better than expected
I’m 59 years old and have tried 100’s of facial products by now. The only reason I tried this was because I’d read a review this past month on the top 5 facial products. I decided to give this a try and will definitely buy it again! This was the cheapest of the 5 recommended products being just under $20. (The most expensive product was over $150.) This product goes a long way…you only need a little and the pump gives you just that. It feels great…you can’t feel it on your face. So it’s lightweight. NOT greasy. The serum is not watery: so it’s quite easy to apply and doesn’t run all over the place. It’s fragrance free. I noticed that my skin felt so much better in just a day, and after a few days my skin looked better; younger, hydrated and soft. I have combination skin: both oily and dry, and some products have caused acne in the past…this one does not. I am very very pleased with this product.

a moisturizing product, but dries out my skin after a couple days’ use
I got this product as a moisturizer and wrinkle reducer. My dermatologist recommended a similar product, but for over $200, so I thought I would try this instead. I like it, nice smooth feel, seems to moisturize over night, but my skin got dry after a few nights of use. I guess it is the acid component. So I take a break from it regularly, or use it every second night, and am still happy with the product.

And what I love most about this product is its gentle application to the skin and that is not acidic or damaging in any way. I see a noticeable difference in my skin. I am using this product because my face feels so dry as I get older. I have tried many products. For the price, this is an excellent deal. I am very happy I tried it and did not keep spending so much money.I was nervous to try something new. You do not need to use much of it, just a few drops.

Says fragrance free…but it has scent
I’ve been using this for a while but usually buy it at the drugstore, but it’s been out of stock. It’s cheaper here, but definitely has a fragrance. It’s not petroleum like some reviews mention, but it’s definitely a scent/fragrance. My drugstore purchases had no scent at all. I’m very sensitive to fragrances so it’s a problem for me. Unfortunately I threw the box away as I didn’t have any reason to be concerned. Also, for those asking about the different labeling – the Canadian distribution has English and French language, the US version has only English. This appears to be the US version. Maybe that’s why it has fragrance? Slightly different for different market or regulations.

Okay,So this gel cream is pretty thick. I actually thought this would be more of a syrupy serum texture but it has a pretty heavy consistency. I like that because a little goes a long was as this has AMAZING coverage. Once the serum is absorbed to your skin it may feel a little tacky but i think thays cause of the gel like consistency. Once spread the gel cream is surprisingly lightweight so I had to double layer it at night to give my skins some extra love and hydration. During the day I apply the gel cream first then layer with my cerave moisturizing facial lotion with spf. This gives me a very nourished matte look.I love this product, I was a bit worried cause I saw some poor reviews but I had 0 problems with my item or shipping.Definately would order again, the price for this was $16 when I purchased it, I thought that – that was expensive given that this items is about 1 ounce. I then stopped at Shoppers yesterday and was shocked that this items was selling for $20, so let’s just say I’m glad I snagged a deal 😭🥴I would definitely purchase this again!I’m curious to see how it’s layers with my Vichy Mineral 89 serum 😍😅.

Update: Decided to give it the benefit ofthe doubt and tried pumping the serum out once again and viola!! It worked. Can’t say how well the serum works as it will take a few days or weeks to know.Update: there is an awful petroleum smell in it. Have stopped using it.

The Great Reviews on This Product Were True!
I have been using Hyaluronic Acid for a while…I read the reviews of this product and everyone rated Cereve Hyaluronic acid as one of the top 5 ….I have to agree…It is creamy, is absorbed immediately and makes my face feel smooth and hydrated…I will definately reorder this product at this price point..Good value at this price point.

Only product I keep using
I have a very sensitive skin, I’ve been trying to find the right hydrating product for it.I’ve been using it for approximately 1 year and I keep purchasing it because it is the only thing that does not make my skin feel oily or obstruct my pores, and I’ve tries expensive stuff. I don’t know if the actual hyaluronic works but I appreciate the hydrating part of it. I also have had less break outs.

Fake or Real ?
I bought the bottle of cream in the picture on the left here, the cream dries slower than usual. I bought the bottle on the right in the picture at a wallmart store for a long times. I don’t understand why they have different packaging and the feeling of applying it on the face is very different.

Love this product and have bought it before and will again BUT the last bottle I bought didn’t seem to be a full, new bottle. Notice a difference in 3 days, skin looked slightly plumper, missed it for 2 days and noticed it does give skin a more dewy plumper look, have aging dry skin. Not going to just say softer, as putting any cream/lotion on skin will make it soft, that’s a given.

Last one I got smells like petroleum
I’ve been using this product for a couple of years and I love it but the last one I ordered from here smells quite strongly like petroleum. Others have no noticeable smell. Unfortunately, it’s past the return window because I was using up my last one before I opened this one. My advice would be to open it up as soon as you get it and see if it smells.
