Chipped
1 of the 2 was chipped on arrival. Good luck getting the string through the tiny hole! Had to melt the end and then compress it while hot to make it small enough. Bigger hole, smaller string?!

Classy and sparkly
These are small but very classy looking – no excess beads on the gray rope. They are different tho – one has the backing painted and is very glittery and the other is plain crystal. Still very pretty. I actually gave my daughter a choice of these or 3 larger shapes and designs. She chose this one due to it’s clean design.

Nice crystal but why would you ship it with a metal hook?
The hook scratched the crystal in both boxes. They are small scratches but couldn’t the metal hook just be placed in the box?

Unexpected Joy
I wasn’t expecting much from these suncatchers, because the only windows that look towards the sun in my home have blinds installed in them. I thought what the heck, and I put them up anyway. When the blinds are open, the crystals shimmer so beautifully, all over the floor, the ceiling… It always surprises me to catch their shimmering magic, right when I least expect it. Wonderful for any window, even if you don’t think the window is suitable. Great for gifting, too.

Looks beautiful but one broke spontaneously while hanging
Both prisms arrived intact and looked beautiful. One was hanging from the provided hook and string but broke spontaneously, appears to have cracked at the hanging site. Sad and not sure why this happened.

Beautiful Glass Suncatchers
These are indeed as written – they are heavy; they come with leather string and hooks. They are long and even on a cloudy day they are reflecting a beautiful prism of colors – highly recommend.

Lovely in person as shown
The puffy crystal hearts are hanging in my sunny kitchen windows casting rainbows. They come with a light silver chain and attached hook to hang by. Well boxed. Prompt service. They are not “clear” crystal but rather they have that “reflective” coating on one side to enhance the colors.

Both arrived with scratches
I ordered this for a friend’s grave sight. Both arrived with scratches, so I just had to use the one least scratched. I would suggest to seller/packaging: put the heart in the little zip lock, but leave the chain hanging outside the bag, then place it in the box. Or wrap tissue around the heart before placing the chain in the bag. By just putting the entire chain and heart in bag together, the chain easily scratches the heart.Otherwise, pretty colors and larger than I expected.

Worked!
I bought it to make a sun catcher for a friend that recently had a miscarriage. It worked well for that although some of the color side flaked off. Thankfully that was on the back of the sun catcher.

not real prisms
These are not real prisms, they have a colored metalic coating that add color and reflectiveness as opposed to clear glass or crystal that separates white light into the natural spectrum of colors. They are pretty, but if you want a real prism keep looking.

Needs hooks and string – missing
Like the prisms but they did not include hooks and strings as advertised. Disappointing when this happens especially as the commercial cost of the hooks and string must be very low. Can’t gift without the string.

Almost perfect
I got these to hang over a koi pond to deter hawks and heron from getting to the fish. Not sure if it’s working or not but will update once I know. Just so you know, it’s smaller than depicted in the description photos.

Lovely Rainbows Every Afternoon!
The media could not be loaded.
We bought two of these for a front, west-facing window in our dining room. In late afternoon on sunny days they fill the dining room with beautiful colors. We love them!Keep in mind that in order for them to make rainbows on your walls, the sun must shine directly at them. If you place them in a window that does not get direct sunlight, or it’s a cloudy day, they’ll look pretty hanging there, but they won’t make rainbows.

Synthetic?
I’m not exactly sure what is on this but it seems like some sort of colored coating on this. Not a clear crystal to reflect light Qing is what I was looking for.

…shipped from China, costing you $5 each, did you really expect “crystal”?! Please. They are great for what they are! And the “paint” is only on one side. Shipped with the chain inside the packaging is likely to cause a tiny scratch or two. So what? Spend some money if you want better. Great value as is. Hanging mine over plots of two passed loved ones.

I got this for my car. It’s super cute. The price was great for two of them. It does have a coating on one side that I noticed is very easily scratched so handle with care. I already scratched the back and I’ve had it for 15 min 🤦🏼♀️ butttttt it’s gorgeous and you get two for a great price. Can’t wait to see the sun hit it. Does come with string to hang. Review #2, I also bought the 4 pack crystals with the butterfly and dragon flys on them. They’re cute as well but they’re ALL very cloudy. I still love them and they were pretty cheap but that’s going to bring down my stars for this company.

Not what the description and photos say you’re getting
First of all, I was supposed to get one of each. One clear crystal and one colored one. I purchased multiple of these to give as gifts thinking that each box would be one of each. Nope. In all the packages I got two colored crystals so now I have more of those than I needed and is NOT what was advertised. Description also says they come in an “exquisite” box. See the photo. This box was a very small paper box that ripped when I opened. Not one bit exquisite. I am disappointed that either the photos and descriptions are lies or someone doesn’t know how to ship the proper product that was ordered. Service just keeps going downhill. How long will we take it?
