areas and I was constantly toting a heavy traditional electric vac back and forth. Or I guess, I wasn’t and that was the issue.This was supposed to live there for a daily clean up on the mud room but between days of my back pain and the baby sleeping it’s almost replaced our regular vacuum.Pros: lightweight, silent, satisfying to useCons: small hold capacity, needs emptied after 2-3 rugs or half a room of carpetI don’t mind the small capacity compared to all the benefits.

Lightweight and easy to use
I live in a senior living apartment and weekly housekeeping is provided. However, I love to go out into the backyard, and sometimes I track in dirt and mud on the wheels of my power chair. This little gem of a sweeper is ideal to clean it up. If it’s mud, I let it dry, then sweep it up. If it’s dirt or leaves/debris, I sweep it up right away. It gives me the freedom to out and about and still have a tidy apartment between housekeeping days. I like the little flip-up slider that opens the bottom to empty. I am disabled and can’t do a lot, but this is easy enough for me to use occasionally. I put it together myself and keep it handy to use when I need it–not often, but very helpful when needed.

Great little sweeper
This is a great little sweeper I could not pronounce its name but I get sick of vacuums or bulky and this little sweeper allowed you to clean the house in places and corners that a bulky vacuum cleaner cannot it is very easy to use you just push it and go and pull up the lever when you are ready to empty it into the trash can Keep in consideration that it is a little bit smaller so You need to empty it after each use

Surprised by this archaic device
I got this for a super thin carpet that the vacuums kept sucking up. I had really low expectations and always thought it was a waste when I saw these being pushed around in restaurants. I am SHOOKITH! This little thing met my needs and exceeded my dreams. Not only did it pick up debris but also lint. There were some reviews saying it was short, but I’m 5’6″ and it was perfect for me. The handle system could be sturdier, thats the only thing it would need in my mind to bump it up to a five star product.

Finally, the solution I needed as a rabbit owner
I have two pet free range rabbits that live in my home office on rugs and I have struggled to figure out how to keep their rugs clean with the least amount of effort. The hay clogs up my Dyson vacuum and I end up having to sweep up the hay with a broom, and then loosen the bun hair with a rubber brush before vacuuming up. Obviously it’s a nightmare.I saw another bunny owner using a similar sweeper on IG and immediately bought this one to try. And wow! Yes, it 100% works! It’s incredibly effective at pulling up bits of hay AND pulling the hair out of the carpet in just a couple passes. It’s honestly saving me a ton of time off my cleaning routine.This would work great on any kind of carpet mess, but just wanted to illustrate that it works on what I consider “tough” cleaning that even my Dyson can’t handle.

Works better than expected
I got this today, assembled it easily and used it once over the open areas of my whole apartment floor. Just to be clear for anyone who expects this to have “suction”, it is a broom. It basically brushes the floor and sweeps the debris into a collection bin within the base of the unit. It picked up a lot of hair, miscellaneous particles and surprisingly even some dust. Aware that it says it’s not for hard floors, I did run it along my vinyl floors and it was fine. It picked up cat litter and cat hair on the vinyl floor very well and did no damage to the floor. There was some tangling of longer hair around the brush, which I pulled out easily. Hoping to devise a schedule of using this sweeper between vacuumings that will leave my place clean and also be efficient for my time and effort. I think this will do a nice job. The plastic handle that you actually hold onto did swivel a few times as I maneuvered the broom around. I don’t like that and will try some sort of adhesive or something to tighten it up. But it’s a pretty nice unit. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Excellent little helper for cleaning pet hair
I have two dogs that shed like crazy (a lab and a vizsla). Even though I use a Roomba on a daily basis and use a broom very often, I need to still vacuum the area rugs because there’s always hair showing on them. I was looking into buying a Shark or other cordless vacuum, that I could use everyday for those small areas. While looking for that type of appliance, I stumbled into the Eilyden Carpet Sweeper and decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did! Compared to a Cordless Sweeper (which I have had in the past), it has many pros:1. Easy to store/doesn’t require much space2. No need to have an electric outlet for it3. No “surprises” when finding it uncharged when you need it3. Very inexpensive4. No annoying noise5. Easy to maneuver6. Easy to cleanI only use it for area rugs (it doesn’t really work on tile or hardwood floors), and it’s unbelievable how much hair gets picked up every time. I use it every other day, since my dogs shed a lot, but it doesn’t take me too long to go through all the rugs. It really takes little effort! It’s also very easy to clean: you just pull up a lever on top of the sweeper, and that opens two compartments that you can easily dump into a garbage can.Cons: I really don’t see any!I cannot recommend this sweeper enough to pet owners, but I need to emphasize that it doesn’t pick up anything from floors. So, for what I wanted it for it has been perfect! If you have pets and are going nuts with the amount of hair that’s usually stuck on area rugs, this is a great solution for you!

Nice . . . and small
Item is actually pretty small – which could be a plus if you have limited storage space. It seems to pick up things off the carpet pretty well. Really light weight. I’ve used it a few times without any challenges. The small size does mean a little more bending over than I expected – especially if you are a tall person. But, it works – and I’m happy not to have to break out the vacuum all the time.

Great little sweeper
Bought this to sweep carpeted steps. The small size is ideal for them and I don’t have to haul a vacuum up and down. Was sceptical but for the price was willing to give it a shot. Works great! Even pet hair. I use it on throw rugs too so no more gyrations trying to avoid sucking them up the vacuum.

You get what you pay for
Bought to help keep industrial carpet clean in my classroom. It is very flimsy and bent within a month of very irregular use. Hardly use it because it doesn’t pick up much of anything even after a dozen passes. Does a decent job on small, light crumbs, but that’s about it.

Great for owners of small animals
Sweeps up bunny poo and cat litter like a champ! Makes it very easy to clean up between vacuuming. The handle is loose as other reviewers stated but a bit of rubber cement fixes that. This is making life much easier with animals. Very pleased with this purchase!

Perfect for a travel sweeper
I work outside and travel a LOT. I typically don’t allow housekeeping into my room more than about once a week and wanted something to cleanup mud and debris between room cleanings. This little sweeper fits that bill perfectly. It is small and light weight and the handle separates into 5 or 6 pieces for easy carrying. I just swept around the desk area and was really surprised at how much pebbles, rocks and wayward Italian sausage chunks it collected. It is not a heavy duty device but appears to be well made. There is a lever on top of the unit that opens the bins to empty in seconds.

It works!!
This thing works great, and it’s so much easier than dragging out an electric vacuum!I live in a very small, 950 square-foot house. I don’t have children or pets, so there’s really no need for me to drag out a monstrous electric vacuum cleaner to vacuum my floors. Instead, I use this little device over the “high traffic” areas, and it works great. I remember watching grandma on “the Waltons” back in the 1970s, and she used one of these two great comical value. It’s okay
I love that this is a mini version it fits in smaller spaces. I also like that it is easy to empty. However, I am not a fan on how easy it is to break the handle. After so many uses it starts to break down, the rubber bristles start breaking off and the handle starts bending when it shouldn’t. I would but it again if it had a sturdier handle.

Works, but doesn’t last
I had mine for about 3 months before the handle snapped in half from occasional, light use.The base appears to be made from adequate materials, but the handle is very thin walled sheet metal that isn’t durable enough to hold up to motion required to use a product like this. The gentle back and forth action causes the light, metal handle to buckle and fold in half.I attempted to find a sturdier broom handle to replace the original, but the required threading isn’t standard like almost all other brooms/mops are (this one is much smaller). I was forced to just throw it out.Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Kids help to clean up
Omg! Love this!! My kiddo leave a lot of crumbs when they eat. And they eat all the time. Just seemed like so much work several times a day to pull out the big vac. So I got this and it’s wonderful and easy to use for my kids! My kiddos clean up after their selves now and it’s great. Works really good, my kids have been rough on it and it has held up. Lots of metal so more durable.

Okay but could be better!
This small little push vacuum is a great idea but it doesn’t work great on hardwood/ laminate floors and often leaves things behind. Works great on rugs though! I mostly use it to pick up cat litter outside the box and food my birds drop. You have to be careful when lifting it up and setting it back down after you clean an area because some of the debris will fall back out. Otherwise it’s not too bad for small areas for a quick clean up

It’s so cute and it works!
Omg this thing is too cute and it actually works! It work’s best on the carpet like you had in elementary school that didn’t absorb any liquids, but it does pick up a decent amount of glitter from my concrete garage floor so I have recommended it to friends. It doesn’t hold a ton at a time, but I still love it!

Great Little CLASSROOM Vacuum!!
Where has this been all my teaching life?! I bought it for a couple of reasons- one, unfortunately my custodian does a terrible job and doesn’t vaccum my room every day!! Got soooo tired of seeing little scraps of trash and sand from shoes sit in our classroom for daaaays. Even the kids would comment! Second, I just KNEW my kids would LOVE to use this! Boy was I right! I teach first grade and the kids got the hang of this thing super quickly! They can easily empty it into the trash can as well. I got it toward the end of the school year so to make it fair and ensure everyone got a turn (it was THAT popular and coveted!!), I pulled two names each morning and those two kiddos shared the job for the day. This vacuum does the job well! Would highly recommend and would purchase again.

It’s the perfect size, easy to use, easy to put together, my does a fantastic job picking up crumbs, folds up nicely and fits between my desk and filing cabinet. The lever allows for easy emptying and fits perfectly over a small trash can, no mess. It feels sturdy for how small it is.

Awesome..exccekpt for the ‘swivel’ handle grasp.
I truly like this small hand sweeper EXCEPT for the handle that swivels; the handle rod is fine, easy to connect the pieces BUT where it joins the handle itself is not steady and swivels as I use it! I must hold the long handle with my other hand as I move the sweeper back and forth. I must bend over more than necessary to control it; it is Most Annoying. I was surprised to find that, contrary to the recommendations by the manufacturer and other users, my sweeper worked fine on hardwood floors (both wood and laminate/vinyl) picking up most of the small debris on those floors. I particularly like the sweeper’s small size since it allows me to sweep my carpeted stairs which is really difficult with my vacuum. Does it replace my electric vacuum? Of course not, but it is a Super in-between quick pick-up! I just wish the handle would be attached more securely to the rod so I didn’t have to use both hands to control it. Also, it would be helpful if a comb for the brush bristles were included.

Perfect for Stairs!!!
I already had a carpet sweeper similar to this that I was happy with except it was awkward to use on the two flights of carpeted stairs in my home. But this “mini” sweeper is perfect! The shorter height combined with the angled handle make it very easy to quickly maneuver the sweeper on stairs. Its good at picking up lots of cat hair from my two feline friends as well as little bits of misc. fuzz and the occasional tracked litter pieces. Very easy to empty when the incredible amount of hair & dirt hidden in your carpet will become apparent. Oh and I also use it on my indestructible tile floors; works well there too; just wouldn’t use it on wood floors as the brush roller may scratch the wood.

Small but mighty
I never take the time to write reviews but I love this thing so much, I had to. After my first vacuum/sweeper broke fairly quickly after buying it, I decided to try a different one. I use this one daily on the carpet in my second grade classroom and I am always SHOCKED at how much more stuff it picks up than the first one I had. I also really like the swivel handle on this one. Don’t be discouraged by the fact that it’s a little smaller than some other brands, it really really works!

Run don’t run
I 100% recommend this carpet broom. This works BETTER than a lot of the affordable vacuums I’ve purchased for my carpet. This is great in my kids room and works well on pet (dog) fur.I wish it came I’m Pink. My only silly criticism 😋

Works great, a little awkward though

I just got this item and already I like it a lot. I got it because we have a bird feeder on our balcony and pellets for cat litter, so there is always something being tracked onto the carpet and I didn’t want to lug the vacuum out every time I needed to vacuum something. So I decided to try this to replace a few vacuums during the week. The first time I tried it it worked really well it picked up the birdseed perfectly and even was able to get hair which the description says it was not able to. The only problem is the hair got stuck on that brush underneath. the description also said it doesn’t work on tile, but I found that it does work on tile just fine. My only issue is that you can’t push it forward and back. You have to push it forward, lift it up and pull it back, then push it forward again. Also, it does seem to be a little short, so if you are taller, it might be awkward for you to use , I wonder if there is a way to ask the company to send an extra extension for taller people? Other than that it is definitely worth a buy an a lot cheaper than some of the other products out there.

Got What I Paid For
It collects hair and garbage off my thick carpet as expected. It is difficult to operate, pushing forward the back guiding rubbers come off the carpet, pulling backward, occasionally it flips. I found a way to work it after many trials to keep the handle lower at an angle. Perhaps, it is made for a certain body height and size. The container is so small that I needed to clean the container and the brush after every two rooms. I used my vacuum brush cleaner to pull the hair out, instead of my fingers. The pictures for assembling the pole is misleading. The pieces screw together fine. It would help if the pieces had numbers and arrows on them.

Good Option for Only One Room w/ Carpet
This is a good option if you have a small apartment or only have one room with carpet. If you don’t mind putting some muscle into cleaning your carpet, this can be a cheaper alternative to traditional vacuums. It is quiet so you can clean without waking or disturbing others. It also worked in picking up the odorizer I sparkle on the carpet. It picks up trash only in the forward motion, if you pulls in backward the trash may come out; it can be easily picked up again. It can also pick up some trash off tile/wood flooring.The assembly was simple and it is very lightweight and easily to store.

Broke after minimal use
The metal that makes the handle is weak and one of the pieces broke after minimal use. The actual sweeper is very good and I like the lever that opens the bottom to be emptied. However, I can barely use it now as the handle broke in half.

Small area pick up
It would work great in a kitchen. I have a cat and wanted it for the small throw rugs. It worked ok but I’ll be using it in the kitchen more on the tile.

Convenient and small
I purchased this to use in my preschool classroom. We often make little messes and because we have carpet, it’s more difficult to have the kids clean up messes (such as: rice, black beans, tiny pieces of paper). It works great for such messes and I specially like how easy it is to dump (you lift a lever and it opens the bottom allowing all the pieces that were picked up to fall into the trash).It is small enough that it is easily stored in one of our cabinets at school which allows for a quick grab to clean up a dry mess.One down side is that the handle stick can get loose so we do have to tighten it frequently but that doesn’t impact the usefulness of it! I would definitely purchase this again!

Great value
Does the job lightweight easy to store? One thing I will say that I think needs improvement would be the handle. It tends to move around a little probably got a super glue it so it stays nice and tight other than that nice little piece of equipment.

Not impressive
I read the reviews and was so excited. I am going to give 2 stars for assembly and ease of use. But knock 3 stars for its actual effectiveness, size compared to other brands and overall functionality.Let me begin by saying that this is not my first time using these. As a teenager, I worked plenty of gigs that required the use of these in restaraunts while diners were eating. I have always loved them. Also, my grandmother ran a motel for the past 25 years. I often helped clean up the rooms with her between visitors and she had the most awesome carpet sweepers to exist. In fact, I asked for one of hers to take home when I became an adult. Lol. This carpet sweeper pales in comparison to those other ones. It does pick up little pieces on the carpet which is great, but I have a border collie that sheds like a sheep dog, and this thing was nowhere near ready for that job. My $20 mini vaccuum sweeps it up no issues, my broom sweeps it up no issues, and my flip flops seem to pick it up and drag it across the floor. So why can’t this thing pick any of it up? None! It was disappointing to say the least. But that was on a rug so we decided to try it out on our concrete floors, our hardwood floors and tile floors. It kind of threw things around and pushed them under the couch instead of picking it up. We are not dirty people. Its mostly dog hair, and we have to sweep the entire lower level daily and run a robo vac. It may work fine for someone without pets but certainly doesn’t work for our family. I’m handing it to my husband for him to use in his garage if he needs a little spot cleaned. I may keep it around for the kids to use in their rooms when vacuuming is a pain. We were disappointed in this.
