Ordered this product during Friday deals and it got delivered 3 days before its delivery date. Have been using this product at work and home. It switches automatically between may Mac and iPhone based on the device I am using. Its noise cancellation is out of this world. I had been using JBL tune flex true wireless earbuds but its performance has beaten it.

Great but some considerations to make compared to AirPods 1 or 2 depending on the person
Arrived on time and without hassle. Compared to the original airpods 1 I would say the sound quality is definitely a big improvement with rock/pop I normally listen too and WAY better for spoken audio (news radio, audiobooks, and when connected to android TV box movies etc). Noise cancelling works pretty well for things like road traffic etc but usually I have the volume up >60% so I can’t hear this anyway. The only major use I have for the noise cancelling is when the maid is vacuuming in which the NC works really well without having to turn music up so loud. Others will find the NC really good on airplanes/ busy spaces etc. transparency mode is excellent and the new “pinch” required to switch between modes I think is much better and accurate than before Although it does take a couple of days to get used to. I haven’t tried exercises with them on yet but I have found that the AirPod pro with ear tips in my right ear does slip out more easily compared to the original. Would I recommend AirPods pro compared to AirPods 1/2? Well it depends. I would recommend trying them first to see if they fit/hold in your ears well and if they do then it’s a no brainer really for the improved audio quality as NC if you listen to the same things I do. I have heard that classical or beats music isn’t that much improved but haven’t tested that yet. I purchased this for my wife for christmas and she really didn’t like them but she has small ears and doesn’t like the in-ear thing so she now has my original AirPods 1 and much prefers those despite the lesser sound quality and lack of NC. I would therefore probably recommend AirPods 2 unless you know The pro version fit/hold well in your ears or if your happy and prepared to return/exchange them if they don’t work out. It would seem online that it works well with the majority of people.

High Quality Build + Effective Noise Cancellation = Worth The Money
Fitting: These are definitely a better fit than previous Airpods. The stem is shorter and the new silicon tips are excellent at fitting nicely in the ear. Because of this, they seem to be less intrusive and they certainly feel more secure in the gym. I have been to the gym for an hour every day since I got these and I have had no issues with sweat or them popping out and I tend to use the elliptical trainer so for me … that’s a big plus.Operation: Again one of the big tests for any Bluetooth connectivity is walking through one of the main London train stations …. there are literally thousands of headphones, phones, computers, and other gadgets swamping the Bluetooth frequencies and a lot of even really good headsets break down causing unwanted pauses or gaps in music tracks … not here … perfect synch and no problems with interference.The new method of control on these is to squeeze the stems. Remember I said the stems were shorter? well, this is the first negative aspect I came across. The squeezing of the stems is a bit fiddly at first and that’s standing still … I’m going, to be honest, and say if you do anything active like rowing, cycling, jogging … you’re probably going to have to stop and make any adjustments.However one of the great new features of these Airpods is the new ear check sound feature. Basically, on an app on your phone, you send a bust of music to the AirPods and they analyze the acoustics of your ear and then tell you if you have the best fit … so you can change the silicon tips until you get no only what feels good to you but what the app says is the best fit. Now that’s pretty slick … but you’ll probably only ever use it once … after all your ear probably won’t change shape.Features: Well the obvious goto is the Noise Cancelling… Is it any good? Yes. Good enough at this price, probably not as good as some of the pricier headsets and buds by Bose but good enough. They also have that nice feature where you can squeeze the leg and the music drops so you can hear what people are saying to you without having to remove the Airpod. Battery life is good as well. 5 hours say Apple. Yup, that’s fair. 19 more from the case. Again I seem to get values similar to that. I think there are a number of earbuds (Cambridge … Melomania?) that have longer playtimes but I can’t see me needing more than 24 hours … you have to sleep so re-charge them then.MUSIC QUALITY: So here’s the big question … Are they good enough at this price? Well, I have to say YES. If you have read my other reviews you know I test B&W, M&G, B&O, Bose, Shure, even Grado. and these deserve their place right up there. That ear tip test and the new improved chip from apple (according to the blurb) really do make these exceptional. The bass is really nice and smooth and not harsh and banging as you get from some earbuds that just try to overwhelm you using your ear duct. The detail is great as well… nothing is lost.Verdict: I really do like these … I’m a little bit nervous because they are lighter than most buds and you really do forget you’re wearing them and although I know they are really secure after bouncing about all over the place they still make me nervous they’ll fall out. I don’t want to imagine losing a bud and having to replace these at this price. However, as each day passes I enjoy them more and trust their fit. I think these are going to be a big hit and they are definitely a major improvement.

Best TWS IEM in the market
As much as I hate other apple products, this isn’t one of them.It’s the best TWS (true wireless set) ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) headphone in the market and I even prefer it over the Samsung galaxy buds 2 pro which as I am writing this review is less than half the price of the APP2. Comfort wise it’s great as the shell is small, the nozzle is none existent so what is around your ear canal will only be the tips. With the XS sized tips they can fit without discomfort in my tiny ears which is a bonus over the previous iteration of the device.The sound quality is great for a TWS IEM as it’s very “neutral” even better than the airpods max. The airpods max is a horrible product but this is an airpods pro 2 review. It improves upon everything that the original airpods pro did but kept the same exterior look aside from this black strip that is used to controls such as: pause and play, switching from active noise cancelling or to transparency mode.My biggest complaint about it as an android phone user is the exclusive features that you get on IOS devices that you can’t even access through normal means unless you go out of your way to download Assistant Trigger or Airbattery to do things as simple as to check the battery life on your airpods which is tedious. Despite all of this I still highly recommend it even if you are on andorid.The ANC and transparency modes are uncontested in the TWS IEM space, the sound is the best from a TWS IEM, wired IEMS at the same price point and even less sound better however and nothing can beat a good headphone aside from speakers but you are buying this for the form factor and noise isolation.if you don’t mind how uncomfortable IEMs can get and just want to isolate noise as much as possible, the Etymotic IEMs (ER2,ER3,ER4 personal preference is the ER2XR) are good for that purpose but they are far from being as coinvent as any TWS.

Legit but not without issues
The product is original and is one of the best pieces of audio tech I ever had, however:-the warranty for some reason was already started 2 months ago –> had to get in touch with Apple and prove with my invoice the correct start date. Worth paying attention to.-the find my device function did not work, had to remove completelt the device after first connection, call Apple and they walked me through their solution. Works fine now.-the bottom part scratches SO and I mean SOOOO easily, it is a bad joke. Kept the device home, just put it on a table to charge. Turned it around, just the charger touching it scratched it. Was in my soft pocket without any other item – bumm, scratched again.

Packaged well.Quick review, nice fast connection on IOS easy to connect!Controls are really responsive and easy to control sadly there’s no volume control.Comfort this will depend on your ears, they fit really snug to me, comfortable didnt feel like they’re there but after 5hours those eartips will make your inner ear itchy it happens always when you have eartips on your earphones, there are a lot of 3rd party ear tips out there. Felt secured and didn’t come off easily, everybody’s saying that they tend to come off after long hours of using it, just twist properly! thats gonna make it more a secured fit.Sound is okay nothing really special, instrument seperation and vocals is nice, bass is good but not thumpy, highs are nice too they’re not sibilant won’t pierce your ears to death and soundstage is good too .Spatial Audio is gonna depend on the music you’re listening, it’s awesome its like you’re in a room with a set of 7.1 Speakers set.ANC is good too, comparison i can give is with Soundpeats T2. T2 has a more stronger ANC you’re not gonna really hear anything, on the Airpods Pro enviroment isolation is nice but highs on your enviroment you’ll be able to hear it, like the alarms of the metro, people talking to you really near but overall you won’t be able to hear majority of the sounds on your environment.Overall I can recommend it easily to anyone! It’s a good buy!

Very happy with my purchase. I went with the Anker Liberty Air 2 to save cost but returned it in two days and bought this and can easily justify the extra dollars.AirPods Pro fits better and I don’t feel the weight although they are heavier on paper.Airpods are less visible and the design blends well, Ankers are very prominent with its long stems sticking out. Anker pods and charging case look very premium in comparison.Anker caused pain in my ears, Airpods is truly like wear and forget.Noise cancellation in airpods is too good to be true (I have qc30 Bose which I am benchmarking here)Neither of the two proved good for me during workouts. Kept falling.Airpods biggest win for me is its seamless connectivity. They just worked out of the box straight away and so does the 5 USD counterfeits my son has. Anker failed in that respect Big time and it was my major gripe. It just wouldn’t pair both pods. It did in the end but who has time. Portability and convenience is what one expect when spending so much.I bought them just for the calls and I guess they both do a good job but I like Airpods better. They pickup whispers.I am not into music but they both sound reasonable.Airpods look cheaply finished and I will have to invest on some case.PS-Based on just two days of use of both models

Clunky Volume Controls
Been on a fence to get one, read and watched a lot of reviews. And finally, got this on sale. I commute with a bus and train sometimes – very loud, and office surrounding as well where everyone is busy and non-stop chattering. So this noise cancellation really helped a lot shutting the world off.The noise cancellation is not 100% completely silent – there’s a little bit of hiss I think it’s white noise, you can still hear audible frequencies on the background. The transparency mode is I believe is amplifying your surrounding through mic, it’s different when you take off the airpods.My only gripe is – the volume control is a little clunky, you can’t get it right sometimes.

Sound Quality: Meh! Isolation: Out of this World!
I’ve had much cheaper headphones with ten times the sound quality. Listening to music with these is a frustrating experience and I hate it. Apple, seriously, you need to explain the ridiculous price tag!The sound isolation however is what made me keep it. It’s exactly like jumping into a pool of water when all noise around you just cuts off. It’s frankly creepy the first time you put it on. Now I can read in the noisiest places and not hear a thing or sleep peacefully next to my snoring spouse. Just fabulous.
