Blunt blade
Can take you running over the same patch multiple times for it to cut, otherwise it seems pretty reliable, if you pair it with a power cord that can handle it.

Very good lawnmower!!
Don’t let the plastic construction trick you- this thing is a BEAST!! Very quiet too. My favorite feature is the large collection bag…saved me soooooooo much money on mulch!! And my gardens are growing like crazy from the lawn clippings!! Probably never going back to a gasoline lawnmower again 😌

Lost a wheel with in a month of light use
We bought a mower on October 2nd, 2022. By November 5th, one of the back wheels fell off. I contacted the company directly and was pleased to find out the mower was still under warranty. They were quick to send me a replacement wheel and bolt.We did not use the mower during the winter, but when we started it up again, we noticed the handle to hold the level height in place needed to be fixed. I contacted the company once again, and although we had to troubleshoot for a few hours, they decided to replace and upgrade the mower entirely for free since they did not have the same model in stock. Because of their commitment to their products, they deserve more than just a one-star review.

Perfect for my lawn.
I wanted a lightweight small electric lawn mower for a smaller type lawn in the woods, mostly weeds that look good when cut. I am older with neck and back disabilities and this is just what I was looking for. I don’t have a cord to pull, gas to deal with, just plug it in. This is perfect and manageable for me.

Grass catcher to back
This works well for my small lawn -PROS: lightweight and maneuverable and inexpensive and small.CONS: The handle can be set to fold for storage, but putting it back straight for use is too much trouble. Good thing that this is small enough that it almost fits in the space for my old lawn mower on which I used be able to easily loosen the handle to allow it to fold.CONS: The cuttings blow out the back. That might not be a problem if I put on the grass-catcher, but I don’t want to use a grass-catcher.OVERALL – Acceptable for the job and price. 🙂

I can’t think of anything bad to say
The lawn looks great after cutting. The mower sounds like a vacuum, but it really did the job. It’s smaller, so it will take longer to do your lawn. The “shell” of the mower is hard plastic. Up against my brick home, it actually cut grass closer to it than my gas-powered mowers. I used my old 100ft cord I bought somewhere. Still getting used to keeping that cord out of the way.

Small but powerful
I live in AZ so this is perfect for my small front lawn. I was surprised by the power. There’s a little rumble when you fire it up. The one improve was the two screws provided to secure the lower handle are too big. I don’t know how you goof that up but I’ll find some replacement screws. The lower posts are so long I took for a spin without the screws and it did fine. Good little mower and it looks sharp.

Good buy
Not to heavy, wheels wobble a bit but didnt effect me when i was mowing the lawn. The bag could be a little bigger. The thing that annoyed me the most, not sure if it happened in delivery or production but the front right wheel was locked up by the bar for the front axle. I had to bend it back but so far so good. It says 3inches is the max height but i got thru about 4 1/2inches

Great Little Work Horse
It works great! Once you find a method to mow and keep the cord out of the way. I have a large yard with plants and a couple of trees fits around everything great.I was pretty rough on mine and would mow tall grass and even small weeds / vines and it cut everything. It did finally die. Worth the money .

My first mower
This is my first lawnmower and I don’t regret the outchase at all. I can’t stand the smell of gasoline so I appreciate it being total electric. I wish it came with some sort or retractable mechanism for your extension cord because the hooks on the front are useless since you habe to keep wrapping/unwrapping your cord.

Good product for the money
Cuts great . Very easy to operate. Easy start no pull cord !! Light weight . Very easy to assemble. There is a technique to mowing with a cord though ! Some days I find my groove and some days I don’t . But over all this is a good mower for the price .

Works well and gets the job done.
I am very pleasantly surprised by how well this lawn mower worked. I knew it was risky buying this mower as it is significantly cheaper than most of the mowers out there, but it works great for what I need! I’ve only had it about a month, so I can’t speak to its longevity, but I’ve used it multiple times and every time have been pleased with how easy it is to use and how well it cut away the weeds in my yard. The bag holds quite a bit of lawn cuttings and is easy to put on and remove. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Almost entirely plastic
I had this mower for less than 30 days and have sought a return. For the price ($90), I thought I was getting a good mower. The first two times I used it, it worked fine, though the swath is small/narrow, so it took me longer to mow. But then the height adjustment began to slip (it’s all plastic). And soon I couldn’t raise the cutting height at all; it would slip to the lowest setting. So I had to return it. Another thing that I don’t like is the hole for the bag is very small and easily clogged if the grass is moist at all. And you can’t put the bag through the space in the handles to attach it, because the space between the bars is too narrow. So you have to set the bag on the ground behind the mower, then reach through the bars to attach the bag. Not a huge deal but kind of a pain.

Disappointing
Could not get lower handle to attach. The screws didn’t work and lower part of handle kept popping loose. Black & Decker used to be a quality product. This mower seems fragile and I doubt it will last even though my lawn is small. Highest setting is still pretty low. I’ve used electric lawnmowers since the mid 1970’s. This is sadly the most disappointing mower I have purchased. Update: After only 2 uses, motor burnt out. Thankfully I was still within 30 days since purchasing and was able to return it.

Perfect for a small lawn.
I’ve been using this mower weekly for a month now and it’s been very reliable and easy to use. Assembly was also easy. The only problem I had with assembly was the factory-drilled holes being too small for the screws to fit when attaching the handle. But this was solved by filing the metal to expand the holes. This mower is an electric corded model. It does not include an extension cord. The features I like most about this mower are the cutting height adjustment, grass catcher bag, light weight for easy transport and storage, and low maintenance. This is an unbiased review posted by someone who just wanted an easier alternative to a junky old gas mower.I wasn’t paid or given anything in exchange for writing a review.

Two thumbs up for this product
I’ve had this product for over a year so I figured it’s a good time to review. It is wonderful! One of the reasons I got this one was due to the weight of the machine. I have a very bad back along with bad shoulders and hips. I can pick this up and take it up or down the 5 steps to our backyard. This is very lightweight and easy to use. I will admit getting used to the chord was tricky. I feel like I’m vacuuming my yard (except my vacuum I think is heavier). I did not bother with the grass catcher and I’ve never had debris fly back and hit me. I’m not sure why people have reviewed that said they did but this hasn’t happened. There have been times when the grass is wet that I have to knock some grass out from the back but that is minor. I can do my whole yard in one day with very little added pain the next day (trust me that means a lot when I’m always in pain). I am not useless for two to three days afterwards like I would be with a traditional powered mower. If you need to replace the blade I would suggest getting it at Lowes, much better price for them although you have to order on line and either pick up in store or have them delivered.

You can’t know for sure if you get a battery powered or corded….
So many of the answers in the questions and answers section implied battery powered, so I asked. Is this batter powered or do I need an extension cord, several people who bought it said it comes with 2 batteries. Well what I received is corded. I have to use two extension cords to be able to reach my entire yard. Thankfully the mower is fairly lightweight and small so that I can maneuver it OK with the cord. The worst part of this mower is having to deal with a cord while mowing. Other than that it works quite well. I find it to be quieter than a gas mower and much lighter weight. The bag does fill very quickly which is annoying and the package says not to use without the bag which makes sense as that isn’t’ safe to have the stuff it hits shooting out at you, if you hit a rock or stick or something you don’t expect it could really hurt you. So please leave the bag on when you mow! Despite having to empty the bag often and the cord I do like this mower, it gets my grass cut. It does ok with small branches though super thick grass seems to give the motor a real struggle. I have carpet grass though it isn’t super lush. I have one area that is crazy thick that this mower struggled to go over and nearly killed the motor. The motor does seem to have a safety shut off of some kind because when I accidentally went over a too high root sticking out of the ground it turned off so my blade didn’t get ruined or anything. So yes I like the mower, you can’t be sure if you will get a battery powered or corded though it seems, and the bag filling to quickly is annoying but at the same time I feel my yard looks nicer without all the clippings all over the place so that is a plus. If you don’t mind those things then yes, this is a great mower. I do enjoy it despite those things.

it’s small and agile, unlike other bulk mowers. plug in and go. unfortunately it doesn’t come with an attachment to allow mulching without the bag. Mower shoots grass and debris everywhere without the bag. even with bag some debris gets out and makes a mess of me.

No more oil changes or gas refills? Yes please!!
As a lifetime gas lawn mower user, I found myself searching for a replacement for my Toro mower when itbecame nonfunctional despite replacing the oil, the spark plug, the gasoline, the cold start primer button, the fuel filter, and the carburator over the years.I purchased this electric mower for one simple reason: I was tired of spending the weekend and my paycheck on lawn mower repair maintenance. To say I was happy with my purchase is an understatement. This mower is rugged, dependable, and does an excellent job.Pros:LightweightEasy maneuverabilityEasy setupEasy storageQuiet operationExcellent mower bladeCons:15 inch blade width (smaller blade, smaller cutting path)Corded mower means constantly keeping cord out of your waySmall catcher bag (although if you prefer to mulch your clippings, this is a non-issue)After using this lawn mower, I can honestly say I’ll never go back to using a standard mower again.

Its great for very small yards and short grass
For my first electric lawnmower, it is fantastic. I really did and am going to use it way too hard. Im cutting grass almost as tall as I am right now and with a tiny bit of patience its working. Black and Decker really do make an awesome plug-in item. For a 15-inch blade, it’s a beast. I need to get a much larger one with battery packs to do what I need it to. THANK YOU for making your electric engines overpowered knowing that people are NOT going to be gentle with your tools.

Bag – Major Design Flaw
All great until you go to empty the bag. The opening is smaller than the rest of the bag. Mojog clog is not something you can dig out and then go on. Nope dig one out and go to empty and it just clogs up again. Look at my old mower to see if I was crazy – I was not, the bag opening was the largest and the back smaller. Foir this reason the emptying took forever. Plus when you empty is the worse strain on your back. Really wanted this to work really tried but it is not worth it. To keep to the size they need to design a way it opens in the back.

lightweight, easy to use
I wanted a corded mower, rather than battery operated one, so I don’t burn through batteries every few years. It is a little more difficult navigating with the cord though. This mower is perfect for our small townhouse yard (+/- 500 sq ft) It has enough power to cut tall grass, but probably not enough for tough weeds or super tall grass. It does a great job collecting the clippings.

Lightweight
I love the push start but although you have hold onto the handles to keep it started! although the lawn mower is lightweight/easy to maneuver This indeed apply pressure on your hands. In my option the lawn mower is definitely worth it but should be used for smaller areas! I have to use 100ft cord with other extensions which becomes a hassle.

Looks like a Race Car! Light weight easy to store makes for a perfect lawn with some minor flaws.
The handle keeps coming off not sure there is a way to secure and the bag in the back kept falling off so lost the bag., when carrying there is a handle in the front use it. Starts right up every time! Only pain is you have to hold down button entire mowing time but it is for safety. It’s cute looks like a race car!

Plug in electric mower. No batteries to die or gas to clog
We live in Southern California and have 2 small lawns planted in slow growing native grass that only needs to be cut 3 or 4 times a year (if it doesn’t rain much). We’ve tried battery electric mowers and the batteries (like most batteries) will not hold a charge if not used regularly. Both would not hold a charge after sitting for a few months and replacement batteries cost as much as the mowers. We borrowed a friends gas mower, but they moved out of state.FINALLY, we bought this compact plug in mower.Works fine for us when used every few months.Handle folds up so we can store it out of the way.Just remember; DON’T “Cut the cord” 😉

If You’re like me and hate the planet this is your lawnmower.
We have two electric car owners in my neighborhood. Whenever I use my new ac powered electric lawnmower they used to come over and talk to me about it. I would always remind them that in our area nuclear power is king! Whenever they charge their cars and I use my lawnmower I’m sure the planet feels it. Otherwise excellent garden tool. And I also use my original 1992 Black & Decker electric lawnmower powered by 120 AC My front yard looks fabulous. I also do not lend them out.

Really does the job
This is my first corded lawn mower, and it does take a bit of an adjustment not to run over the electrical cord. Once you overcome that, I was surprised how well it handled actually mowing. It’s light, so it’s very maneuverable, and was powerful enough to tackle a large pile of wet and dry leaves in the area I was mowing. I’m tired of bagging leaves each fall and was hoping this inexpensive little mower could handle mowing and mulching, and it does without any complaints. Additionally, the mulched leaves were ground small enough so they could be incorporated into my vegetable and flower beds, meaning no more leaf bags going to the landfill. My plants and vegetable garden area will benefit from the nutrients provided by the leaves. For the price, it really surprised me. Oh, and it was easy to put together out of the box.

Good, but not perfect
The mower was what I expected based on previous reviews. The good: it is light weight, easy to handle and maneuver. The adjustable cut height is a plus. The bad: Only one of the switches on the handles work. the bag won’t lock into the machine. Fortunately, my yard is small and I can do without the bag. Overall, it is a good mower for a small yard, but it is far from perfect.

Don’t buy “like new”
I ordered a used lawn mower that was advertised as “like new”. It arrived filthy and it was obvious that it had been heavily used. Biggest problem: the height adjustment didn’t work so the only deck height available was 1”. This lawn mower was totally unacceptable. To Amazon’s credit, they paid for shipping for the return and refunded my money within a couple of days.

Love it! Took down 14+ inch weeds/overgrowth!
I’ve never bought an electric mower before, but after 2 gas duds in a row I figured I’d shoot my shot. Assembly was pretty easy, the mower itself is very lightweight and easy to carry around if needed (even has a handle on the top), and it is a MACHINE! We did ‘no mow may’ and it got a little out of hand over here, but this mower was fantastic. I did have to go over my rows twice, but I do not blame the mower at all, the weeds/overgrown grass was so, so thick and tall. On the parts that were shorter, it had absolutely no issues- zipped right through! I do like that it has a bagger, but wish there was an option to use it without it (and maybe there is, I just didn’t look into it that much).. overall 10/10!

Great for a small lawn.
Works well for a small lawn.. Not good if you have large lawn. The lawn catcher doesn’t hold much, I found myself emptying it constantly. Also, you need a very long extension cord. I didn’t do my review and thought it was battery powered, not so. It needs an electrical outlet.

Works but the blade width is too narrow
This works great…easy to assemble and easy to use. However, it is very narrow..and the whole thing looks and feels like a toy…too light. I had the old green basic electric mower from B&D and it works great and powerful for years. I can’t tell the durability of this one, as it looks and feels like a toy. I would recommend to spend the extra money and get the larger model of this mower.

Almost lost all my vision
First electric mower Ive ever owned. But definitely not worth the money. I ran over a small twig that usually other mowers would have broken and thrown into the bag. Absolutely not. This mower completely broke the blade and shot it out of the side causing it to hit my face. I thank God it wasn’t any closer to my eye because the scratch it did leave did swell my eye pretty badly. I have no idea how this is rated a 4 and is still being sold. Stay away from this mower!

Not worth the price… Even with discount.
Very light weight. The grass pouch keeps falling off. We had to empty the pouch after 2 stroke as the bag couldn’t hold 1/4th of of grass. It kept tilting backwards leading the mower to back flip. It was annoying as each time I turn the mower the bag slides off it’s hook. It did good job mowing but the accessories needs to atleast connect properly.

Does the job
Was very easy to out together and use. I like the bike handle. I do not have a big yard and this does the job very well. Have to be careful with wet grass that is higher since it did jam the blades but on dry grass it is great. The bag at the back is not that easy to empty if full but that happens with most of these types of bags. All in all it does the job and I’m very happy with it. Just have to be mindful of the power cord.

Great little mower!
I live in Arizona and I don’t have a lawn. But during monsoon the wildgrass grows like crazy. This little lawn mower cut the crap out of all of this. I Like everything about this lawn mower except for the bag. The bag is too small and only catches a small amount of grass. It’s lightweight. I can pick it up with one hand. I wish the handle would fold for easy storage, but other than that this lawn mower is completely plastic except for the blade and the handle.

Heads up – what is the catcher for?
I started using this mower a few weeks ago. I used the grass catcher the first couple weeks and I really don’t know what it is there for. It is mounted on the back of the mower so about half of the grass blows around the catcher all over you. I tried it without the catcher using the “safety” lid. Yep, you guessed it!! I got covered with grass that way also.. So much for technology and removing the side catcher. I guess I will have to use that dependable grey tape to seal it or build a plexi glass shield to protect me. BUT, the mower works great!!!

You get what you pay for
Quick assembly and setup. You get what you pay for plastic pieces and such. Catch bag seems to be made sturdy and of good material. Obviously a 15 inch cutting path equals a lot more passes for my size lawn. This replaced my craftsman 21”. I was honestly only using this until I saved up enough for a Toro, however after the decent job this did I’ll use it until it dies. Sucks dragging the cord around but it suprised me with its power makes me actually consider trying the Ryobi 40v or the Dewalt. Would definitely recommend
