B on fit, A+ on fabric
Ordered this for a funeral based solely on color (black), fabric (stretchy), cost (inexpensive), and delivery speed (fast) as I needed something in a hurry that would hopefully require minimal alterations before the sudden event. I’ll break this review into a few parts.Firstly, can’t complain about something that looks decent and costs under $50. If I had more freedom of choice I might have gotten one of the sale prints but the event determined the need for subdued. Received it in two days, giving me enough time to wash it before wearing.Secondly, the fabric is a slinky kind of knit, not too thin but not too heavy. It was tolerable outdoors in triple-digit-heat-index weather. It had great movement too; I didn’t feel at all restricted climbing into and out of a tall vehicle, and while walking/standing all day. For me it required a sweater indoors, but the funeral parlor was admittedly kept cold. After washing and drying, I hung it up and didn’t need to iron; it also showed no wrinkles at the end of wearing all day.Thirdly, the fit. I’m short with an Unfortunately Sized bust; I have to fit everything to that part of the anatomy and hope I can make enough alterations elsewhere to not look horrible. This is a true wrap dress and that aspect helped me in getting a decent fit at waist and hips. The armholes for me gapped a little; the shoulders are a little too tall (admittedly my shoulder-to-bust distance is shorter than most manufacturers cut and I always have this problem). I wore a black bra underneath to minimize any undergarment peek but I’ll need to make a formal alteration at some point. Sleeves would have solved this problem but I didn’t want to go with longer sleeves in the warm weather. I also needed to add two safety pins: one next to the button for security — my button held fine but I didn’t want to tempt fate based on some experiences in other reviews here — and one where the neckline overlapped as leaning forward caused the front to gap indecently open. A person with a smaller bust might not have as much of a gap problem but the more generously endowed may consider the mighty safety pin. A small snap added to the overlap would also solve the gap problem.Overall I have no complaints as this did everything I needed it to do, and comfortably enough to consider ordering the dress in another color.

Sexy , not heavy, forms to curves
I am 5’2 135 lbs petite . It fit’s nicely however the long zipper in the back buckles as I am only 5’2 . I’m sure it would lay flat for a taller woman on her back .Nothing a shawl cannot cover , or just keep pulling the back down :/

Comfortable and gorgeous
I am 5”1 and 200lbs with a pot belly. This flows nicely over my curves without drawing much attention to my belly. Made me feel comfortable and pretty. Can wear a bodysuit underneath if you wanted to.I gave it a 4 because the chest is a little loose even though I’m a DDD cup, but nothing a pin or brooch can’t fix. Definitely ordering more.

May not work for petites but nice dress
I’m 4’ 11”, 115 lbs and recently postpartum. This dress looks ok on me, but not super flattering, so I think I might return it.The fabric is great and it seems well-made. I just found as I wore it around the house for a few minutes, it kind of slouched and loosened and just started feeling a little frumpy.I think if it were a petite size that accommodated my narrow shoulders and short waist, it probably wouldn’t slouch. So if you’re an average build, this dress will probably be beautiful and fit well.I also felt like the ruching and tie in the middle were actually a little heavy and overwhelming for a small frame, too.I just wanted to share for other petites. 🙂

The weight and drape of this dress feels expensive. Large busted ladies, definitely try this one. Long enough to wear to work or even to a more special occasion. Got it in Navy and would love more flattering colors so I can order more.

This is a cute dress, it was pretty heavy compared to other dresses. It was soft and flattering in the tummy section. The color was true to images online. I ordered a large, I’m about 5’1 and 170 lbs. I didn’t like how on the sides/back it shows the imperfections of my body but that could easily be fixed with a good body shaper. I did end up returning this dress because it just wasnt the one I’m looking for.

Not for my body type but GORGEOUS!
I bought the wrap dress in leopard print. I did return it because I’m just too heavy from the side view, around my waist and back. But that wasn’t the dresses fault, lol. I hated returning this, as I looked great from the front. This dress is beautiful, stretchy , heavier quality drapey knit fabric. Looks just like pic and colors are beautiful. Nicely sewn. But what I liked best is it fits and hangs well, which means it was well draped ( the pattern) when it was being designed. I know because I was in the fashion business for years and know patternmaking /draping myself! Fit as expected otherwise. I wear XL and felt it was correct. Don’t hesitate to try this if you have a fairly good waist, it’s sexy and cute. If I ever lose some weight, I’ll definitely reorder it lol.

Long large au buste et epais mais classe
J’ai trouvé que la robe était à la fois un peu trop longue un peu trop lourde un peu trop large au niveau des épaules et de la poitrine… Bref je l’ai gardé quand même elle est trop belle et classe sans effort ! Honnêtement j’ai eu la flemme de la renvoyer au niveau de la taille, je pense que la S aurait été plus ajustée au buste mais la M est parfaite au niveau des hanches ! Donc j’ai bien fait de la garder finalement. 😊 à tester. Et le motif est bizarre mais beau👍

Shocked!
I bought this navy dress and I was shocked how nice it was. I thought that the material might be thin, but it was a stretchy thick material. Super impressed. Fits like a charm and it wasn’t too low. It was super flattering. The arms had just enough sleeve and it wasn’t too low around the underarms. I’m not normally comfortable wearing a dress, but, I definitely was in this one. I will probably get another colour.

Formidable petite robe noir !
Reçue ce matin très rapidement pour les fêtes elle est parfaite, finition très soignée, elle tombe parfaitement, le tissu est de bonne qualité, franchement bluffée par le rapport qualité prix ! Je mesure 164 cm pour 59kg j’ai pris comme d’habitude taille S et elle est pile poil , même au niveau du décolleté, n’ayant pas une forte poitrine j’avais la crainte que ça baille un peu mais pas du tout vraiment bien ajustée, avec quelques accessoires, de jolis collants et escarpins, ma tenue de fêtes est top sans un gros budget. Je recommande vivement cette robe.

I got a Large -Red & Black Print. I am 5′ Large or 12. 36C. I was very pleased with the heavy weight of this dress. The heavy being not light weight, but weighty quality of the material. Not sheer, it is silky, but not slippery, the cut & shape is beautiful. Got what I wanted! If you have a belly like me, or are apple shaped you will need to size up… if you are large chested size up!!! I forgot there was a button and just pulled it on over my head, the button stayed closed.. The bottom front was weird until I figured out I had to adjust the waist to get the hem to balance in front…You adjust the fit where you tie it., at the waist, adjust by reaching under the flap waist part and find the tie going toward the back on your right and pull on the shorter tie on your left to make it longer. You should end up with a longer tie. Length, if you are 5′ the dress is around 2″ below the knee, but not like you are wearing a tea length dress. I really like it and if I wore dresses I would buy 3 of these, but I only need one for a wedding. In my opinion the true wrap dress is one of the best inventions, for women by a woman ever! Because you are not locked into a waist size, it is adjustable!! If I could afford a real Diane Von Furstenberg dress, I wold jump on it!. Thank you Amazon Essentials, I love the “Try Before You Buy” I didn’t need 7 days after I got it, I needed 7 minutes to put it on & buy it!!!

So pretty!
I ordered this dress last min before a wedding. I’m 5’1 and 128 lbs. I am large on top so ordered a med going by some other reviews. It fit perfectly but I did pin the front because it showed my bra. A small may have fit better, but this was still perfect. It never wrinkled the entire night. Some reviews said the button underneath where the belt is came unbuttoned but mine didn’t. The material is perfect. Not too thin and not too thick. It is a very flattering fit. I received a lot of compliments. I plan on ordering one in black. I highly recommend!

Tolles Wickelkleid auch für sehr schlanke Frauen mit weniger Oberweite. Kleid liegt schön an, selbst am Dekolleté. Material billiges Polyester, aber fällt daher sehr schön und fühlt sich trotzdem angenehm kühl an.

Quality dress
The quality of the material is lovely. It’s comfortable to wear. Looks nice on. The only reason I gave 4stars not 5 is due to the sizing. I ordered size 14. It fits snuggly so cannot afford to put a pound of weight on lol. I will order another next size up in a different colour because I really like the dress style and quality.

Comfortable and Flattering
I ordered a XXL and I normally wear between a size 16-18 depending on the item. The dress fits well in the bust but is a little loose everywhere else. I did not size down because I was afraid the next size smaller would be too small. Anyway, the fabric is nice and breathable, but not too thin – very comfortable. It was flattering at my waist with the gathered material, but the button hole that holds the wrap together was too large and a little awkward – has a tendency to slip out – the ties are actually enough to hold the dress together securely, but it would be better if the button closure was replaced with a clasp instead. The price for this dress is great, especially for the quality of the fabric and the classic look. I wasn’t sure if I liked the “sleeves” – IMO, I think this dress would actually look best on me with a light cardigan or shrug.

Confusing when putting on, but worth it!
I bought this dress the day before and it arrived the day of my friend’s wedding reception. I have lost over 40 pounds and didn’t have anything to wear and this was a last minute buy and I was hoping for the best. Thankfully, this dress met my expectations and beyond! I will admit when I was putting it on, I was quite confused on how the dress actually wrapped but there’s a hole meant to pull the band thru and tie to the other side of the band. The button to keep the band and sides of the dress together are a perfect safety addition so you’re not depending solely only your tying skills. Overall great buy and great price. It fit a little tight in the arms but nothing I didn’t get over. If you’re looking for a dress to hide a little bit of extra you have this is it. Fits like a glove! I love it!

Einfach kein schöner Stoff…
Toller Schnitt, schöne Farbe, es sitzt in der L super, aber der Stoff ist ätzend. Super schwer- darin ist schwitzen vorprogrammiert. Deswegen zurück geschickt, durch den Stoff ist kein Wohlfühlfaktor möglich.

Es un vestido muy cómodo, se adapta muy bien al cuerpo y favorece. Me ha gustado la calidad de la tela, pensé que podría ser finita y no: tiene cuerpo, pesa, lo que hace que no se pegue, no se deforme y lo mejor.. no necesita plancha.
