Bonjour,Nous avons commandé une puce SIM par deux fois chez Free en pensant que le problème venait de la SIM. Mais, en fait le problème venait du réseau Free qui a cessé de gérer la Fréquence 2G. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et ma mère en maison de retraite n’a pas de téléphone depuis fin juin.Sinon téléphone bien adapté pour une personne âgée

Non può essere classificato come un cellulare per anziani ma, come scritto, un giocattolo di plastica mal riuscito.Pochissime suonerie non gradevoli, dai toni molto bassi, ed una qualità delle telefonate non accettabile in ascolto al di là di toni molto bassi per il suo utilizzo indirizzato ad un’utenza di soggetti con difficoltà uditive.Anche le plastiche utilizzate sono risultate estremamente sottili e non gradevoli al tatto, come da opinione di mia madre ultra novantenne.Quando si parla di cineserie non si tiene nella giusta considerazione il fatto che la Cina produce, per sè o per committenti che supervisionano, oggetti di ottima fattura a prezzi molto concorrenziali, ma non esporta la stessa qualità e credo che un colosso come Amazon debba valutare attentamente simili considerazioni e detti fornitori

Functional but fiddly and cheap
This phone doesn’t win any prizes for its looks – it’s functional but has so many fiddly annoying faults it’s hard to overlook the fact it is essentially cheap. Very poor instructions and diagrams – basic things like how to get the back off and fit the battery and SIM card are virtually non-existent. Yes it’s meant as a simple functional phone for “seniors”, but god help anybody trying to set it up who a) doesn’t have superb manual dexterity and b) doesn’t have a working knowledge of mobiles from 20 years ago. It’s awkward, it’s clunky and it’s very limited in all its functions. Yes it has big buttons and a simple speed dial system and a loud ring and an SOS button (on the back where you could inadvertently press it at any time), but if you’re looking for something that can be used for anything other than emergency purposes, this isn’t it. Call quality is ok, but while testing it before handing it over to an elderly aunt, I thought I would break it every time I picked it up. Plastics quality is shockingly poor, but at the end of the day it does the basic things it was designed to do reasonably ok. Just remember to slide the lock button on all the time to stop those phantom calls etc!

Das Artfone Senioren Handy habe ich für meine Mutter gekauft. Sie braucht ein Handy mit dem man telefonieren kann und einen Notruf absetzen kann. Genau das erfüllt das Handy. Die Tasten sind sehr gross und können leicht bedient werden. Die Menueführung ist für meine Mutter leicht verständlich.Wichtig war mir auch die Notruffunktion. Über diese kann man mehrere Nummern einspeichern und im Notfall muss man nur den roten Knopf auf der Rückseite drücken und sofort er tönt ein lautes Signal und an alle Notrufnummern wird ein Alarm gesendet. Das Handy verfügt zusätzlich noch über eine Taschenlampe, Radio, Kalendar, MP3 Player und Dual Sim – alles Sachen die von meiner Mutter nie benützen werden – aber andere Senioren doch als hilfreich empfinden könnten. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen für ältere Menschen die mit einem Smartphone überfordert sind.

I bought this product for my 96 years mother to use, however, despite several trips to buy a SIM card for this mobile, first of all it used up all of the money spent on calls for the SIM without ever a call being made. Then, after that on trying again, it would not work with any SIM card despite the assistant inn TESCO, Perth making several attempts to try to make it work. I will never recommend this product to anyone whomsoever. I am disappointed as well that there is no money back guarantee with this product, despite it having a manufacturers guarantee for two years.

Fantastic, no frills mobile for elderly
I have been looking for a mobile that my elderly father can use for years, even the most basic of mobile handset has been too complicated for him to operate or get the hang of so he has never been able to have anything other than his landline. We thought we would try this as a last resort and considering the cost did not have any expectations. However, this mobile is perfect and simple to use with no complicated functions or apps/internet incorporated adding confusion for the user. The ringtone is loud and my father feels confident using it which makes it a winner. Best product I have purchased in a long time.

Acquistato per mia mamma, telefono semplice da utilizzare , ottima suoneria, tasti grandi. Ho allegato delle foto e video del display. Nel lato sinistra ha il tasto della torcia, a destra il blocca tastiera. Mia mamma non ha un buon feeling con i telefoni ma per questo “amore a prima vista”. Lo consiglio per chi cerca un telefono veramente base e di super semplicità. Il tasto nel retro “SOS” può essere disattivato in caso contrario si possono memorizzare 3 numeri di tel in caso di bisogno.

Para que complicarse con menús, combinaciones de pulsaciones, etc. si en este modelo es sencillísimo llamar o leer un sms.Lo dicho, modelo perfecto para mayores de 70 o personas en general que pasen de la alta tecnología

Ho acquistato il telefono per una persona anziana ipovedente, la grandezza dei tasti e la luminosità del display sono ottimali ed hanno svolto un ruolo chiave nel supplire al deficit visivo. Il telefono ha una funzione vocale per annunciare chi sta chiamando ( pronuncia il nome che si è usato per salvare il contatto in rubrica, se non è un numero salvato in rubrica pronuncia in sequenza i numeri della chiamata in entrata, la voce è meccanica e con suono metallico ma scandisce bene le parole ed è ben comprensibile, quindi la funzione in sé risulta essere utile). Il cellulare è dual sim, le impostazioni sono un po’ macchinose ma comprensibili ( non adatte però per persone molto anziane) . Ha una funzione di blocco tastiera con pulsante laterale, molto comoda e facile da usare. Ha una funzione di torcia sempre con pulsante laterale. Un grosso tasto rosso posteriore serve per la funzione di chiamata d’emergenza con numero da impostare, molto utile per anziani. La batteria ha una lunga durata, fino ad una settimana , con utilizzo intensivo può scendere a 4-5 giorni. Giudizio: ottimo per anziani ma va fatto impostare da persona più pratica coi menù dei cellulari. Ottimo anche per chi non ama gli smartphone o vuole semplicemente un buon telefono a prezzo contenuto.

Nos encontramos ante un teléfono que es muy fácil de usar para las personas mayores. Los botones son bastante grandes para que no puedan equivocarse. Antes de marcar te dice a quien estas llamando con voz para que no haya confusión. En el botón de S.O.S puedes poner varias personas a las que avisar en caso de urgencia. El volumen se oye muy alto, así que si tienes problemas de audición con este no tendrás problemas

ho comprato questo prodotto dopo che mia nonna aveva distrutto il precedente, purtroppo non è molto attenta con queste cose, inoltre dimenticava sempre di caricarlo e spesso alla fine restava senza batteria… cosi ho optato per un modello con base di ricarica, cosi deve solo appoggiarlo e basta, e devo dire che funziona egreggiamente , finalmente ricorda di caricarlo, inoltre la batteria dura molto tempo e riesce tranquillamente a fare 2 giorni, la ricezione è buona, i tasti sono molto grandi, e il tasto sos è molto utile, per il resto per il prezzo è ottimop

I bought this is a present for my grandma in Romania, I’ve took it for my address and Hermes it over to Romania. My grandma is very mentally able and very fresh, but age makes it she sees less well and hears less well than she used to. She’s 94 this year.. she used to have a clap phone, not bad but smaller. She looooves this one, not just because it’s from me – haha. She couldn’t hear me on the other phone, I can speak to her now just as when I was there. No use for the sos button because she wouldn’t need it, but she loves the opt to long press a number and have speed dial that way. Apparently the ring sound is loud too. Does the job and the price I’d say is very, very fine!

My mum loved the simplicity of this phone. Great having the sos button just in case of an emergency. Nice and compact and not too bulky. Only negative is it never came with the mains charger just a USB lead. But we had a spare from another phone so used that to charge the phone up. Overall ideal for its purpose.

To be fair on this mobile I only planned to use it for the emergency button on the back and answering calls due to my disabilities. So for those things I can say it worked great! However only a few days after using it it went on charge went off and never came back on again. I’m still waiting for it to come back on. So for its price it’s great… I guess you get what you pay for…. I can’t recommend it for every day usage or constant use as the battery life is awful…. Set up can be complicated if your unsure of it.

Il prodotto poteva esser venduto benissimo a una decina di euro in più evitando lamentele semplicemente inserendo un adattatore da USB a corrente e, la cosa che mi ha dato fastidio, inserendo un software che permetteva di leggere i numeri telefonici già presenti all’interno della scheda SIM evitando ORE di riscrittura di rubriche infinite (gli SMS presenti nella SIM ,invece , venivano paradossalmente letti…)Capisco che per 30€ non c’è molto da aspettarsi ma sono questi i particolari che fanno la differenza fra un prodotto di qualità e uno scadente che ricordiamo ha come target delle persone ansiane.Per il resto non è malaccio o per lo meno vedremo quanto dura soltanto vivendolo.

Amazingly easy to set up – popped in the SIM and pressed the red button and VOILA! Made a call, received a call – easy peasy. Phone book appeared instantly – no scrolling – never have I had such an easy set up (apart from an Apple iphone). It is inexpensive, great volume, has large easy to read numbers, and SOS function,and an instruction leaflet that isn’t in jibberish. It has a torch and a camera. I highly recommend this phone for anyone who just wants a phone to send and receive calls.

The simple design and big keys really help users.
Bought this too replace an ageing relative’s very old Nokia 6020! Initially we tried with the “nearest” replacement Nokia but that had more sensitive keys which were too small and the software was too complex. This phone took the standard sim card and booted up immediately, my relative was able to access the phone book, call log and text messaging with he minimum of practice. There’s still “redundant” stuff like the radio and internet access but they are easier to avoid on this handset. The user particularly liked the big buttons and that they “say” which number has been pressed.
