Perfect fit, excellent quality
Perfect for our 9-month old Lab, easy to put the coat on him and the straps keep the coat in place very well. The coat keeps the doggie warm, very good quality material. It is easy to wipe the water away after the rainy walks and then it dries fully on the heater quickly. It is waterproof – we got soaked today but Bertie was dry under the coat. It’s so great that there is a small hole where we can attach the lead to the harness. The coat seems to be comfortable, Bertie never complains when we put it on him. And last but not least, it looks great!!

Good quality dog coat
Bought the XXL for my 38kg golden retriever Jeff and it fits him perfectly. Keeps him dry in wet weather and the fleece lining adds the extra layer of warmth. Elasticated back leg straps fit well, keeping the coat in place. Zipped opening on the back in case you use a harness. Super coat for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Great coat
Smart coat, fits well and has been well tested for its water resistant qualities. My only criticism is that the access for the harness clasp is not long enough for us to attach the lead so we have to attach to his collar which I’m not keen on. Overall a good coat

Fairly good but with a couple of design issues
I bought the XXL for my mixed breed rescue who is 31kg and perhaps just a little smaller than a GSD. Overall, I quite like this coat. In most ways it seems quite good quality, although probably too warm to use in the warmer wet weather. The length is perfect. I was a bit concerned about the girth, but the strap wraps around with enough available Velcro to give a nice snug fit. I love this fitting method as the Velcro straps are on top and protected from the worst conditions and are still gripping very well. It gives an element of protection from wet and dirt to the chest, which is good. However, there are couple of issues which make it hard to recommend, but which could be rectified with some design changes. If this were to happen then I probably would by another one. The issues…1) The leg straps are made of pretty thin and poor quality elastic and these hoop through even thinner and worse quality elastic fittings. It doesn’t take long for the wet weather to cause this elastic to deteriorate. I have had to try and repair it several times already and next time will probably need replacing completely.2) The neck is just HUGE. Way too big for him. Combined with the lead opening being a little to far forward for his harness, this leads to the coat being pulled too far down his back leaving his neck fully exposed. It could to with allowing some adjustment for the neck opening. I have so far tried using pins and poppers, but the DIY approach just isn’t strong enough. It could do with perhaps an adjustable drawer string or maybe 2 or 3 large toggle fastenings.Other than those issues, my only other wish would be for it to be available in a truly waterproof material, such as a PU coated polyester, so that the water runs off rather than soaks in.

It’s light robust walm inside and looks waterproof and easy to see hi vis ticks all my boxesAlso so easy to get o with Velcro straps that fit under and seal at the top ideal for all sizesI got medium and have an 18 month show cocker weighing about 11 k love it best jacket I’ve bought

Pretty good
I wanted a coat with this specific design for my older border collie. He doesn’t wear a coat outdoors (various reasons) but our house is very cold and so he has indoor coats! It’s not as thick as I’d hoped but I suspect the nature of the outer layer will actually keep the warmth in as my own waterproof jackets do despite being unlined. He is a standard sized collie but I chose XL size on purpose for comfort when curling up, but the large would probably be a better fit as a coat for exercise. It looks well made as I’d expect from the brand and is very smart. The collar is superfluous in my opinion and could irritate certain dogs when turned up and get soaked when turned back. Since I need it for indoors that’s not an issue for me. What might be a problem are the metal “press studs” on the sides near the back. I thought these were securing the leg straps but they are purely for *show” and have no function. Again, this is something that isn’t an issue for a dog exercising, but when lying down they would be uncomfortable and I’ll probably need to remove them which will leave small holes. The leg elastic is also not needed in my case but it’s good to note the elastic would be plenty long enough to be comfortable for my dog if it was used as an outdoor coat. Unless it was windy I’m pretty sure the coat would stay in place without the straps in use. I can’t score waterproof or cleaning as I’ve only just received it and it won’t be used outdoors. Overall I’m pleased with it and feel the cut and fit would suit many dogs for its intended outdoor use. It may be worth noting there is no adjustment across the chest. I hope this info is of some use as a lot of reviews mention having trouble with sizing.Edit…Having used this coat for short periods in heavy rain a couple of times I believe the XL is actually the right size for him with the legs elastics in place. I also realise the studs which I thought were purely decoration DO actually fix the elastic inside the coat layers. Using the leg straps changes the fit and a chunkier lab type would need XXL

Needed a larger size
A really nice coat, waterproof and warm. As others said, the velcro fastening on top is so much better than those that fasten underneath where they get muddy. Seems really good quality. There’s a little zip pocket on top, not sure what for but you could put a spare poo bag in it.I just wish I’d bought a larger size, my mixed breed terrier is by no means large but the medium size doesn’t quite cover him neck to tail.

Well made
Well made coat for my Parsons doggo! Size gives good coverage though I think the elastic bits for the back legs are pointless, I shouldn’t think many, if any, dogs would tolerate that bit so we just use the belly strap to hold in place. Keeps her warm and dry.

Fantastic Coat at Half the Price!

This year I decided to treat my big boy to a better coat. Searching online I found the prices to be outrageous. But he definitely needed a better coat than the thin, cheap, poorly fitting one he had. I had bookmarked several that I found knowing that it needed to have a more secure fastener than the cheap velcro under his chest that kept popping open.Because Brody is a very large boy (55kg with a very thick neck and chest) I was looking at XL and XXL sizes and the prices were up to £50!And then I found this one! It had every single attribute I wanted of the more expensive ones… The belt that fastens around and closes on the top, fleece lining, and leg straps to keep the back from flying up in the wind. And for less than half the price of the others… under £20!To be honest I was skeptical but I thought at that price it was worth a shot. I could not be happier. It’s a million times sturdier than the one I had. The lining makes it nicer for him. It fits securely and he looks very handsome (although I may be partial). I’ve only just started using it but I would HIGHLY recommend this coat. If I find any drawbacks, I will update this review.

Tried some coats ut my problem is a Chocolate lab
So having triedXXL sizes, 5XL sizes, my problem is a chocolate Labrador, not overweight, but a big dog, bi orgger than normal labs. This coat is fantastic, they said in the documentation go one size bigger, I chose the largest. It fits him like a glove. So easy to put on, so he’s not stressed, plus the zip allows his harness clip to come through and clip his lead onEasy to remove on return. Well worth the money paid. Real good quality for the price, glad someone sizes things correctly

perfect fit
My lad is a bit longer than “normal” for his chest being part Corgi so coats for him have been a pain. If it fits his back way too big on the chest and if it fits the chest is half way up his back.This fits perfectly. The chest band is on as tight as it can go and it covers all his back.Harness zipped gap is placed perfectly too as many are way too close to the neck for a harness.The reflective edges are very visible too.Totally perfect fitting coat

product is good but rip near collar
I think the coat itself is good and the medium size fits my large Boston terrier (15kg) really well but it did have a rip in the collar. Unfortunately I really needed to use it so had to make do and now won’t be able to return it.Other than that, it’s great.

Dog coat
The coat is well made and has a fur lining, very easy to put over the dogs head and the large wide straps make the fitting of the coat easy. Our dog loves the coat and keeps him dry even in heavy rain.

It’s a good buy
Compared to a number of dogs coats which I have bought, these are without the best. The material is robust and the coat is well made. The coat fastens firmly and easily and both of my dogs are comfortable wearing them. Excellent quality, delivery and last but not least, outstanding value for money. Love it.
I had been looking for a coat in this style for a while and was very pleased when I found this one. I particularly liked it because it could have been my JRT modeling it. I bought the 35cm size and it fits her very well. Made with lovely materials and is not too thick as she only needs it to keep the wind and rain off.

Perfect coat for our staffy
Lovely warm waterproof coat for our staffy . He’s approx 22kg and we got a large . The end comes just over the base of his tail . Looks smart and keeps him warm and dry. I like the reflective strip around it. Great addition for dark mornings and evenings! Would recommend

A nice coat
Good quality and easy to put on. Just holding back one star for the width of the chest piece. My little girl is between sizes so we went for the medium as we figured it was better for a coat to be too big than too small. This works ok apart from the chest piece which is quite wide and I worry may irritate her little armpits.

Fit my AB he’s approx 33kg
My old man loves his coat. I’ve tried a few but he has quite a deep chest and struggled to find a good fit. This one is great adjustable Velcro. Elastic for around the legs. I used the measurements adviced on product info.I been using this through the winter and has kept him dry too on wet soggy days.

Warm but not waterproof
Bought this for my Weimaraner after a lot of shopping around. Colour matches his coat and bought a bigger size as I read the reviews and as he is getting older, I wanted to make sure he was well covered. Looks good and keeps him warm but isn’t waterproof like advertised, but still keeps him drier than wearing nothing

His Lordship approves, he has tested it in rain, bitter wind, rolling in the wet grass, and throwing himself at the frost, so getting covered in a nice layer of wet mud is not a problem for either himself or his new coat.His staff (me) were also delighted to take home a dry dog.

Small was smaller than expected
I thought for sure a small would be big enough for my 4 month cocker, but it was laughably small on him. Check the sizing before you order. Great quality though and looks good, I will be ordering a medium, fingers crossed this one is big enough.

What do I dislike , I wouldn’t know the item never ever arrived for me to stick on the dog , Amazon truly are dreadful 😤🙄Edithsving had to order a 2nd coat n hope it turnt up it did turn up eventually looks smart on the dog he loves it keeps him warm n dry in light rain wouldn’t trust the coat in heavy down pours , not until iv waterproofed it myself 💪 overall very decent coat one happy doggo on his walks win win

Dogs mac

My dog likes to put this on for walks. She doesn’t like the leg straps but the belt strap has strong enough velcro to stay on when she runs. I have a pretty big dog and this coat just barely fits so anything bigger than an American Bulldog I would recommend the biggest size.
