Kind to skin and hair
I use this on my premature baby and it is kind on her skin leaving it clean and soft. I use it on her fine hair too and it washes it very nicely.She has got bubbles in her face which I quickly washed off (naughty mummy!) during a bath and this product didn’t seem to irritate her eyes at all.I’ve found all of the Aveeno baby products to be fantastic for my baby and this one is certainly very good.It comes in a good size bottle with a handy pump. When holding baby in the bath only having one hand free to pump out the wash it is very useful indeed.It has a nice light fragrance.It would make a nice gift for a new mum/baby shower. Or simply part of your essential baby items.

Nice stuff!
We bought a few bottles of this for babies in the family, and kept some for ourselves. I can’t comment on what the babies think, but have had no complaints from the parents. I personally use it in the bath, and wash my (very short) hair with it. Now, I don’t normally pay attention to how good these sorts of products are, but this stuff does not leave my hair or scalp too dry and it seems to keep dandruff at bay.

Awesome
Used this for my baby boy! Really good but the problem I had even with the body lotion was that the lid didnot press so I had to remove it and pour the bath soap or cream out! No idea why it does not open but Anyways guys definitely get this. Good for the baby skin definitely.

Long lasting smell, gentle to skin.
We had to order one of these as we found it to have longer lasting smell and fresher scrent for our little girl. The first bottle we used was a gift and after finishing that we used another brand (also a gift) but we weren’t able to finish the bottle of the other brand because its smell doesn’t last for long and makes oir baby’s skin dry unlike this Aveeno shower gel that feels so good and has long lasting freshness.

Must buy
My 2 year old recently began getting dry skin. I bought some of this plus aveeno baby daily moisturizer and it’s worked great. This left her hair looking beautifully shiney, and has calmed her skin down too. I have binned all other bath products for her and will start buying this monthly. Also takes up alot less room in the bathroom as it’s a top to toe product! Thank you aveeno! P.S Amazon’s prices are half the price of Asda Tesco, etc!

Amazing stuff
This is fantastic stuff, my daughter had a really sore scalp and suffered a little with dandruff but after using this stuff it’s really cleared her scalp, my daughter is 7 and her scalp is so much better and no more sores so I will continue to keep using this until her scalp will allow other shampoos, I use this with Johnson’s conditioner

Gentle and lovely – clears cradle cap brilliantly
This is an excellent product – I have found it cleared cradle cap on both my children within a week. No picking or brushing just a nice hair wash with this.It’s smells lovely, a very light fragrance almost like sugared almonds. I like that you can lock the pump on the botlltle for trvalling too. One bottle lasts ages and I’m bathing 2 kids each night with it.

Stopped my scalp from itching
My scalp started itching. A small area at the back. Never had it before and no idea what caused it. I like this brand for my hand cream so I decided to try it on my scalp. At first it made little or no difference. Then I tried rubbing it into the area and leaving it for 2 minutes before washing off. My scalp was less itchy that day and over 2 weeks stopped itching altogether. Such a relief. I hope this helps other people.

Great product bad lid design
Love aveeno products – use this instead of liquid hand soap otherwise I get eczema as very sensitive skin. And also use in the shower. But the cap is soooo hard to get undone – please aveeno: can we go back to the old bottle design? It takes so much effort to open the lid that by the time you do a whole load of product blobs out. Perhaps that’s the plan! 😉 I decanted mine into other containers now but it’s a bit of a faff!

There are quite a few products out there for daily washes suitable for babies but the aveeno one is the most trusted and recommeded by health visitors and pharmacys. We have never used other daily washes as we find this to be great on our LO who has delicate skin and suffers from dryness. It smells great and is easy to apply. Once rubbed on its quite easy to rinse out without having to furhter rub it away. The dispenser is also great as you can quit quickly dispense into your hand to apply without much issues. All in all a a great product that can be used from newborn.

Great for eczema prone skin
Our baby, now a toddler, has always suffered from little patches of very dry skin/eczema and we struggled to find a body wash for daily use that didn’t aggravate this.This body wash seems to be gentle enough for daily use and causes no irritation. Combined with a daily moisturiser this has really helped get his skin under control. We now buy on subscription.

Aveeno baby products are a must. This product is great for hair and body if you want to keep things simple. I usually use it for body. The product is of good consistency, not runny or overly thick. A little goes a long way. Absolutely love it has a pump already included on the bottle, which makes it easy to use. Great for sensitive skin. You don’t need to have sensitive skin to use this as if great for babies, it works great for adults too. Highly recommended

“Choosing the Right Baby Shampoo for Your Baby” (sic) is what comes up when you start googling for these things. Clearly, identifying the correct washing products for a baby is a massive undertaking. Everybody starts with water (and cotton wool) for the first month or so, but once you realise that your baby’s skin no longer has the delicate, sensitive newborn feel, you have to choose a product for the daily bath routine.What? You don’t have a routine? STOP reading. You need a routine.Regardless, this is a shampoo / bath that worked for our baby. No irritations, no crying, he likes to massage himself with it in the bath (and tries to use the dispenser, bless him). Amazon usually have the best price for this, you just need to buy in bulk and add to subscription.I don’t have to tell you that you SHOULDN’T buy 10 of these first time – your baby might not like it and then you are stuck with a colorless, odorless combination of bath and shampoo that you don’t like to use as you prefer Lynx and wife doesn’t like to use as she prefers Victoria’s Secret. Good luck trying to wash the dog with it.PS: there is a “super soothing” or something like that version that Aveeno make which is excellent for baby eczema.

Do not recommend Eczema dry scalp
I have had scalp eczema ( very dry not oozing or sore ) this shampoo. Does not help with MY flakes but didn not make worseOverall I would not buy againFresh simple scent but does not give a lot of bounce to hairPoor product for helping dryness

Doesnt lather up well on my hair
This product washes hair and is a good shower gel and lathers up well on my body, but I find I have to use a lot more than my normal childrens natural shampoo to get the same amount of lather, so go through this product faster. I have very sensitive skin and this product has not caused me any issues.

It’s great BUT…
it dry’s out your skin and rips out all moisture from your hair. For me its not a bad thing as i have greasy hair but I have found that my skin is really dry after using this in the shower and I have to double up on the moisturiser. So now I use it only on my hair.

A good product in a good price!
So far so good! A decent hair & body wash for babies. Not that intense fragrance and we use it now for few days for our 2,5 month daughter. The texture is towards the more liquid side and I see no irritations or problems. I took with a discount price so that makes it a win-win case. If I see a problem I am gonna definitely update my post! I didn’t put 5 stars just because we recently started to use it and it will be a 5 star if by the end of the bottle I decide to buy this one again and not to change it for another!

Very happy with the purchase
In my caseexperience it’s very good for babies that have sensitive,dry,itchy skin. It started helping with the first application. It’s not too thick that it clogs & blocks the babies pores but it’s thick enough to help. It’s excellent value for money and for me it’s definitely worth every penny. I will buy it again for sure. I would definitely recommend it to other people,it’s definitely worth a try.
