Best Mattress Owned
I was very reluctant to purchase a box mattress. Upgraded my son’s bed size and decided to try this mattress. As soon as we opened it, it immediately started to inflate. Within 1 day it was fully expanded. My son loves it! He sleeps better in this mattress than his previous $800 twin size. I highly recommend and if it doesn’t work then just reach out before the 100 guarantee. I’m very jealous that this mattress is not on my bed.

Edges are like marshmallows.
The bed is MOSTLY fantastic. Was easy to unpack, feels great to sleep on. Only problem is you CANNOT sit on the edges. They are filled with cotton candy or something. The bed is firm, but it’s on a frame that has drawers underneath. When trying to sit on the edge of the bed, you basically sink down to the frame or fall off. So if you don’t sit on the edge of your bed, no worries. If you do sit on the edge of your bed for reasons, this may be something to consider. Overall a very solid value.

My best purchase yet!!
My last bed was almost 5 years old and it was time I got a new bed. My friend purchased a bed in a box and I thought it was weird but wanted to try it myself. I never thought a bed could fit in a box but was I wrong? I love my new bed. I didn’t wait 24-48 hours for the bed to fully inflate. The only thing i do not like is how soft it is, I was under the impression the bed was firm and did not move when i moved and others was in the bed. the box said i could leave a glass of water on my bed and it would not spill but thats not the case.

Medium firmness
I am a heavier set side sleeper with broad shoulders. It’s not as comfortable for side sleeping as I thought it would be, but over a couple months it has gotten more comfortable. It’s a pretty good mattress for the price and it’s fairly comfortable.

Comfortable and solid, easy to set up.
This is as comfortable as the mattress I bought in a store years ago. I was scrupulous about leaving it the maximum time to set up and it was perfectly comfortable since then. I’m still having slight back discomfort in the morning but I don’t know that that’s the fault of the mattress. Basically it was a simple way to get a new mattress.

Bed in a box
Look out once you cut thru the plastic this mattress poofs up rapidly. Finding it very comfortable. Relatively heavy at 52 lbs I believe. Was a great deal for a 12” full size mattress.

SO COMFY
I’ve had my basic hand me down full mattress for the longest time and my backs been hurting the last 6 months to a year sleeping on it as it’s old. I saw this good find and had to get it ! Was skeptical because i’ve never ordered a mattress online but unwrapping it was a super breeze !! I am still letting it sit for a couple days so it will expand its full 12 inches but after a few hours i put it on the floor and did a little roll around test and it’s actually so comfy. perfect mix of soft and firm! I’ll update if it gives me any issues but as of now this is a 10/10 mattress !

Contrary to others stating this didn’t fully inflate, mine did! By the next day when I made the bed up, it was a full 10″ height all the way around, including all edges. There was no odor from the vacuum seal plastic. And the price was wallet friendly with fast delivery.I am fully satisfied with this mattress!

I bought this mattress for my 8 year old. She has been sleeping great and is excited to go to sleep in her own room at night. We have always struggled with that. We have lounged around on it as well and it is very comfy! Can’t say for an adult how it is sleeping on it all night but def great for the price!

1st Impressions Bed in a Box

1st of 3 reviews!!!!!!!Purchased this Bed in Box about a week ago.First of all I’m still amazed how you can get a Queen size bed in a box by mail and then restore it back to a regular size mattress. Amazing!!!!Opening and setting up was a breeze. I did it myself.I waited the full recommended 72 hours (maybe a little more). I was able to move it onto the frame myself, but some of you may need help to do that.Used the cutter that came with the mattress. No issues there.I went a step further. Everyday I would pull up on the top layer of the mattress to help nudge it into expanding to its full size. I think it helped. I purchased the 12in. It expanded to about 11 1/2in. and this is only after 3 days. I have seen reviews that it only expanded to 10 or 11in. It’s important to give the full 72 hours (additional if possible) to expand. Close enough. I didn’t expect it to expand to the full 12in. Not even a thousand dollar mattress is ever the size they claim to be. I’m ok with 11 1/2in. (I think it helped by pulling on the top layer. Just my opinion)It feels comfortable. Med firm. So far so good, but I haven’t slept a full night on it yet. My second review will cover that.I have heard some complaints about the edges not expanding. I didn’t have that problem. The only thing is if you sit or sleep on the edge it does sink a bit. It doesn’t have the support of a regular mattress costing hundreds more, but again, it’s a great value for the price you’re paying. I don’t sleep on the edge of a mattress, so that should not be a problem for me.This mattress is in my daughters/guest room who is away at college. So I’ll wait for her feedback for the 2nd review when she visits.Overall, my first impressions are positive and optimistic it’s a great value for the price.The material/fabric seems very strong and sturdy and soft to the touch. It looks and feels like a real mattress costing hundreds more that you buy from the store.I won’t give any recommendations at this time. I’ll wait about 3-4 months for the 2nd follow-up review.At this time I’ll give it a 4 star. Until my 2nd review.But this is a To “Be Continued Review”

Wow. Really great mattress for the price.
We got this mattress for use with a new “Murphy” pull-down wall bed for guests who need a bed that is, e.g., more comfortable than a typical air mattress, and yet just as easily gotten out of the way when our guests leave. We had no prior experience with any kind of boxed mattress, and really had no idea what to expect when we got it. All I knew is that I wanted a 10-inch mattress that didn’t cost a fortune, and which combined sealed coil springs with a multi-layered foam/gel top. This one was the perfect combination of our desired features, size and price. The mattress comes compressed in a vacuum-sealed bag that’s then tightly rolled up end-to-end (so the finished length of the coiled mattress is the same as the width of whatever size mattress you’ve ordered). You uncoil the wrapped mattress; lay it on the bedframe with the coil side facing down; open up the sealed vacuum bag, and WHOOSH … the mattress miraculously expands to its full thickness. That sight alone was practically worth buying the thing. Then you just wait a few days for all the internal materials to complete their re-expansion, and you have what I consider to be a REALLY nice and surprisingly firm/consistent sleep surface … and I’m pretty fussy about mattresses. If you want to go one extra step for your/your guests’ comfort, you can add a topper, but for our particular use/needs, this thing is perfectly useable/comfortable “out of the box,” and a great value. Very pleased!

Not sure I received the size that I originally ordered.
I purchased a 12″ mattress because I measured and that’s what would fit best with the new headboard I ordered. This mattress comes to around 11. I thought they sent me the wrong mattress at first because I measured after 3 days it was 10.5 inches. Now it is at about 11 after owning for several months. Seller offered to give me some money back if I could send a photo with the measurement. I never followed through with an image as it’s hard for me to measure and take a photo at the same time. I had to take all the bedding off, hold camera, hold mattress, hold measuring tape, etc.I was under the impression that the 12″ would also be a former mattress than the 10″. This is still a plush mattress in my opinion, the sides cave when you sit on the sides of it. For the price point, I can’t complain I guess. Just was not what I was expecting. I wanted a firmer memory foam mattress and I thought with the coils it would be better for my size if I got the extra height. There’s a big gap where my head board is because the mattress is still not tall enough. This is a comfy mattress though and the fabric seems to be good quality. Just be aware the sides are very soft so you might fall off the side of the bed if you try to sit on it. Lol. I have a topper on top of it as well to help firm it up for me a bit. And that helped a bit also.

honestly, i never write reviews but reviews are what i used to buy this mattress since you can’t lay on it before you buy it. so here i am writing a review hoping it helps someone else!for the price point it’s a great value. i’ve had it for 3 nights now and so far so good. i was able to sleep on it the same day i popped open the mattress.so far so good! not too firm not too soft. i’m sleeping better on this then i was my 1000 dollar mattress. i’m a back and side sleep and had a great night sleep with both. it’s very comfortable.the sides are a little bouncy when sitting on getting out of bed bed but nothing crazy where i’m falling off.i’d say get this if you’re thinking too hard about buying a cheap mattress from amazon

great for the price !
alot of people said they feel the springs when they lay down and as of right now i dont feel any springs at all. i also weigh 150 so im not exactly a heavier person however i am more then average. i do think if someone whos on the heavier side layed on this they would feel the springs though, i haven’t slept a night in it but i will be updating every month and the first night i sleep on it. i only layed on it for a few seconds and it seems to support my weight really good . no sinking and i dont feel springs , it feels comfortable and has a little bounce to it which i don’t mind. the only thing im worried about is the durability and longevity of this mattress. the corners have absolutely no support so if u sit on the corner you’re going to be sitting on basically nothing, which is why im worried of the durability of it . however i will update along the way as stated.

Loving it, so far!
This is my first box mattress, and I had no idea what to expect. My colleague helped me set it up, and it was actually super easy. In fact, the hardest part was taking off the plastic lol! I wish we had did a video, but not knowing what to expect we were focused on just getting it set up.Please note it is heavy, nothing light about it. Also if it’s not delivered directly to your home, you’ll need a vehicle where the seats let down because it won’t fit across the back seat.Now once we got the plastic off, and started unrolling it, it immediately started to rise. It looked like it fully inflated right away; but I like to follow directions, so I gave it the full weekend to settle before actually sleeping on it. There was no odd smell or anything.Now, I have horrible back issues, so I had explored reviews that suggested the mattress had good back support, and this one had several mentions of back pain relieve. Maybe my back issues are too extreme, but I haven’t seen any real relieve. (I made another purchase to try and address this).However, I love the size of the mattress, and beyond my back I find it to be very comfortable.Now I don’t like the lack of firmness around the edges, which appears to be extremely weak. Whenever I sit on the edge of the bed I feel like I’m going to fall off. The rest of the mattress is actually pretty firm. I feel well supported. NOTE: it doesn’t hurt my back anymore than what I experienced before. If it wasn’t for the issues with the edges I would give this mattress 5 Stars. I really like it!

Amazing sleep!
Omg! I just got up from sleeping on the mattress and had to write this review! One word- amazing! I haven’t felt this well rested and pain free in months!!! My back usually hurts a lot on any mattress I sleep while sleeping and after getting up but not after this one! I bought this mattress for a guest bedroom and decided to try it out and now I just want to throw away my own heavenly bed mattress and get another one for my own bed! The mattress is very supportive but not stiff, my body sang with pleasure and gratitude when I I was laying on it or turning on it I didn’t want to get up! Best purchase ever!!!!

Comfortable
Left in separate room to air out/expand for about 24 hrs. Frankly, I didn’t note much odor at all. I like a softer mattress so I wasn’t sure at first if I might want softer topper to add on top. I might not need. It’s got enough give that I can sleep on my side without any issues. Laying on my stomach….not sure about that yet. The sides collapse down a bit if you sit there … if that bothers you. It doesn’t bother me…I’ve got other places to sit. I got it on sale and it was definitely good value for price.

It’s a matress
If you are a fan of a hard mattress, this is the mattress for you. I got this for my guest bedroom and I’m not a fan of guests. Hopefully my guest only likes soft mattresses so they won’t stay long. It is very hard but it will do the job. It expanded to fullsize in less than 10 seconds. Has a very faint smell but it will dissipate soon.

Id’ say the edges are a little soft compared to the rest of the bed that is medium firm. When i get on or get off, the edge’s seem to be too soft and not as sturdy as it should be. Otherwise, is good.

Major comfort
I had a serta premium pillow top 8 yrs. My daughter had the bubble wrapped shipped bed 1st. But it was zinus which is differing foam layers. Not bad just stiff. I got this one on sale the 12″ and it’s better than the serta I had tgat was awesome. Black Friday sale was $196.00 for queen at $246 total. Shipped.

Feels like ur laying on springs and air at the same time I see it wearing down quickly but the real test is if it will help me with the purpose I need it for u see I’m using it as a box spring not quite a mattress.
